I bought my first gun here and absolutely loved the crew very nice people willing to work with you and hold guns for you. I went in and my address wasnt current so I had to shoot through hoops to get it right and after 3 hours or so I went back in and they had put my gun in the back for me and patiently waited. Ive been to several gun shops in the area all terrible this place is awesome. Ill be back

Sign says if the door is locked during business hours the. They are at capacity. Called after waiting in front for a half hour and the guy told me that they are open, but they no longer sell firearms, ammo or accessories. What? AZFirearms doesnt sell firearms or anything related to it. Never even got let in to the store.

If youre looking for a place to buy youre first gun this is the best place to go. The staff there are super friendly and extremely helpful especially for first timers like myself. I bought a Remington 03-A3 and the employee told me everything I needed to know about it. I also bought a 1903 ankara from cabelas, but they told me they didnt know what caliber it shot and if I wanted to know Id have to take it to a gunsmith. I took it here and they took one look at it and immediately knew what it shot. The way they explained everything in detail made it seem like they had personal experience with it and Im sure its the same way with every firearm thats in that store. I will definitely make this my main store for firearms and firearms accessories.

I found my new go to FFL dealer. A lot of variety and some very nice people working there. Would definitely go again.

If you come to this store and you buy a weapon please make sure any accessories are on the receipt, they showed me a gun, that I loved, a glock 43, with a lazer attachment that they even offer to adjust for me on 12-21-19. But when I went in to pick it up today 12-26-19 the owner or manager tells me if I want the lazer attachment it would be an extra 82 dollars thats on top of what Ive already paid them. I had already paid the whole thing off, was just waiting for my background to clear. Now I can even go shop for another weapon today, but it take about 5 business days to get my money back in to my account. If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask me. Elias @ ***-***-****. These guys are the best in town!! Family owned and operated. Incredible customer service. The owner even did gunsmith work on several firearms I own. I walked in about an hour ago today (4/30) and was looking to make a purchase, but walked out feeling very disappointed.The lady with brown hair at the front was the RUDEST, most arrogant employee I’ve ever met. Zero customer service experience. I asked her a few questions and she rolled her eyes and scoffed. She denied answering me any questions and have me the dirtiest looks when I genuinely wanted to know about certain guns, etc., Also, after reading all the reviews I got the feeling I was being discriminated against and that I’m not the only one who had been.I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’ll be going to tombstone tactical, where they’re customer service is amazing! I’ll be sure to spread the word on my experience here as well as on Yelp, FB and everywhere else. Period.

Ill tell you what. I pass by this shop almost every day Monday-Friday on a school bus. Wondering what deals they have. I finally had a chance to walk in and when I did I was greeted by Ben who listened to my needs for a perfect handgun. He showed me a few options and even told me some opinions on a few. I was so comfortable that I bought a Glock 43X from him and decided I liked his personality so much I would buy a 22LR rifle while I was at it. Ben took the time to get my cases and even gave me a deal on some 22LR ammo which I couldnt resist. All while doing so a man named Kyle came up and noticed i was left handed and asked to adjust the slide lock to the appropriate side, I obliged and he took it in the back and did his thing. I will for ever call this gun store my favorite just from that 45 minutes worth of interaction with the people they had behind the counters. Thank you Ben and Kyle.

Advertises full service Gunsmithing. However, no certified Gunsmith on Staff anymore. Was told the owner is now the Gunsmith, yet when asked, he is not actually a Gunsmith nor is he certified or should be calling himself one. Was treated with disgust for asking and was responded to with snarky remarks about why I was asking them. As others have noted as well, the only lady there was very brash and didnt seem to want to be there and was quick to turn away and walk out the door with her phone. This younger generation is so glued to their phones they dont know how to communicate anymore. I had my firearms serviced here before, and when I heard Kyle is no longer working there, I was curious as to who took his place as I have other firearms needing looked at, but was hesitant as its hard to find a knowledgeable and trustworthy Gunsmith who will give you the time a day. Kyle was a wizard and was able to repair my firearms over the counter where no other Gunsmiths could, and was insanely knowledgeable and friendly. I hear he is still Gunsmithing, so looks like I will be keeping my business with him if I can find him as azfirearms is not honest with their business and doesnt feel like a welcoming friendly place anymore.

Ive also purchased an optic system for my .223 from AzFirearms. I was pleased to find it was exactly the same price online and I didnt have to pay (or wait) for shipping. Very much recommend.

I like this place because its close to my home and the guys that work there can answer most of my questions if not they tell where I can go to find and answer. They have some really cool machine guns and old style Gatling guns!! lots of old military guns the kind of stuff I like!!! The guys behind the counter are passing along bad information to their customers. Please do not listen to these guys when it comes to gun laws!Other than that, they are not helpful and could care less if you were spending money there.They had 1 or 2 good deals but for the most part the rest is overpriced. The good deals must be to bring customers in.Also, they are only open from noon to 5pm, Tuesday through Friday! Most working people are doing just that, working. So it was hard for me to even get down there in the middle of the day. When I called to inquire about the gun, the clerk refused to give me pricing over the phone. I told him that I would need to take time off of work to go down there, and I didnt want to go without knowing what I was getting into. He refused. After a lot of effort he finally gave me the price.They are NOT geared towards customer service, I would not recommend going there if you are a novice shooter. Do your own research, dont ask them any questions and be prepared to wait until they are good and ready to talk to you.

