I was in the market for a new queen size bed including box spring and mattress (already had the frame). I went to Mattress Firm on 99th Ave./McDowell and was assisted by Aldo. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. I let him know right off the bat I was on a budget and he was mindful of that. Found the perfect bed and picked it up at their warehouse on West Buckeye Rd. same day. I appreciated they were open on Saturday. Everything went seamlessly. I could not be happier with the service or product! Oh and one more thing, I got an amazing price, too! Thank you. I am a customer for life.

Ive purchased from this store several times over the past 20 years. The sales associates are always pleasant and helpful. Henry assisted me on my recent visit. He was knowledgeable, resourceful and sincere. His co-worker, Jennifer, was also sincere and kind. I recommend this Matttees Firm for your sleep needs.

Misleading information, thought we were financing thru a loan not a credit card. They signed us up without telling us. They also canceled our order for the best pillows and mattress protector, they went ahead and ordered even better pillows and mattress protector, which they did not even call and ask us if we wanna go that route. Very poor business model.Definitely would not recommend going to this location especially if you get Aldo the sleep expert, which he is the Assistant Store Manager. The Store Manager was there as well but she failed to mention anything about a credit card as well.They also have not called us to tell us to go and pick up our pillows and mattress protector (like they said they would) it was suppose to be there on the 8th. SMFH

Ken was very Knowledgeable explained the different types of mattresses. Ken also explain the difference between each mattress.It was very help full. My husband also committed he like Ken he was not pushy we both enjoyed our experience.

Went here to by three mattresses for the house. I dont think Im spelling it right but Chantelle was the one helping us. Super friendly nice and really went out of her way to help us out. Went during the 4th of July week when they have more sales would recommend this place to anyone needing a mattress!

We bought a nice bed here in 2015. After a short time the mattress failed, and we had to file a warranty claim. It was quick and painless and because they no longer had the bed we bought, we picked another one. It was just the mattress though. Michael was very helpful land curtious. Sold me the Queen BeautyRest for the Twin price and gave me the box spring free. Only 2 days to deliver, also free. The sales guy was super nice (super chatty, if your in a hurry you gotta be blunt with him and say your in a hurry).

Mattress Firm has the show room and the people to help you make a decision that will make a difference in your sleep. We went to the store at 9995 W. McDowell Rd. We had a sleep number which is now gone. We were having back issues for years. We went to Mattress Firm and were provided with excellent customer service and product knowledge, something that is lacking in OTHER stores now days.We made our purchase, the bed was delivered and set up by their drivers and all was well. We went from a King to two singles with adjustable bases still using our King frame. The wife was still not satisfied with her mattress so we went back for an exchange. Jodi R made us feel that it wasn’t our fault and after trying six different mattresses we arranged a swap. We were still within the time frame to swap it out without penalty. Jodi explained what was going on and why two people do not sleep the same. We want to thank both Dylan and Jodi for their excellent customer service. They get a five Star rating from us.
