Recently bought a hot tub from there and I absolutely love it. My bullfrog representative was new, so she didn’t know all the answers to my question but she toook the time to find the answers for me. Cheri was an absolute sweetheart , very kind and attentive to my wife and I. After we received the hot in there were a few issues but when I called her about them she took care of them right away. Thanks again Cheri you were awesome !

Great customer service. We were taken care of by Pam, who made us feel very comfortable every step of the way. This was a fairly expensive purchase for us, so we had a lot of questions. Our concern was quality, warranty and functionality of the product. Pam provided all of the answers and addressed our concerns. What had us sold in the first place was having the opportunity to actually test the spas and jet packs in person, in the water! There is nothing out there that even compares to the quality of Bullfrog Spas! We have had our spa for about 6 months now and use it just about everyday and love it!!Even today, if we have any questions, Pam is always ready to answer and be of assistance. We purchased a new spa 6 months ago. The sale was fantastic. The staff were spot on. They 5 stars for the sale. Set up was a mess as they switched companies. Set up gets 2 stars. Now we have a pump issue. Called a week ago to get warranty service and were promised someone would call Monday.....nothing. Called again on Weds and were told they would contact the District Manager to get the spa repaired.......again nothing. Warranty service gets 0. Went from happy to completely disappointed. Now calling the manufacture.So Pam is gone from Avondale store. This is a huge loss as the new person shows up late, has the sense of urgency of a door knob and is rude. This is our last trip to a Bullfrog Spa store. Very disappointed today.

Pam helped get us set up with the amazing Bullfrog R7L model hot tub. We could not be happier! It is just magical being able to sit in the back yard and enjoy a relaxing soak and the customizable jets are wonderful. We have already moved around the jetpacks and I can say without a doubt this has to be the coolest system in the industry. Our backyard is small and at first we were not sure if it would fit with our landscaping, but it worked out just perfect. Pam and her team went above and beyond to get my partner and I the exact jetpacks we wanted and totally took care of us through the whole process, even after delivery. We had a great experience picking out a spa with the help of Pam! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with a sense of humor! She recommended a wet test which didn’t sound appealing to me in a store. How wrong I was!!! She showed me the private spa area and we schedule an appointment! Absolute necessary to wet test to try out all the jet packs!

Where do I start?...We decided to buy a spa while we were having a pool built, it was during the worst months of Covid. Everything was delayed.I wish the pool build went as well as our spa experience at BullFrog! Yes we did have to wait months to get our spa and yes we would do it all over again!!I did my research-I love being able to trade out our jet packs, I love the simplicity of chemicals. The very best part is that I love the service I get anytime I call Pam at our local showroom! One of my very least favorite things to do is spend money. Having said that I must say that Pam at bullfrog made this a very pleasant experience. First let me say say that we shopped four different companies to look at spa / hot tubs.Bullfrog was our first stop , Pam set an impossibly high standard for the others to follow.First is Pams knowledge, never ending knowledge it seems, about her product. She knows every detail about every part of the spa the manufacturing process Etc.As I mentioned before I dont like to spend money, bullfrog was not the cheapest, but Pam convinced me and I believe that I got the most value for my Dollar by following her advice.Pam was there every step of the way first she gave me a list of approved suggested electricians which I used, she gave advice on the pad that I would need to set the spot on.She was there from beginning to end always with a smile and helpful advice.If youre the type of person who is influenced by testimonials then you can save yourself a lot of time by just visiting Pam and picking out your spa to fit your needs. But if youre like me and need to shop around do it like I did and you will find Pam is absolutely the best out there.I know Pams last name, but to me she will always be Pam bullfrog because bullfrog is very fortunate to have a representative like her on their payroll.

We wanted to research hot tubs, so we stopped into Bullfrog. Pam was great! She walked us through the whole process. She was very attentive during our wet test of a model. We ordered a 7 person lounger. It was going to take some time because of the huge demand. We werent going to get it until Jan 1st. Pam mentioned that they had a floor model we could have, if we wanted. She checked it out and it matched our specs, so we took it! We ended up getting our hot tub over 2 months early! We couldnt be happier! So happy we decided to buy from Bullfrog! Would recommend to anyone!

The store is very big,tons of choices, and great prices! We had no pressure buying, we were invited to try different jet paks to meet our needs not to mention I have kids and it was nice to have everything kid friendly when shopping around. Delivery was timely and we have been in already to buy additional chemicals which are also reasonably priced. We had one minor issue, but they came out same day to fix the side panel! I had the pleasure of visiting the Bullfrog Spa Avondale store. Pam was the sales manager who assisted me. What a fantastic experience! I fessed up I knew absolutely nothing about spas. Pam and I had a long conversation where she took the time to know what my spa needs were. She ask clarifying questions to zero in on the right product for me. It was clear she did not want to oversell or undersell me. She provided great information and knowledge about spas and went into great detail about Bullfrog. What an asset she is. Being the conscientious buyer I am, I visited two other spa stores. Those experiences were like walking through the gates of hell. I had more questions walking out of those stores than I did walking in. In fairness to the other salespeople, once you work with Pam, you don’t have a chance.After several visits with Pam, the decision was made, Bullfrog.I would be remised if I didn’t mention the numerous people I witnessed who walked into the store. Pam would address them by name, and she even knew what spa they purchased. These people were not coming in to buy a second spa. They were coming in to see their friend, Pam.