Im a Black man, and I read the reviews before I went to this place. I was skeptical at first, but when I arrived the guys inside was friendly. I never owned a piece and I explained that to them. Dan, helped me through my process of picking the right piece for a (first timer) he explained to me all I needed to know about owning a piece. After selecting my weapon of choice, I did a background check & I was delayed of course but, I got a call after the next day and I was approved to pick my piece up. And Im very much satisfied. I would recommend to those who take reviews serious. Im a person who dont normally write reviews instead I just read them and make my own decisions, but after through review I felt comfortable to go in, and Im glad I did. This is the place to go if you plan to have full knowledge of owning a piece. No matter if your professional or newbie.

The inventory is huge for such a small shop. I have always found the prices fair. I have read posts by other folks screaming about ammo prices. Worst costumer service. I am hispanic man born here in the U.S and came in to see and seek advice on purchasing guns here Arizona (permits and anything of that matter), my vehicle was recently broken into and wanted to prepare for the worst like if they decided to break in my home. I walked in happily and with a good attitude and said hello. First thing the man did was stare at me noticeably head to toe with a rude looking face. I was wearing my school uniform so I felt as if I looked professional. I asked what I needed to own a gun here in Arizona but his response was if I didnt have a license to leave. It led me to believe these people arent very knowledgeable about gun laws here in Arizona. After his response I decided to not deal with him and said I was going to leave and offered the man a hand shake. He looked directly at my hand in disgust for about 4 seconds and decided to just touched my hand as fast as he could and let go, that was all. I will not be going back again, especially with the way they treat what at least was a future customer.

Always great prices, and the wonderful customer service one would expect from a mom and pop business like this. I recently started a collection of vintage .22 pistols including a couple of High Standards made in the early 50s. I was having issues cycling standard velocity rounds, which are the only rounds that should be fired in these pistols. I contacted Kyle, AZ Firearm’s gunsmith and he told me to bring them on in. Unlike most gunsmiths who are “The Invisible Man” when it comes to customer contact and questions, Kyle was great! He looked them over with me there, we had a great 15 minute discussion, and offered some great suggestions. I left both pistols with him and about a week later, they were ready to pick up. Took them to the range, and they’re both doing great now.My game plan moving forward is having Kyle check out any used guns I buy before I even try to fire them.Awesome gun store! Awesome gunsmith!!

Dont do business with these people. I bought a lower receiver from them, and when I tried to put a parts kit in it, it turned out to be out of spec. The manufacturer has since gone out of business, so a warranty claim is not possible. I returned to the store hoping to swap it out for one of equal value or to get a store credit. I waited in the store for over an hour while the gunsmith confirmed that it was actually out of spec, and the entire time the sales staff was talking trash about every single customer that left the store. One guy was trying to buy a suppressor, and the staff didnt even know how to run the paperwork, so they just tried to convince him that suppressors arent worth buying. Finally, after an hour of listening to this, my salesman came back out and told me that the owner had decided that they werent going to do anything for me. No swap, no store credit. Im just going to have to eat the $150 I spent on a faulty part. He did offer to sell me a PSA lower for the same price thats on the PSA website, which they have in the store at a 250% markup. Most of their inventory carries a similar markup over msrp. Save your money and your dignity, and shop somewhere else.

This shop USED to be a gem. Fair prices decent customer service, but now in the midst of the gun ban scare in which items that werent even talked about being banned have double in price is an outrage. Merchant firearms and glockmeister places like that, never jacked up their prices to make a quick buck to take advantage of a situation. a sig p239 for around 800 bucks used I believe it was is just crazy! USED! Just a shame I suppose they are making more on their newish auction bit than they are in store; thus forth this shop is no longer worth taking a look at.

I was waiting in line at the barber shop they have next door decided to go outside and smoke a black and mild when I noticed the gun shop next door. so I set the black and mild on a rock in front of the store still lit knowing I would only be in the store for 2 or 3 min tops one of the employees seen me do it didnt say a word as I leave the gun store my black and mild is no longer on the rock I left it on but broken in half right next to the rock still light and could of caused a fire so I walk back in the gun store and ask for them to throw it away for me instead of jus breaking it in half and the crazy part was they didnt even throw it in the street they threw it in there property as if they jus did it to be rude Im Mexican decent and they were all white and as I left the store after picking up the cigar and throwing it away they said Mexicans are not aloud in this place of business. I did keep my cool but I was jus such in shock of how rude and racist there staff was

Every time Ive walked in here its been busy and thats great! For a small store they have a lot going on! They have a great selection of pistols and rifles and at pretty good pricing. Modern arms and vintage arms they seem to have it all. The staff is courteous and knowledgable. They dont have much in the way of accessories but thats easily overlooked with their pricing! I wouldnt hesitate to do business with them. Oh and they have NFA items available too and will likely do NFA transfers. This is type 10FFL.

They have a lot of guns that the pluse . But their way hi priced they are proud of their used gun ! They had an Cia AK-47 witch is not hi quilt for over 1000 any other shop 500 -600 . Then a bushmaster stander normally any other store 850 to 900 here 1200 . Not sure where the prices come Frome but their hi hi

I had a terrible experience. I took my ar in because it jammed with a fail to eject. They were very grumpy and not very knowledgable in my opinion. They did fix my jam...and charged me $40. seemed a little steep to me...especially because of they unfriendliness. I checked on the internet when I got home and found several post telling me of a simple fix with a $4 part and simple install. I would have thought that they might have known that info if they were so good. They seemed baffled why it failed to eject. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never go back.

I’m still wondering why this place has such a high rating yet very low customer service. In case you are wondering who buys up all the ammo and sells it at an outrageous amount, look no further. 1 box of 22lr 333 rounds = $50 – no joke. On 5/18/13 I stop by because I was told AZFireams had 22lr, and sure thing they did. Except that they were ripping people off and any smart shopper with a brain could see that the majority of the products in stock were grossly overpriced.
