I dropped off the car and it was done within a couple of hours on a saturday. I paid the quoted price and nothing more and now my car runs like new.

To busy. But I looked at the stalls one car was on it but no one was working on it. The guy said there was 29 vehicles ahead of me. So I took my 2021 Warlock and went somewhere else and had it done in a hour and $200 cheaper. And it sounds GREAT plus a $200 savings. So it was a good day.

Nice fellas, got me in and out. I went as soon as the business was open and they started immediately lots of places you sit around and wait and wait they went right to work. Also can watch them work with the view window to the Bay. IF one brings a part to any shop I always wonder will they switch it for a cheaper One, but no worries here you can see all.

I dont know if this place is affiliated with the one in Glendale but I would not recommend muffler masters to anyone poor service customer service I had an appointment set to turn around and say that he cant do it the day of wasting my time as my time is just a valuable as anybody elses. I had an issue with my car that my usual place couldnt handle due to the welding required. I called Chris on a Saturday and he quoted me a price for the work I needed. While they dont take reservations, he did mention their typically slower times/days and suggest I bring the car in then as I had to wait for the repair rather than drop off and pick up.I showed up at the suggested time, he got the repair done in the time and at the price he quoted. No surprises, no hassle.The waiting area has a comfy couch and is fairly quiet (its a mechanic shop, so mechanic noises are to be expected).10/10 would recommend this place to friends and family.

I called last week asked how much it would cost to install two new Catalytic converter’s and a new muffler both of them being performance told them I would be able to drop it off Monday and wouldn’t be able to pick up til Friday they said that’s fine and that it would be $560 dollars I was happy with price and the fact they were ok with me leaving it there for a couple of days. They called me Friday afternoon said it was ready for pick up I was excited to get my truck. When I arrived they informed me that they ran into a Situation where they had to do more work to it. They went above and beyond and replaced it at no charge. I Appreciated that fact that they took care of everything and their customer service is amazing And I will be referring everyone I know to them.

Very fast friendly experience with great work! We arrived 30 minutes before they opened and still had a few people lined up before we got there. Even with those ahead of us they finished the work faster than I expected it to be done! I was able to say good bye to my dad before he left on his flight and now have an amazing sounding exhaust!

I called in to their shop with a pricing and availability check to have a catback exhaust put on my 2017 ram 1500. They were very polite on the phone and the price was right. Came there to get a dual exhaust put on my Chevy Silverado. they greeted me kindly and asked me what I wanted done they gave me the price and when to work. they got my opinion on how I wanted the tail pipe tip to look and asked if I like how the pipe was ran before they did the final welds to it. my truck sounds great and I plan on returning to them for future exhaust work. I highly recommend them they do great work at a fair price.

Absolutely great experience. I had Muffler Masters complete a resonator delete on my BMW, as well as weld some new exhaust tips onto the car. Everything was done the same day. I even asked about a small problem with the car unrelated to the resonator or the tips and they fixed it free of charge. Great customer service, and an awesome new addition to my vehicle!

I had a loud exhaust noise coming from my 2006 Toyota Tundra. I took it into Muffler Masters and they diagnosed the problem as a bad exhaust resonater. They cut out the old one, welded in a new one and I was good to go. The total cost was better than just buying the part and pipe and doing it myself. Great place to do business.

I went to Muffler Masters last Friday and I got the best service and best price that I could find. The manager there is a young guy named Chris. He explained everything to me and told me exactly what he needed to do. His work was fast and there were not hidden charges to the job. He was about $100 less than any of the other places around him that I checked out. I was a little nervous about going there because of the price difference, but I left with no concerns at all. It was an entirely painless experience.

My nephew was not happy so we went back 2 workers gave us diffrent info ,1 said is was going to be extremely loud taking the muffler off and the other said it was just by a little louder, to make the story short. I am very un happy with the service and the job they did and they wanted to work a deal it wasnt. A deal it was f???? Me over and they provided no receipe saying about i have to tax u if i want receipt .

Arrived to the store today at 8:15am to have a resonator removed. I was told that there is no openings until Tuesday which I found very confusing since they do not do appointments. Pointless to have any store hours without any openings for walk in customers. The final time I’ll visit this store.

He was very nice on the phone, quoted an outstanding price, promised that although he didnt take appointments he would get me in an out in short order. Chris lived up to every promise. Thirty minutes and I was done, and the price was exactly what he quoted on the phone with no attempt to upsell anything else. I highly recommend Muffler Masters and will drive to Avondale again when I need expensive work on my car.

We went there and expected an outrages quote and when we were told what the cost for the material and installation we were pleasantly suprized. We were told what was a good day of the week to come in and the best time and how long it would take and he was so right we got in and we were done in the amount of time he stated. When we picked up the car I was worried that they would say oh by the way this also needs to be done and that would be so much extra but there was none of that. The car sounds great and no more fume smells in the car. I will take all my vehicles to Muffler Masters and if anyone should ask where to go I will highly recommend Muffler Masters.

The shop is immaculate and Chris was wonderful in showing me under the car to see the repair that I needed and offering me options for repair or replacement. Took my name and number said he would give me a call. 1230 came and I went back to the shop and he said he had forgotten about me, that tomorrow or 3 days later would have to do. Went to gerricks on 51st, got a better price and no bull about when it could be done. Unless youre going to spend a ton of money Id stay away. Youre apparently not that important.

I had my F150 at a shop in Utah for exhaust work and they put cheap parts on. I talked to Chris and asked for dual exhaust and he said I will replace your cheap parts for quality one. He did an amazing job installing the dual exhaust out the back. The thing I hate the most is crooked pipe that look different. He nailed it with ocd precision. Looks great, sounds great and he did it for an awesome price. I will always go there for my custom and regular exhaust work
