This is the first time I’ve visited this location and I will definitely be coming back again. I have curly/wavy hair and am trying to bring it back to life after years of not using any products and lots of heat. I came with a friend and we were greeted and asked if we needed help with anything. I honestly wasn’t expecting to buy anything just see what curl products were there but after speaking to one of the associates, I believe her name was Anna (curly orange hair), she convinced me to buy some. Her energy and attitude was very welcoming and kind. She offered me a variety of products depending on how much I was willing to spend and I loved that! Super kind and helpful girl, would honestly go back again.

Clean store and very well organized. This location appears to have more in stock than other Sallys in the area. The staff was truly amazing and friendly and did not make you uncomfortable or give you a rude welcoming especially towards it being closing time. Definitely would recommend this.location before any other Sallys closer to me.

The best sally beauty store in Avondale, this store always has products In stock and the staff is more than helpful, they actually take the time to make sure you get what you need. I usually go to the one in tolleson or Goodyear since they’re a couple minutes closer but they never have products or aren’t helpful. Keep it up queens

I literally pulled up at 6:55 and the lights and door were locked. You guys close at 7. Smh

Shelves were bare but I was happy to get the last pack of replacement tape for my extensions (until I got home). When I went to pay the woman asked if I needed a bag but it would cost me 15 cents. Seriously? So when I got home and opened the pack, half of the tape is gone! Thanks a lot, Ive had bad experiences before but between them wanting to charge for a bag and then only getting half the product, Ill never shop at Sallys again.

Helpful and friendly staff

This is my first experience going to a Sallys and there were no products specifically for Afrcan American Hair. Wow... what a let down. Usually they have a section that caters to Black hair. Avondale is an diverse area. So whats up Sallys.

Amazing customer experience

Had a great experience with this store. Customer service was outstanding! Manager was helpful. Making this store my first stop for all beauty supplies! Great prices!😆

Young lady didn’t even acknowledge me other than, “you ready?”/“have a good day”No eye contact, no walk in greeting, and more attention to her cell phone sitting next to the register than the clients. If there’s a miss in revenues in this location, look no further than poor service

This store is a joke they treat there customers like crap and God forbid you take a kid in there. They follow you around like your stealing and make you feel so uncomfortable. Oh and dont ask for help these stupid girls have no clue what there talking about.

Great service!

Came here at 5:45pm and they said they were already closed even though the sign at the front said 6pm. The lady was standing at the register with the lights on to make it look like they were opened. She came to the front opened the doors and said sorry were closed already, I told her but the sign says you close at 6pm she said ya well I decided to close early. Thats was a BS response in my opinion, I told her I just needed buy shampoo but she refused to let me in, so annoying. Ill never waste my money at this location again.

Usually pretty helpful. Every once in a while I get a clueless attendant.

Horrible, horrible customer service, and slow. They sales reps argue, then call the boss, then argue. Then laugh at the customers. It was an experience. Ill stick to tolleson, and Goodyear location for sure!

Worse customer service ever Walked in and wasnt even acknowledged

Was going fine I was looking at hair color when my 9 year old said she had to pee I said can you hold it she said no so I told her to go to the girl tell her she needed the bathroom the lady refused to let a child use the bathroom when first of all I am a customer here all the time and second my kids have used there bathrooms before I refuse to go anywhere they wont let a child use a bathroom.
