Worst Pharmacy I’ve been too. Slow. Employees don’t pay attention which is scary for a pharmacy. I could list 9 personal experiences which I won’t for now. And close for refills on July 4th, cause at 9am till 5pm we all know how much we celebrate our independence from the English.

WORST experience I have ever had. I have never been treated so poorly. The entire pharmacy staff needs to learn customer service. I will not give exact details bc they are irrelevant. I will not be giving Walgreens any of my business ever again. Which is sad bc Ive need using them for 30yrs. Sorry Walgreens - you can thank your pharmacy.

I stand in the Covid vaccine check in for 15 minutes and the rude lady by the name Linda, told me the pharmacy and the check in line, were the same. I had to go back in the line. When I started the line, no one was waiting and now I need to get back! Really disorganized and the pharmacy employees are giving different directions! Why they have a sign for covid vaccine check in, if everyone needs to be on the same line?? misleading and waste of time!

Two steps above CVS. Walgreens sets the bar for all your pharmaceutical needs. Plus the store has a large selection of household staples at reasonable price.

Been getting our meds here for years. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Will continue to use.

Called to make sure they had a copy machine. When I get there they said I cant make s copies of of my DL. Waste of time

Dropped of prescription yesterday. Im here now to pick it up. Its still not ready. I was told it would be 15 min. Theyve had over 24 hours to fill this prescription. And they have no answer for me. Lol

Customer care in the pharmacy sucks ass!!! My doctor is an hour from the store I watched my doctor call in my prescription when I get to Walgreens to pick up my prescription two were not ready I set in their waiting area for another hour for the remaining of my prescription to be fill, after watching 2dozen customers go before I before asked what the hell was going on, turns out it was ready sitting in the bin which they have failed to call out my name to let me know it was ready. This will be the last time I ever use Walgreens as my pharmacy or for any other need. Your company needs to find employees that actually knows how to do there jobs!! This is not my first bad experience with this store and other Walgreens Ive used but will sure as hell be my last!!

Customer Service Zero! Will write Corporate about this as well. If you do not need to come here. DO NOT

1. Promised refill would be ready at a certain time, but wasn’t ready 1.5 hrs after the promised time.2. Refused to honor GoodRX coupon price at the point of sale, despite associate looking it up and verifying the price on their computer. Classic “bait and switch” tactic. 100% pure FRAUD!3. Called to speak to the manager. My first question, “Are you the manager?” Answer, “Yes, I’m the manager.” Later she admits that she’s only the shift manager or manager on duty. There was no need to lie when asked a simple question. That was the third time they’d lied to me in the span of 2 hours!Liars and frauds!

Nice clean Walgreens, well organized and tended to, pleasant staff, clean restrooms, lots of parking.

Had to move our RX here from Albertsons. Insurance requirement. Didnt want to due to past experiences. I go to the drive thru. Wait and never get acknowledged so I finally push the button. The clerk says shell get to me in a minute. Still waiting. Now there are two other cars behind me. Not happy that i have to go here. Maybe I will resort to using mail order!!!!!!

Its OK, you can usually get in and out, its so toss up if the person youre going to get is a pissed off teen or a friendly sales person. I go in if I have to, avoid it if I can

Cannot ever get your prescriptions right when they are faxed or E script they seem to never get them wait for weeks to get medicine
