I called yesterday to set up service and after reading all the negative reviews I was skeptical about the service I would receive. Lisa answered and helped me right away. She was so kind and helpful. Sent a prompt email and service was started ASAP. I had to send an email today and Edenia helped me who was also very responsive and considerate.The customer service has been 5/5 stars. Friendly, warm, prompt and professional. In the current culture of accepting horrible customer service, I was treated very well by both women. Thank you so much for making this transition the easiest part to my move.Sarah

What an absolutely disgraceful company to be taking American funds. This company has given all of their clients all over the US new account numbers. These new account numbers are so payments can be processed by a 3rd party vendor who is outside of this country. I am not one to usually speak against outsourcing but I have to draw the line for utilities. This is disgraceful, distrustful, and abusive. Their implementation of this transition is even more horrible than the actual idea of it. You must error out 3 times before you can get to a rep who can take a payment on the phone, but if they can not pull up your account number they cant take the payment either as they do not have access to see if you are using an old number or new number. Ok Call local place, they can only give you the new number BUT they often only confirm the old number as the new number, which still does not work. Poorly executed transition of outsourcing payment services for one of the few things that should absolutely not be outsourced. If you can avoid moving into an area with this company as your Utility company please do it.

If I only could give zero stars. This company is a rip - off. First of all their website never works properly. I cannot make my payments online. Secondly their charges are insane , I lived in a bigger home with more people and an outdoor pool ! and paid twice less to the city of Chandler then I am paying to Liberty Utilities. Never again I will move to a place that they service.

Worst website ever. Its like they dont want you to see your bill. I shouldnt need to go paperless to view things online.

Always a positive experience personally. Call to make my payment and they always except it. Water is always working (unless i dont pay it). I cant see giving them anything less than a 5 star rating!

Literally, the worst customer service imaginable. Shut our water off 20 days after the bill was missed (unenrolled us in autopay) and taking their sweet time reconnecting with exorbitant fees. Good thing my 12 month old doesn’t drink much water...After 4 years of regular service, an effort to communicate the shut off would be appreciated. Good thing EPCOR is moving into our town to give this monopoly a little competition.

Great service . I had a water leak I was unaware of. My bill went up and I had the company call and offer to inspect and see where the leak was coming from! Saved me a boat load of money . Thanks Liberty!

If you use your banks auto pay make sure you add a week for delivery. I think it is a scam. They will add a late fee and say they didnt receive it in time. Even if it clears your bank days before it was due.

Most incompetent company in the state of Arizona. Can’t even provide customer service when asked to and their representatives are absolutely the stupidest human beings.

Very dissatisfied with Liberty Utilities. Unfortunately, we dont have a choice in who provides our water, or we would certainly change providers. When looking for our new home, we will add homes that do NOT have Liberty Water to the criteria.Avoid them if you can.
