Let’s talk integrity and customer service.. I know times are crazy and it’s a seller market but I don’t think an organization should ever lose touch with those two core values.I had chosen a specific vehicle that I had wanted to purchase and did a credit application online for them to pull my credit, and while in the middle negotiating the price of the vehicle and my trade in value, the sales manager decides to sell this vehicle right under my nose, MINUTES after I ran my credit with their organization. The only reasoning they wanted to give me was, because we had not locked in the price, and accepting their terms they decided to sell the vehicle to someone else.I think this speaks to this dealership’s values and their commitment to customer loyalty. I have never had such a horrible experience. I allowed them to run my credit to show my commitment to making a purchase that day.I shall not name the sales manager and associate, but would like to share my experience as a consumer and someone who works in the customer service industry that upper management should emphasize on those areas.

What a joke! I made an appointment for an oil change and a 30,000 mile check-up which I was told is a complimentary service. Long story short, when I picked up my truck, I was handed a bill for over $700. The guy handling my transaction could only say, I dont know why they told you it was complimentary, but when I told him that before he took my keys, he didnt have anything contrary to say! Its unfortunate these guys all think we dont know anything. I do know that changing a fuel can cabin filter does not add up to the bill I was given. I was hoping to find a dealership that could actually be honest. It certainly isnt this one!

I swear if you are going anywhere else for service then you clearly are blind and dumb. The guys in shop are amazing hands down! Robert Carter in the office is by far the best! Dont get me wrong everyone in there is great! But his customer service and willingness to help customers is outstanding! Keep up the great job Rob and Larry H. Miller dodge!!

I had a very good experience at Larry Miller. The salesman, Elvin Villa, listened to what I was needing in a pickup truck. He advised me on what trucks were available and about pending inventory. He was very knowledgeable about the trucks and their options. There was never any pressure to purchase, or attempt to sway what I might purchase one way or another.As far as the financing goes, several options and lenders were presented to me. I chose the rate and term that I was most comfortable with.Justin Horton did the final purchase agreement. We discussed the final financing and what warranty options were available. He listened to my needs and tailored a warranty and price that I was comfortable with. Again, there was never any pressure to influence my decision.Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and the staff at Larry Miller.

Thad was great to work with. Hes one of the best salesman weve had. He was honest and no high pressure to buy. Only reason for 4 stars was because they just wouldnt budge on the price of the used truck I bought. This was due to the current truck shortage so I get that. They did however give me a $1,000 more for my trade than the other dealerships offered. The dealership itself was clean and everyone was helpful.

Daniel was great. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find my dream truck. I bought a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 and he was even able to get me $27k for my trade in (Toyota Tacoma) so I wasn’t upside down on my trade. Great service and fast , easy delivery. Best truck buying experience I’ve ever had. Even if you aren’t close to this dealer it is worth the drive. Bob Mondello was an excellent salesman. He was extremely kind, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered. Mike Painter was one of the most knowledgeable finance people and a pleasure to work with. Not once did this dealership try to take advantage of me or hide fees. I can’t say enough about the people at this dealership.

Would give it -5 stars if I can. Went in because my car had lost the majority of the oil. Mind you I had gotten the leak about 2 weeks after the oil change AT THE DEALER. I take it in and they charged me over $800 to change the oil housing filter. Best part is. IT HAD THE SAME EXACT OIL HOUSING AS WHEN I LEFT IT. I’m sure they had failed to seal the cap on and called it a day. I never went back though.

Very annoyed with the deceptive sales tactics that brought me in. I was sent an offer in the mail for my truck worth $54,000. Called in ahead of time to specifically ask if it was legit so I wouldnt waste my day off there - of course the salesman said yes come in. Showed up, was sat at a desk while I waited an hour alone (no exaggeration, started to count because I was so frustrated), only for the salesman to come back and say they would only offer $42,000 with no reasoning besides the market. Pretty ridiculous considering I called to make sure that exact thing wouldnt happen. Went in ready to buy that day, felt as if I was treated as a customer who couldnt. Overall poor experience.

As an avid Ram owner I went in today, to start, salesman Austin was exceptional !! 5 star service!On the other hand his sales manager was arrogant, rude, had zero customer service skills, did not hold up the request that I made when I pulled up, and raised his voice at my wife and I over a $800 diffrence on a 75k truck purchase.. We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and have never had a MANAGER be so unprofessional here.Non the less because of Austin I intend on giving Avondale Dodge 24 hours to rectify the 4 hours of my day wasted. I truly hope Avondale Dodge does something about this so called sales manager as it will be tough to gain my business again.

