I have used these guys multiple times over the years for my Mercedes and BMW. My father uses them as well. Completely competent, reliable, and knowledgeable about German cars. And wayyy cheaper than Park Place. Definitely recommend.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Worst place ever. Took vehicle in with new parts, drove out with a junk yard parts, replaced another part double the price. Took it to another mechanic that is a master technician, said tps sensor was put in wrong and had to be replaced. They refused to give our money back.1000.00 out.

There was an issue with a previous mechanic. The owner has done everything he could to make sure that it was resolved to our satisfaction. I would recommend this shop as they take care of their customers.

My experience here was very good. Mark and his Dad Tim were very helpful. I needed several things done to my high mileage 2009 Toyota Corolla. I was new to the area so I read the reviews and decided to try Advanced Automotive. They took care of all of the issues. The next day the car was over heating so I returned and they fixed the low on coolant problem with no charge. I would definitely recommend Advanced Automotive.

Great people, no surprises

These guys do way more than every shop I know of save 1 (both shops do it all). They get right to the problem without having to diagnose the car 15 times. They also have financing with a 90 days same as cash option. Also, they do everything they can to help me out with a ride or coming to me to diagnose the car (when time permits).This is the only place I will go for engine repairs.Edit: the other place I know which has a similarly, extremely high work ethic is in New Braunfels so I wouldnt waste my time looking anywhere else.

I was in a time crunch and needed a new water pump on my 01 Ford Ranger. These guys were detailed, quick, friendly, and well priced. I recommend them, and will return for future automotive needs.

I have always had a great experience with Advanced Automotive Performance. When I call for estimates on work I have always been given accurate and timely estimates, and usually they are able to get my vehicle in for service the same day. When I have taken a vehicle in for work without knowing exactly what is wrong, Jameson has always called to let me know what they have discovered and exactly how much it will cost to do the repair work before they begin. Excellent service!

As a new resident in Azle, I was beyond pleased with my experience here at Advanced Automotive Performance. In the past, I have had awful experiences with Car Auto Shops trying to scam me for my money, but Advanced Auto did not do that. They gave me the best rates possible and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I contacted the owner, Steve, where he informed me on the prices and that it would be an easy 10-20 minute fix. The following morning, I went to get my car fixed and met the general manager, Jameson, who was very friendly and had great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area and have found the place I will go to for all my future car troubles. Its definitely comforting knowing I found a great local place to turn to!

I had the great pleasure of working with mark barrett during this trip who initially gave me the confident answer of we can work on anything and upon arriving they gave me an initial estimate of 1 hour for diagnostics on the engine for $109.17After leaving to do our business in town he called us up a little bit later and told us exactly what was wrong with our Nissan Murano and gave us a rough estimate of $200 with part and labor included as we still had plenty of time left in the initial hour we had been given since the issue was found relatively quickUpon the final bill Mark was true to his word and the only reason it went over $200 was the taxHonest people and would whole heartedly recommend them especially if you own a nissan around these parts

I took a car here to have the front wheel bearing changed. Prior to taking this vehicle in I called to get an estimate and I was called back very quickly with the most resonable price I had gotten between four places I called. Jameson was very professional and kept me informed on everything through out the operation. I will NEVER go anywhere else for any kind of automotive work. I highly recommend this place to anybody who wants their vehicle fixed the right way.

Took my 2007 Silverado 2500HD in to get looked at due to a check engine light. Jameson did a computer check and found the #8 glow plug bad. He gave me a price to replace it which was very reasonable. I left my truck to get repaired and about an hour later, Jameson called to say it was ready. I then asked to have the oil and filter changed. No problem, we can do that, too was his answer. About 1/2 hour later, my truck was ready.Id have to say that the lady at the desk and Jameson were both extremely friendly. I have never experienced such quick service and professionalism from any other repair shop. I will definitely use Advanced Automotive Performance for all of my automotive repair needs and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Repost from my fb review:I took my car to Steven (owner) a few years ago after taking it to multiple places, including the dealership, to find out what was wrong with my car. Initially he was perplexed as well but spent time researching and figured out the issue!! No other place had taken the time to help me like he did.Since then Ive vowed to be a loyal customer and now Jameson takes care of all of my maintenance on my Challenger. Hes just as great as Steven. Best place Ive ever encountered and will never go anywhere else!

Jameson and the guys there bailed me out today! I got myself in a bind with the front shock/strut replacement on my 08 Tundra. Stephen answered my call at 7:00am and had a tow truck at my house within 45 minutes. He coordinated the whole thing. Truck was ready by the end of the work day and I even called half way thru the day and asked them to bleed the brakes. They did it all with a smile and at a fraction of the cost of the places I have experienced in the past. I have a new local shop! You wont be dissapointed.

By FAR the worst auto repair experience I have ever received. Inadequate, crooked, and untimely are just a few words that come to mind in regards to this establishment. I took my vehicle in for 2 somewhat minor repairs, got it back a week later with neither of the issues fixed and with my engine running horribly (it wasnt having the problem beforehand). I was overcharged by @ $300 and was unable to communicate with the owner for over a week after several requests. Long story short-- the owner was less than reasonable in regards to them fixing their mistakes and it has causd me to take my vehicle to another establishment to fix the issue. This establishment really hits the nail on the head when it comes to the stereotype of being a crooked mechanic.

These guys are right down the road from my house so I decided to give a small hometown business a try. I only needed an oil changed and was shocked by not only how reasonable the price was but how cheap it was!! I didnt wait at all and was in and out 20 minutes.Most of the time (especially being a woman) mechanics will try to upsell us everything under the sun thinking we probably dont know otherwise.... They didnt do that, Just did my oil change I asked for. Exchanged some friendly conversation and I was on my way! Def will be going back for my next one!

Worst customer service Ive ever witnessed. I was overcharged and unhappy with the end results of my vehicle. The mechanic caused damaged to my vehicle and could not even properly reattach all of the hoses under the hood once he finished attempting to fix the problem! Do not take your vehicle here for repairs!
