Every time I go to the Azle Verizon store there is a problem or when I get my next bill somehow they have managed to mess it up. I will not be back to this location I have given them many chances something just always goes wrong.

Jason was a huge help.He helped me find the right phone and treated all my needs and was patient with me until I understood what I needed done.Much recommend, am coming again.

I wanted to switch over to them. Reason : AT&T Has weak service at Home. Was told I had 2 choices.#1 Buy New phone from them.Absolutely no way Im buying phone from them to activate!#2 Come back in 4 months because I had to have mine for 6 months before they would switch me.Question? DONT THAT SEEM STUPID TURNING AWAY A PAYING CUSTOMER FROM THE COMPETITION?Absolutely no effort to try and keep money from walking out the door.

This is not reflective of Verizon, just this location. Go to Lake Worth or anywhere else where you dont have to wait outside in the heat. This place made a 70 year old woman stand outside for 25 - 30 minutes in 100+ degree temperatures, before being allowed to enter the store.

Byanna took advantage of my husband and sold him add-ons as a package and as non optional , when he bought the IPhone 12. $ 509.00 later and we still owe 741.00! They would not take his phone as a trade in even though they say they will even if damaged. I’m sorry I even suggested he go here. I will never do business with these people again! Scam artists!

Very knowledgeable and informative on the best plans with phone options for my needs. Definitely worth it to stop in and see the great deals that are happening during the 5G rollout. They are literally taking any phone even cracked and damaged ones. I got a OnePlus 8 and it is looking like my favorite phone yet. Make sure you check out the OnePlus phones because the company who makes them definitely has the customer in mind when designing the phone. Besides they made a McLaren phone that equals awesome.

We went into this store to replace my husbands broken phone. We were in our company attire and they asked if we owned our company. Since we did they advised we bring in all our devices and switch to a commercial account promising “lots of benefits”The only benefit we’ve seen is an impact to our credit score.The store took our devices and apparently never reported it to Verizon. I suspect they were stolen and sold under the table since an employee there offered us a used phone for $100 initially to replace my husband broken one.Once our account was charged for the devices not being returned an investigation was opened.We were also sold “hums” for our cooperate vehicles that we never received. We were charged the service fee on these for a YEAR and we never received them. When we asked for the service to stop being charged to us, we were told we would need to pay a cancellation fee!Verizon found the store was in the wrong and promised us credits for both the devices, the hums, and the service fee. The credits were applied to the correct account.We weren’t aware of this until then sent the amount to collections and impacted our credit score.We contacted Verizon once our credit was hit. We are now told that regardless of what we do, they can make it show as paid off, but it will be on the credit report for 7 year’s even though it wasn’t our fault.If this is how commercial business accounts with 10 lines of long term customers are treated, I would be worried to see how smaller residential customers are done.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I recently moved to Boyd and have been experiencing issues with my phone. A quick stop in to the Verizon store and somehow Jody managed to fix my phone. I didn’t even know what a network reset was until I came in the store. 5 stars ⭐️

Jody was great today! My phone has been acting up for weeks (of course it’s time today!) but he was very helpful with other items on my list. I’ve been here a few times since moving to the area and the staff has always been great, rarely a wait and I always leave happy!

I’m a busy student and I feel like everyone is just trying to sell me something I went in trying to figure out what kinds of phones I could get and Jody recommended I wait a little bit longer because the new iPhones are released in the next month. I definitely would rather have the new phones than last years model but I had no idea they were about to come out. Clearly very transparent and cares about his customers. Will be back for my 12 pro max.

I have been coming into the store in lake worth every day for the last week. Trying to get my issues resolved with my account nobody has been able to help me and I’ve grown very angry. But today when I came in to this location Jody was able to help me out and fix all my problems. He got my phones hotspot working again and even said he was going to go to a different store just to get a phone that I wanted. The salesman over in Lake Worth just wanted a quick buck and wanted me to get a phone and to call Customer Service later. Absolutely exceptional service definitely go to Jody!

My grandfather is a very elderly man and I was worried about him coming in to the store by himself so I went with him. When I came in we were greeted immediately and Jody walked us through everything with expertise.
