Very large store well stocked friendly and courteous staff ample parking

I went there looking for Fourth of July decorations and I found what I was looking for. The star wasnt very crowded and check out was very quit. They are still requesting customers where Im at and social distance which I appreciate.

Fairly organized. Pretty clean and staff is mostly friendly. They have a new app seems fairly basic. Lines always get backed up but it usually not a long wait.

Well I have to say WOW nice 99 cent store the best Ive been in since moving back to California. Inside very clean, well stock and huge compared to the Duarte an the 2 on Arrow Hwy one in Covina and the other in San Dimas. Large selection of items throughout the store you name it they had it. I think Ive found my new 99 cent store!!!

Sometimes you purchase items and the merchandise is defected. And its too much trouble to return it!

I love this store!! Great customer service, from the cashier, managers and even stock clerks. They usually have all I need and if they dont Ive discovered alternatives to purchase. Cant say enough about this store.

The 99 Cent dollar store needs to change their name, as not much is 99 Cent anymore. Ill be doing my shopping at the Dollar Tree from now on.

I love to shop at 99.⁹⁹only store. This one in fact almost always has what I want. I go for alot of fresh food as I rest only 1 meal a day. So nutrition at that meal is important. I include fresh berries, avocados, cruciferous vegs, along with proteins. So Im there sometimes twice a week. Super nice cashiers & very helpful. I recommend getting your staples here.

One of the nicer 99 cent stores Ive been to. Clean store with decent products. Find items here sometimes before they get to other store. Is the typical store with only about two cashiers open so lines are normal.

Check expiry dates. The employees say best before, its still good. But its not. This location is a gold mine of homeless people looking for money. Long lineups.

Well as we all know its prices are right and you can purchase items here much less as the dame item in regular stored are much more expensive..!

You cant really complain about a place where everything cost a dollar. However their organization skills were horrible. It looked like no one has organized there for days and everything was thrown around like a pack of wild wolves was there and attacked everything. Besides that dollar tree is the best. Cheap and lots of options to choose from.

Store did not have yearly calendars, otherwise ok

Always find great deals there. Today I found not only the dog food and cat food my pets like but some yoga gloves and socks to wear so I wont slip. Have to go often and look carefully to find them, but you can find all kinds of name brand items there like Hostess, Quaker Oats, Vo5, Pantene, and many others. Not everything is 99 cents, but its still cheapest here.

I have to say that this is the best store around. This 99 cents is well stocked, the employees have been very polite in every visit and whats even better is that I have been able to purchase fresh vegetables and brand name cheeses and bread. I drive a little more but its worth it.

It is part of the community and as such corporate, its managers and its employees should do everything possible to have a store that is clean, presentable and orderly. After all you make thousands of dollars in sales on a weekly basis. Do better.

13 people with shopping carts half full of Thanksgiving stuff in line for 1 register...2 employees plus the manager off in a corner talking and giggling about something...How about doing your job and providing customer service by being additional cashiers?

Todays visit was much better than the last. Today they decided to open another register. Thank god. Because this location usually has one cashier and 10+ people in line.

I shop here almost every day. The store is large and well stocked. They always great me when I walk in. The store manager is always on top of customer needs and is always one of the first I see as I walk in the door

A truly dangerous place. Homeless rampaging through the aisles shoplifting at will, with no fear of reprisal. Mental patients roaming the aisles accosting people for money, and assaulting women, or opening milk and juice containers and gulping half down, then putting it back on the shelf. I go there only when I am carrying concealed and with a male backup partner. I wouldnt recommend any group of women or single woman approach the place. The sooner this place closes down due to the gross shoplifting that occurs daily, the better.

Among all 99 cent stores, there are small differences but in large they are about the same. You cant find a lot of bargains there, especially the local fresh produce.

It is good place to buy no expensive produce and products , from $ 0.99 cents and up ,close to schools and different stores,you can arrive by bus ,or mobile.

I stopped by last night for few essential items.From the moment i walked in the store i got the worst customer service from every employee working.I had questions for items and the girl working didnt seem to care.Only had one thing on her mind but to kick me out of the store as soon as possible.Got worse when i walked out they slammed the door on me after i politely said have gpod night.Management Please Hire people happy to have a job. Smh.

99 cent store is amazing in Azusa cash registers super fast I got weld attend and they got a lot of cool things.you could never go wrong with this store.

I shop here all the time. Its a 99Cent store, so you pay for what you get. (Dont expect anything quality but if you need something cheap, you wont get a better price. I always get my class notebooks & folders here, because why not?) My biggest complaint would probably be overall cleanliness of the store. That and recently Ive either come at particularly busy times or theyve had longer lines at the checkout.

I asked the store manager Francess/Francis if they had any Happy birthday balloons and replied with an attitude and told me they were not doing birthday balloons only Mothers Day theme , I understand that, but she didnt even offer to bring one down from the ceiling and there was a few up there, shes a bad person to be representing the store as the Store Manager very rude

This 99cents store has so far rhe only store that has been kept clean and well maintain aisles everything in clear view liked the way those 2 management guys were re-arranging the bananas (new that because of the way they were dressed)not like the other employees, ,,,,,this Covina store so far better than the other locations Ive been

I love love this store it also has a clearance isle where you items as low as .25 they also have name brand toys at a very reasonable price compared to other retail stores.

Raggedy lookin Store Manager very rude and unprofessional. While her associates ignored the growing line, when we finally received assistance, Store manager tried to pick and choose who received service first. I had 1 item and she insisted on me waiting, putting a customer in front of me with more items. She engaged in an argumentative conversation in front of all customers. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The Bags under her eyes indicates to me she is in dire need of rest and taking it out on Customers.

Good things and fresh vegetables and you will find anything you need for your house

My problem with this place is the name. They need to change it already, havent been 99 cents ONLY for years. Theres good deals but somethings are crazy.

I go here all the time, whether its for snacks, some produce, sometimes even for tools. Very cheap but they have upped the prices of a few things so its not ALL 99 cents anymore. Would still recommend coming here.

America has no stadard. 99 cent store sales you pens that do not write. Knifes that dont cut, cissors that dont cut. Broken crayons , dried playdoh. Watch what you buy.

Should change name to More than 99 cents instead of 99 cents ONLY??? THERE fresh produce is not so fresh but you get what you pay for. It is cheaper