Traded a 2017 Jeep Patriot with 27k+/- miles on it for a 2020 Dodge Journey with 11 miles on it. Great staff! Evin and my Finance Manager were awesome. I just wish the process hadnt taken so long. I got there at 3pm, didnt leave til 7pm with a 6 year old. Service is great!

Our great experience started 4 months ago when our service expert, Jacob White, reminded us in advance that we were getting close to 100,000 miles on our vehicle - and that we’d need to plan for some extra time and money to get the work done when we scheduled our next oil change. I’m a planner, and appreciated his helping me look forward and budget for the expense.We scheduled the service, dropped off our vehicle, and even with a couple of minor repairs we were delighted when our total bill was $150 less than he’d estimated!Jacob and the LHM Dodge Service team provided great service, professional interaction and they looked out for my budget, too. It doesn’t get much better than that!

I arrived 15-Minutes early for my appointment and pulled up in the driveway to end up sitting there for and additional 20-minutes while everyone around me proceeded to be helped. There was a young lady checking everyone in and not once did she bother to ask me if I had been helped. After sitting and waiting I finally got her attention and explained my situation. Another 5 or so minutes passed before my service advisor was able to get me checked in. My SA was extremely nice once he got to me but the others around him were not so friendly if they were not servicing or in charge of your car at that time. I purchased the oil change package and also took my daughters car there as well. I think Im going to move on to a place that respects appointments and the entire staff is a little more friendly.

I had a wonderful experience. Andrew did not give me a hard time with pressure or play any games with the back-and-forth that most dealerships do. Justin the finance guy I was absolutely amazing gave me a great deal and was still looking for better rates while I was sitting in his office on the phone with the insurance company. The scheduling at this dealership is horrible. We arrived 20 minutes prior to our appointment time. The service advisor informed us that it would be approximately two hours to complete the service. Its ridiculous that an oil change and wiper replacement would take two hours. The service advisor said its because so many customers showed up. I told him we set an appointment. He said hes sorry, like that helped. We understand back-ups happen, however this was not the first time. We have had the same vehicle serviced there numerous times. Each time we set an appointment and then wait a considerable length of time for basic service (oil change, tire rotation, etc). Absolutely horrible!!!!!

A great experience at Larry Miller RAM Avondale. I wanted to order a new RAM 3500. After having a bad experience at another Ram dealer, I called Avondale Ram. Waylon King answered and I told him what I was after. He was great. I stopped in and he wrote the order right there, no issues. Waiting for the truck to get built was the hardest part, but Waylon kept me in the loop. On Delivery Day, the buying process was smooth. Easy deal. Love the truck!

I have been eyeballing jeeps for quite some time. The only hindrance being a bed to transport items and tow capacity. While getting my economical car serviced I took a gander at the Ram 1500 pickups. Kevin Acevedo was able to set me up in a sweet Ram Rebel. Due to my uncertainty, we ended up settling on a lease. However, after 30 days of drive time, it quickly became apparent that I needed a truck. The truck accommodates my mountain bike and hunting gear, with additional benefit of getting me out to remote areas. I had to get into a purchase, to add a few modifications. I made my decision and went in to purchase my truck. Kevin was on vacation and my stubborn butt could not wait. Pedro Lozano was able to fill this void and we explored a few options. I ended up walking out with a 2019 Ram Power Wagon, for just 100 dollars more a month. Dope deal for more truck. There is no comparison to the Rebel interior, but for my adventures, the Power Wagon is the better truck. Shout out to Kevin and Pedro for the assistance in this commitment.

I help coordinate repairs on Gen-Techs fleet of 80+ service trucks. We have had a relationship with Larry Miller in Avondale for several years. The other day I tried to schedule an appointment for one of our Rams with a low coolant level light on after we had replaced the sensor. I contacted Robert Carter to schedule an appointment and although they were fully booked, he took the time to call me back with his technicians advice. We replaced the coolant reservoir, filled the system with new coolant and it resolved the issue. I appreciate working with honest companies and individuals like Robert that understand great customer service. Thank you Robert!

At first, my wife and I were extremely disappointed and almost gave up on our truck search and buying process. Charlie and Wayland completely turned that around for us and found us everything we needed: truck size, monthly payment, necessary features, etc. They both went above and beyond to help us and Im happy to say we have the perfect family truck for us and our 3 kids. I strongly recommend seeing these guys, theyre nice, personal and are very understanding.

I brought my jeep in to Larry H Miller Avondale Dodge to have an alignment performed on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. After going to many shops around in the valley to get it aligned and spending a lot of money to get it aligned, Rick stubs took the reins and made it it right for me finally! Rick Stubbs Found that a ball joint on my newly purchased axle was bad. I bought a new ball joint and Rick was able to get it replaced and the jeep aligned within a day. I Highly recommend Larry H Miller Avondale Dodge as they will treat you as family not just as a customer.

