Somebody lied about the shipping. I dont like people playing games with my money. Dont know whos falt it was Tritons or UPS But it was my money and my time and I dont like that at all.

Rowdy when do it get my money for my blue and grey screaming eagle?? My money or the motorcycle please. Do not take your motorcycle to these creeps look at all the bad reviews.

Poor customer service and a lack of knowledge from one of the workers makes me extremely hesitant to visit here again. The price quoted for a Derby gasket was almost twice what I could get one for from the Harley dealership.

Ive had my bikes in here several times. Every time I am blown away by the finished product. The owner Rowdy is just incredible, his knowledge and experience are great but his dedication to customer service just goes above and beyond. You wont roll out of this shop in a bike that isnt fixed, fixed right, and rides like an absolute dream.

Rowdy and his crew delivered.Im sure when a motorcycle repair biz sees a customer like me come into their shop with Victory oil and Shenko tires in hand, they roll their eyes, not Rowdy. Yes, he specializes in Harleys but was glad to provide service on my 2016 Victory 8-Ball - a job well done and a good value for this 72 year old, retired scooter rider.Thankyou, the bike handles great.

Lack of attention to detail. I had to go over everything they did and fix a lot of things that werent finished.i paid for a new battery and got a used one that wouldnt hold a charge. They had my bike for at least 2 months and still I had to go back and redo there work they might be good with engine work but I wouldnt know about that and I complained to the mechanic since the owner wasnt there and he never called me to ask me What happened or to try and make it right no organization no thinking ahead to order the hardware to do the job,basically disorganized.they didnt protect my saddle bags when they took them off and the custom paint had long gouged marks in them from being thrown around and not wrapped in a protective blanket they didnt even wipe the dirt and greasy finger prints off it instill I asked them if they were going to let me take it like that nice guys but I will never take my bike back to them.

Wish I found them sooner. Helped me with some custom work that I couldnt do on my own, and turned out well.Based on my experience and the same message in the negative comments, I believe someone is trying to bring down their rating to drive business elsewhere.

My motorcycle its been 6 months its been That you told me next Friday Today is April the 29 And you dont answer the phone last week you told me Monday..today is may the 1 and no answer my calls

About the shop my motorcycle been there for 4 months They guy never answered the calls And when he answers always tell me next Friday and if I call he just wont Answer He asked me for money for parts He move from fort worth with out letting me know first he told me it was the coil that he was going to order for 30 something dollars I ordered for 10 dollars then he asked for 200 more and am still waiting