My husband and I wanted a spa! So we happen to stop in at PAM location to look around and i am so Glad we did. We purchased the A9L monster spa from Pam at the Avondale location.Pam made the whole process so easy. From the in store financing to helping us pick out the wright jet packs that would give me the most therapy massage. I had back surgery just over two years ago and PAMHIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD for what would work best for my back issues. The spa its self is wonderful from the easy control pad to navigate through to the variety of jet packs that you can move from one spot to the other. The new Avondale Bullfrog Factory Spa Store is a great place to purchase a new spa, the people there are great they always make you feel like you are best friends even if you have just met them. They are there to answer any questions that you may have if/and when you are looking to make a purchase. They have a great store with lots of spas on display and even have a place you can wet test a spa and try the different jet packs out. This place is the best place to go if you are in search for a new spa. The lady that works there her name Pam and she is just awesome! I Highly Recommend Bullfrog Spas! A++++ All the way!

Our experience with Bullfrog Spas Avondale was amazing! We went to several different spa stores while shopping and nothing came close to the product and experience we received at Bullfrog. We worked with Pam throughout our experience. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and quite simply a joy to be around. Even after we purchased our spa she has been constantly available to answer questions and help a first time spa owner with even the most basic of issues. We actually consider her a friend at this point! As for the product, we tried several different spas and nothing came close to Bullfrog. From the interchangeable jet packs to the styling and to the WiFi connectivity with our home its just an incredible spa. Being able to turn on and off our spa with simple voice commands with Alexa is amazing. Plus they let you wet test and you can try all the different jet packs to find the perfect combination. All in all...great spa, incredible customer service (thanks Pam!), and Bullfrog now has a new loyal customer!

Bought a Bullfrog Spa about six years ago, and have really enjoyed it. Our climate here took its toll on cover, and when searching for a replacement, I was happy to learn that a Bullfrog store had recently opened in Avondale. We had bought our Spa from SPA Man, and they closed down a couple of years ago. Great to have a factory store on this side of the valley. Pam set me up with a new cover that is much nicer than the one that came with my Spa, and Courtney was also most helpful with a couple of questions that I had. In my opinion, Bullfrog Spas are the best (thats why we chose one!) If you are in the market for a Spa, or just need parts, supplies, or support, stop in. A great product supported by great people!

We bought an A8D Spa from the Avondale Store. Pam was very helpful explaining the jetpack therapy system and allowed us to test out various options. We are very satisfied and will recommend Bullfrog Spas to all of our friends and family moving forward. The surround sound option is a must for anyone who wants to listen to music or connect to a TV while relaxing in the spa. Our top 3 favorite Jetpacks are the Trio, Gyrossage and the Pulsator. We did quite a bit of research on hot tubs, and narrowed it down to two manufactures, Bullfrog and one other. We visited the other showroom and were not very impressed with the available selection, nor the demeanor of the salesman.That led us to Bullfrog. First impression was, WOW! As we walked into the store, we were greeted with a rousing, Hello, what can I do for you? Pam introduced herself to us and her effervescent personality made us very much at ease. We told her what we were looking for, and she immediately showed us the available models in the styles we liked.After working out the details of the model we were going to purchase, she offered for us to take a wet test so we could get the jetpacks, that we really wanted! (Take the wet test) We ordered the model and jetpack group we wanted!The time from ordering to delivery was about 4 months, due to COVID-19 reductions in their factory, which have is time to prepare our tub site with pavers and electrical.Delivery was smooth, and the tub was ready for our first dip in about 3 hours! The customer service since then has been nothing short of spectacular, with Pam always ready to help with everything from simple questions to help on adjusting the ph levels! She made us feel like we were special friends!!We HIGHLY recommend Bullfrog Spas! Make sure you ask for Pam!!

While in Arizona for Thanksgiving, we found out that our dog sitter at our home in Colorado, decided to use our bullfrog hot tub. The cover on the A7 has 4 clips and if you open one side and dont unlatch the other two clips you will break them. We have quite a bit of wind in the mountains in Colorado and knew we needed to get new clips asap. I called the Avondale Bullfrog Factory store and Pam was able to help me. Pam not only got me the clips I needed, but instructions on how to put the new ones on. We will be heading back to Colorado tomorrow and will install. We love our Bullfrog Hot tub and if we decided to buy one for our AZ place it will for sure be a Bullfrog from the Avondale location.Thank you Pam, you rock!

We purchased the R6 spa and have been in it everyday since installation! BOTH Courtney and Pam are amazing! Customer service exceeded our expectations! Our landscape designer suggested an in-ground travertine hot tub for more than twice the cost of our Bullfrog Spa. We couldnt be happier with our choice to go with Bullfrog! The one handed cover lifter is a dream, especially for my disabled hubby! I recommend the safety hand rail to go with the steps! The installers, Nick and Gabe were terrific. Quick, professional and when they left, it was ready to use! My grandkids LOVE it too, 10 minute limit for the kids! Our neighbors are lining up for their turn in the spa...OH and if you dont believe all of these amazing reviews GO to the Avondale location and WET TEST 3 different models!
