We found this business to be VERY helpful. They helped my husband and I to understand the problem with our mower and they were able to fix it for us. (Just in time for spring, woo!)Even though they have shorter hours than most - I left a message on their machine to start and they were quick to call me back. When they did call me back, the woman on the phone was very polite and answered every single question I had with no hesitation. I had previously gone else where and the customer service/quality of work does not even come close to comparing to Hi-Way!! It was definitely worth the wait. They are our new go to business for all of our power equipment needs and we will be recommending to all our friends!!!!Thank you so much Hi-Way!

They were able to help me with my warranty on my pressure washer when it quit working after only using it twice in six months after purchasing. My pressure washer was warrantied and I received a refund for the full purchase price so I could replace it. So thankful I kept my receipt and that Rick and Cathy were so helpful!

Very poor service. They only help you when it is convenient. Their customer service is very, very poor. You Also never know when they are open. DONT USE!!!

The guy says he does not work on Ryobi but he is listed as their repair center for small engine repair.

Their hours are very inconvenient. And they dont sound like they want your business. Being the only Cub Cadet warranty provider, I would have to take a day off from work to make the 2 hour round trip. I called to see if I needed an appointment for Monday, was told they wont be open this Monday, and that sense they are semi retired, I really should call before I head down, even if its a day theyre posted as open. Hard to do business with a service provider with a closed til open, open til closed philosophy.
