Only one word to say: IRRESPONSIBLE never answer phone, never get back to you, never did the work promised...wasted my time 3 times driving (35 minutes) to the store because never answer the phone and gave an appt to install lights in my car, when i got there he was too busy couldnt do it, gave me an appt for next day after waiting 30 min told me he ordered the wrong one, 3 weeks later i am still waiting for him to call me to tell me something or to be ready to install...NOT happening i already got it done with someone else...very irresponsible i wish i can talk to a manager about this...business is business take care of it!

I had window tinting done at this place for 2 of my vehicles in the past 3 years. I just bought a new CX5 and are making my appointment to have it tinted here again. The quality of the film used by Kings Bay is superior and is guaranteed for life. The customer service is also superior. And the price is very reasonable. Not a good experience

Worst customer service and timing I have ever experienced. Took almost 12 hours to put some tints on my coupe!!!!! What place does this???!!!! I highly suggest to find a different place if you plan on doing ANYTHING to your vehicle

Sometimes its not how perfect things go but how you are treated when things dont go perfectly. Josh is the King of customer service. Had some issues with installed radio, he worked with manufacturer, Got it right and was very thorough to make sure we were happy. Great place. Thanks