Bought my brand new ram there and was an interesting experience with that..now that i have the free oil changes i cant seem to get in either branch and was told backed up for a month to get used to it. so much for the free oil changes will just do them my self. Sadly Will not recommend the service from there.

Ive called multiple times and left messages and no one calls me back. Doubtful I would ever buy another truck from this place again.....so the manager response to this below says to call him, I did, he never called me back either. LOL what a joke! Called in to schedule an URGENT RECALL service.The gal that answered the phone had to put me on hold and go ask someone else every time I had a question.She finally got frustrated and transferred me to a service advisors line that went to voicemail.

I bought the limited Ram that supposedly belonged to only one owner - the General Manager of this dealership. I was hesitant to buy used but the sales and finance people assured me that I would be safe with the extended warranty. This truck has been in for service no less than 18 times in just under 2 years. The latest problem is one headlight went out because the entire array went bad. Its not covered under warranty to the tune of $1,700. The extended warranty I was sold was false representation. My service manager said he would talk to higher ups, but blew me off. The warranty company must get this issue alot because when I talked to them the guy was nothing but condescending. I have left several messages for the General Manager and he wont give me the time of day. Meanwhile I have a blatant safety issue with one headlight out. Bottom line - this dealership doesnt care about its customers. Ill be changing brands over this. Looking forward to my new Ford Lighting.

They were able to give us a ride home so they could complete the work on our vehicle and pick us back up once the work was completed. Very nice building & very clean. The services Department is HORRIBLE. Every time we have an appointment set it never shows up on their end. I understand things happen but its LITERALLY every single time. Also the wait is usually 30 mins just to be helped and no one ever seems to know where the managers are or who ever is in charge of servicing our truck. I never left a bad review but today was the last straw. Also the girl who tried helping us was extremely rude and was no help at all.

Just sad all around, I depend 60k on a truck and he service department cant return a call in 5 days, yes that includes the service manager wich i left a message for after I left a message with the service department....sad sad sad....Larry Miller has gone down hill gir the past few years and its only getting worse. My wife had an appointment for a oil change at 10 am which she was there on time but they had her wait 3 hours before they even put her car on the lift. What the reason in having appointments if you make the customer wait 3 hours especially for an oil change that should only take 20 minutes. This is the second time my wife has taken her car there and they did a great job the first time I just don’t know what happen this time around.

The LHM sales people are amazing. Its the 2020 Ram 3500 I have an issue with. Everything that could possibly happen has happened. The entire fuel system had to be replaced because of metal shavings. This happened while I was in a winter storm in MO.The DEF had build up etc.. This all happened within the first 8 months.DO NOT BUY THIS VEHICLE. I own my business and the loss of income was astronomical. I was without my truck for over 2 months.

Rick the Service Manager is the MAN!! My car was sitting at dodge for a few months waiting to get a warranty done for tire/rims. Got my car back with a few scratches, he took care of it, didn’t complain or shoot me down, took responsibility and did the right thing. I thought it would be a good experience, but I was completely disappointed. They didnt have the part they needed, nobody informed me about that, so they kept my truck over night without informing me. The next day I went back, and I was told about them not having part and they would have to order it. Did that mean I would have to leave truck there another night ? ? Why couldnt they look up the part that needed replacing first ? ? After all it is a recall problem. So, I just told them to release my truck, I need it for work. If they would of kept me informed, it would of been different.

Definitely had a great experience with the purchase of my new Ram. Soon as I walked in to speak with Kris Kapusta he found me exactly what I ask for. From that moment everything went smooth and I was not disappointed. No push or rush at all and they made sure any and all my questions and concerns were answered.

After paying $90.00 for an oil change, oil change was great. But I was told I was also going to get a free car wash. I was hoping for a decent car wash but instead, my truck looked like there was no effort put in. There was still dirt on my rims and windshield and it was not completely dried off. When I told the salesman my truck still looked dirty, he had the audacity to tell me “maybe the next one will be better” I was appalled with his response. His response is the reason why I’m giving this experience a 2 star review. With that being said, if I do decide to return to this location for a oil change, maybe the next (review) one will be better.

The service was horrible. I dropped my truck off at 9 am. I had to call at 115 pm found out my truck was done. Went and picked up my truck the service advisor was extremely rude to me and then found they lied about what they did to my truck I caught in the lie. Long story short they almost blew my truck up. No apologies no we wi.make it right or hey sorry for the issues we will give u another pm for free no nothing. By the time it was all done it ok them 8hrs for a service.. by far the worst dodge service I have ever dealt with.
