Walmart was clean and organized but MCDONALDS 😱🤮🤮.I understand about short crew nationwide but at least do the basic cleaning, when I see the dinning room like this I turned around and leave.

A decent Walmart, but they were out of carts. Thats pretty important when you have a long grocery list.

Did Walmart pickup they were training and both of the employees were kind and friendly, they came out in a timely manner and were very respectful. I appreciated that they were happy and had a smile on their faces. It was a very pleasant experience they didnt have a couple of the items that we ordered but they substituted for better higher end products. Very grateful for their fantastic work!

I wish the could have accurate prices. It says one thing in person, and another on the scanner on the WM app and another at the register Smh come on you can do better.

Mom always told me to only say nice things...so the place was clean. The rest of it was horrible...bad service, nothing priced on the shelves...when I asked why they said customers steal the shelf tags...

For a Walmart it was super clean and very well in stock. This store Manager/Market manager should be proud of the staff they have. Huge shout-out. Keep it up!!

This store is bad I spent 50 bucks on Walmart on Dysart n Santa fe never answer phone I bought some wine came home for a special dinner cut my hand on a broken lid now Im calling a lawyer it could have been worse but since they dont answer Im going to make it worse ( not my hand there irresponsibility)

Younger cashiers at self checkouts need to have better customer service... didnt believe it till I experienced myself and actually heard one tell another customer ...thats why its called self checkout... When customer was asking for assistance. And customer was only there because she stated there was only one register open with cashier and that line was long. 😞

During the pandemic, I realized this Walmart is so wonderful. People work here are very professional and very nice and caring. And they have everything that we need during the hard time. Today, we went to curbside pick up. The moment we parked our car, they came over to assist us and we were out of there in minutes. Great service, safe and fast. Keep up the good work.

Whats the point of having a Hunting department if you never have someone working in it. The decline of the Walmart franchise is astonishing. Between the disgusting state of the stores, the seemingly missing and worthless employees, its amazing that your customers dont get robbed every time they walk into your store thats one step above dereliction. Walmart went from a great Franchise to a national embarrassment. The only thing keeping this Franchise alive is Inflation and that our government is determined to make us all poor.

Went this store today. I vow NEVER to go back to this location. If any location. Im ready to pay higher prices for better service. Prices arent so low there anymore anyways. Had the most useless cashier who over charged me by $60 bucks and then have to go waste more time to go to customer service for a refund. Theres is no sorry about that, or anything. Just more bad treatment. And then because of one lazy cashier I have to wait 5 days for a refund because I dont want a gift card. To hell with this. Im done.

Low prices. Shelves were stocked. Only one cashier available, so only other option was self-checkout... which had a long line as well. The attendant wasnt very good about addresses the troubles of those checking out so as to increase the flow.Its Wal-Mart, so social distancing is not encouraged. Theres nothing worse than waiting in line with someone unmasked standing on your heels.Plenty of parking. Accessible ramps and entrances.

Listen, its Walmart. Nobody goes in WANTING to spend more than four minutes there, but no matter which one you go to there are lines from the registers to the back parking lot and two and a half cashiers. And the lines get even longer because self-checkout keeps going down and everyone whos not at the registers always has something better to do. Like stand there and watch the chaos. Jesus Christ, get yourselves together.

This is one of the better Walmart supercenters in Arizona that Ive been to so far. Staff is very friendly. Actually have a few regular checkouts open. Helps a lot when you are disabled. Thanks to the manager who asked if I needed help while I was waiting in the deli. You should be a training location.

As any other location... crowded with customers roaming around yet not enough sales or support associates to offer assistance or guide you on where to find a specific item that you need but cant find it easily...No cashier on duty none... like zero cashiers working... just self checkout lines... at around noon on a Wednesday...But as usual they have some great sales and discounts going on... I guess if we want the discounts we need to put up with the constant lack of customer service and support... typical Walmart mega-corporate wheel turning... nothing special nothing out of ordinary...

One stop shopping. You can ask anyone with a Walmart vest where something is and they will tell you without looking it up. If you need help like me disabled. No problem. Quick assistance available.

30 minutes wait after I got there and checked in . Would not be upset but, car that came in after me where getting out in 10 minutes. Was sent message at 20 till order ready, check in at 19 after, did not get order to car till 49 after the hour only after stopping someone asking what is going on. That employee try to tell me that the order was not ready. 5 minutes later they bought to the car.

