Love love love Custom Thread Art! They have an amazing variety of vinyl, decals, HTVs and custom items. They have a huge selection of sublimation blanks, glitter, shirts, molds, epoxy accessories, dyes and more! The staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond to help. Want a custom order done, they’ll do it and you won’t be disappointed! Can’t recommend this place enough!

I came to this place because of all the reviews for them being so friendly. Unfortunately, I had the opposite experience. I was treated as though they didnt have time to help me with embroidery and like I was inconveniencing them to pick a font/colors etc. When asked when the items would be ready I was told that was a loaded question but I had to pay before they could give me an estimated timeframe. 10 minutes after I got home I got a text from Brett that it would be a month and half before he could get to my items, which I told them wouldnt work for my timeline. So I had to go get my items back and ask for a refund. Overall just a bad experience and unfriendly staff.

So much variety and beautiful designs. The lady working there was the absolute sweetest and mace sure I knew about all the customization they offered. I will definitely be purchasing my vinyl here from here on out! They had everything you could imagine and more perfectly neat and organized.They even had a play area for my boys so I could enjoy looking without having to worry about them touching things.

Very nice lady, We came in to get gifts for our family back home. We had our french bulldog with us. My wife is carrying him. And she tells her he can be out down. He absolutely loved there carpet. Some cool shirt designs in the store.

I have watched custom thread art grow from a small 2 person home business to where they are today in a store front with 7 employees and they are still as amazing as when they were a small at home business always friendly and eager to please their customers.❤

I needed some thing printed off from my email and fast. Not many options in a small town, .I saw custom thread art out of the corner of my eye and thought,maybe they can help. Let me say , the customer service,friendliness and speed she helped with was incredible.ill be going back soon to have some shirts done. So grateful for these people! Got it done!

Great service, friendly atmosphere, tons of colors and patterns to choose from, awesome products for a low price! I will definitely be coming back for all of my products. ❤ plus I like that its so close. Dont have to drive out to lake worth for products or having to wait for products in the mail, then its a hit or miss with the orders.

I dropped off 2 robes for Chriatmas gifts on 12/19 a Saturday and they were ready by Monday.Every other place I called couldnt help me because it was so late. She actually shows you what it will look like, not to mention she has a huge selection of fonts and thread. The price was unbeatable, especially in such a time crunch. I could not find better in Fort Worth, Aledo, or Weatherford. I will use Karin for everything!