Allan in the electronics section provided me with the best costumer service Ive ever received today. Nothing but positive words and an exceptional time finding the best computer for me. 10/10 person, and 100/10 employee!

Its sad when you see 7 workers gathered together & there is no one on the cashiers line. It seems theyve been trained to provide you with an excuse for why cashiers no longer exist, but the bottom line is customer service is becoming quickly extinct at this store. I guess technology wins again.

Arrived 35 minutes after we were told our order was ready for pickup. Waited over an hour while 1 person wandered aimlessly accomplishing nothing. During that hour more than a dozen cars just left without their orders. Called the store main line and the pickup line more than a dozen times without answer.When we finally got our order the fruit quality was horrible and moldy.Amy at the store was rude, dismissive, condescending and utterly unapologetic. Offered a token gift card for their utter failure to even do the most basic part of their job. Manager Steve was at least apologetic.No credit was issued for the defective produce, nothing was said about their inability to answer the phone, and nothing was done about their utter and complete failure on every level of customer service.

All the employees i dealt with were very pleasant. The store is always clean.

I like Walnut.The store is close to where live. The prices are great and alot of different departments. This way you might find every thing at one store. Save times.

Everything was perfect. We came at lunchtime but the wait was minimal. It was very clean! Definitely a bell ringer. And we will return again.

I had a pick up order and it is delayed by over an hour and a half at the Avondale Az store. They wont even answer the phone so I can find out about my order. This is a joke!

I will never shop at this Walmart again! I placed an order for pick on a Sunday to be picked up on a Monday night between 7pm-8pm. It is now 8:51 and I still do not have my grocery order. This is the second time this has happened just at a different Walmart. So Walmart pickup does not know how to schedule their pickup at all! They have lost my business for sure this time.

They never have cashiers. How does one of the richest companies in America not invest back into their people or the people they intend to serve. If I wanted to bag groceries and stuff Id apply for a job. Its not like you are dropping your prices, only dropping your customer service...

Its a Walmart. Its better than a lot of the valleys locations and it can be just as busy. The lines move fast, when theres lines but other than that, expect your basic Walmart experience

I dont know why I even came here... didnt have the 2 things I actually came for, picked up a few other things, got up to the check out lanes and there wasnt even 1 open! Only self check... Im sorry...I dont freaking work here, so unless you are giving me a discount to check and bag my own stuff I guess you dont get my money! There were 5 employees just sauntering around looking board there could have been at least 1 lane open!! ! Its so freaking ridiculous!!

I have good and bad to say about Walmart. First off, sometimes i go in there and they havent stocked their shelves. Which is pretty annoying, and i feel they could do a better job with that. They are having some kind of problem with cat food and treats. Not sure whats going on with that. On a good note, i love how they have revamped their produce dept. Always looks nice. Employees seem to be nice and helpful, especially the lady with the cane that works self service cash registers. She is always so friendly and very patient. Next time i shall get her name.

Im not a fan of Wal-Mart just so you know. However.......this place needed a great review. So I left a message for sales in the electronics to call me back for a transfer from AT and T to Straight talk. 1st...they called me back like wow they nvr do this. 2nd he said he had free time to help.me with my phone in store to switch over etc...His name was Allen. So I went there to the electronics he politely said his name said he was expecting me and we went from there. I got a tool set to remove my phone case as he waited and bought the Straight Talk chip etc...he called and was able to change my number / intall chip but also gave me cleaning stuff to allow me to clean my phone and case while I waited. He did everything for me, was patient and courteous. Thank you Allen...also noted these were the cleanest bathrooms ive seen yet (for a walmart) even my wife said so. The entire floor as I had to walk around was clean and just felt idk better than other ones. It was a great feeling having no worries and him helping me as Im not great with phones. Thank you Allen...it was great to have met you be seeing you again for my wifes phone. P.s. the price is typically the same for what we have already with A t and T however their billing is always different so itll be nice to have a solid bill each month. THANKYOU AGAIN ALLEN

Has everything you need except cashiers. Over 40 people in line and youll be lucky if they have 2 actual cashiers. IM NOT A CASHIER! They need to start giving us a discount for using self checkout. Plus, thats not really fast anymore when they only have 1 cashier so people with an entire cartful are using self checkout.

Love this Walmart. Looks beat up and old outside but clean and well organized. Its also well stocked. Keep up the good clean work.

Waited 20 mins for a cashier because none were at the registers. Then it took another 20 mins to check out because the line was so long. Lines long at self check out too.And if they want me to check myself out ...I want to be paid min wage to do it! Im not being pushed to take someones job to save money for the Walmart corp.If it happens again I wont come back.😡

Go to the Walmart on Estrella to exchange a TV. Was told they would exchange it and asked me to go in the back and get another one but they are out of stock. They tell me go to this Walmart they have plenty. They tell me they wont take it because its a few days after the return period. Even though its defective. I tell them about Estrella she rolls her eyes and said none of the stores will take it back. Basically accusing me of lying about Estrella. Contact Roku and they tell me its pretty normal for the TVs to come back from walmart months after the purchase. Im at 37 days after purchase! Inconsistent policies between stores but her rudeness was the worst part!

Now Walmart the superstore its a great place to shop you can cover everything there too including your car the only problem my wife have is getting access to a handicap vehicle to shop alone with me other than that Walmart you okay with me

First time using the “pick up” option. I ordered and paid for my item online, was notified about an hour later that it was ready for me to pick up. Service was quick once I got there.

Well stocked in almost all areas.waited quite a while to even self check groceries. lines in check out had 7 and 8 already waiting in line.

Found what we were looking for and a whole lot more. Had a lot of empty shelves. Fair prices and not too crowded.

Typical Walmart, nice staff, clean store. Many self check out open 1 cashier working the register.

I actually enjoyed myself. Very clean, the merchandise wasnt all over the place, people were kind and I didnt have to hunt down a cart to use. I didnt know this kind of Walmart still existed. Excellent job guys!!! :)

They need to bring back the cashiers and open up the 30 registers they have instead of having somebody at the scanning go accusing you of stealing water or soda or whatevers on the bottom of your cart that you scan either very first or very last because its heavy it really makes you feel like a thief Ive been in the military I did four tours in Iraq I did two and Afghanistan and I came back and I feel like an outcast if this is what the cost of freedom is worth to the American public then I would rather fight for Russia or someone who would appreciate it

Stay away from any food thats prepped by them. Flies buzzing around inside a donut box. Dead bugs in the pre sliced fruit. Moldy subs

Store is hot and stuffy. mentioned it to cashier that a/ c and s controlled by corporation in Arkansa. It was 115 outside in Arizona and felt 125 inside Walmart.. Shop were you dont overheat while trying to get groceries.. Frys, Walgreens, Safeway, Albertsons, Cosco accommodate customers with A/C in all there stores!

Lines are crazy long. Inventory is low. I wanted to purchase a skort that I had purchased only 2 weeks before and all inventory was gone! Order more stock.

First time going to this Walmart and I was disappointed. They didnt have brake cleaner cus it was sold out or shelves werent stock. I couldnt find the Works Toilet Bowl Cleaner so I bought the great value version of it and as soon as I got home my whole grocery bag was wet and covered in toilet bowl cleaner. Hopefully it doesnt harm my skin from touching it.

This place is truly great. The workers are amazing and there is always something new to buy. Great value.

We had an extremely complicated issue with paying with our bank card. the lady that came to help us was from higher up management and she fixed our issue rather quickly and explained to us in detail to us what she was doing. We left completely worry free.I wish I could remember her name .

Prices are good but they are always out of stuff. Stocking is horrible! When we go sometimes we cant even get Milk! Very understaffed at the checkout!

My gram and I went there and someone stole her antenna snowman from the parking lot.Service was slow but food was good. And they are taking steps to hire people so it wont be a long wait.

Accidentally double scanned item in self check out. I realized after reviewing my receipt, manager told me they would review cameras and get back to me. Have not heard anything in over two months. Apparently Walmart thinks its OK to steal $30 from a customer and not care about making restitution.

Ordered our groceries for delivery for Monday morning. 9-10. The order never showed up, never received an email with any updates all day. You can absolutely NEVER get a person on the phone. Finally at 4:45 we drove down to pick up our order. After 10 mins waiting someone came up took our name, we explained the situation, she said ok it would be a few minutes. ONE HOUR later another guy comes out, takes our name, AGAIN. Tell him the same story but now weve waited an hour. He says OK. We then wait another 15 mins. The lady parked in front of us had only waited 30 minutes and got her order before us.WORST WALMART online ordering service ever!! Never again!!

I just want to give a shout out to the Team Lead of Online Grocery Rebeka! We had an issue with my express order and after it taking 4 hours of not showing up she went above and beyond to make sure we got our groceries, she wrote us a note for my family and I to all feel better soon, it means a lot to my family that we got the stuff we had ordered with all of us not feeling good.
