Theres a very knowledgeable lady at the counter and she recommended a protein powder I am very pleased with. About time Chocolate is exceptional.

The lady there was pushing all of GNC’s low quality products. When I asked for Gold Standard Casein, she said “Oh we don’t carry Gold Standard. It moves very slow off the shelves.” Which I highly doubt. GNC can’t compete to GS supplements. (Gold Standard is the benchmark for protein and is highly recommended by athletes and fitness experts.)

I was in a few days ago and this lady I believe her name was Deb, was just awful to me. Looked at me like I didn’t belong there and would not speak to me when I needed help. Just unbelievable. This place needs to restaff

I will go out of my to Westlakes GNC from now on to avoid this one. The owner is so obnoxious. EVERY TIME. What should be a 2 minute in and out trip is easily 10 minutes instead, because she tries to talk you out of the products you want. Then she goes on tangents about completely irrelevant information, and youre just stuck there listening and wanting to leave.Today I walked in to buy a product Ive already used and like. She didnt know this. And the first thing out of her mouth when I asked if she had it was, yes but Ive already tested this brand and I hate. Then she tried to direct me to what she and her son use. I ignored her and she continued to bash the product line and then complain about how these products are marketed on social media. News flash lady, its working because Im using it, and you were practically sold out. DAMN. Thats all.

Went in looking for a refrigerated probiotic. Overheard her taking to a customer about how she thinks those that are taking vitamins will be safe from the virus and that they will get a lesser strain. Even the customer didn’t seem to agree. She came and asked me for help and told me about how gnc did research and the probiotics don’t need to be refrigerated and I politely said my Dr. told me to make sure it was and she kept insisting it wasn’t necessary and said of course your doctor said that did she recommend a brand to....I said no. The associate told me she used to give trips to doctors who recommended her stuff. She was basically telling me to not trust my doctor even though she didn’t recommend me a brand and wasn’t bias at all towards a certain medication. I walked out of the door with her still talking and went to another store.

Sales rep continually pushed a more expensive product on me that I simply did not want to pay for. A 5 minute visit extended to nearly 45 minutes. Completely unbelievable will not go there again.

I cannot stand to go into this store. I DREAD going in there when my husband drags me there. The manager is ALWAYS pushing the product SHE would have used back in her bodybuilding days. She made it a point to tell my husband that she wore a bikini until she was 60. Maybe it was 70. I cant remember the age she said. My husband was asking her questions about something. She was going on and on and on about the product in question. I was able to quickly GOOGLE the question and get a strait answer. She kept pushing the GNC brand product that was more expensive. We just wanted to buy another brand that had less in it and was cheaper. We wanted to try it out first before investing a lot of money in it. She kept arguing over the diet my husband is trying out. She said she doesnt get involved in the fad diets. Well, those fad diets are what keep her in business.Oh, and I forgot to add how we were greeted when we walked in. WE WERENT. She was running her mouth to a customer about little things. The customer was cussing every other word. She just continued to entertain her. Finally the customer left and we were greeted and assisted.Then its time to leave. I walk to the counter to pay for our items. She then rings up another customer who had just walked in the store. We should have been rang up first. We knew then that we would go to the Vitamin Shop. We did and we were able to get the correct information and the rest of the items we needed to purchase.And in regards to her post that these negative comments is done by online trolls looking for deals.........we certainly werent online trolls. We wouldnt have come to the store to make a purchase if we were online trolls. But you can rest assured that we will never shop there again.

Stopped in this evening and was pleasantly surprised with customer service, my new place to shop.

Deb is tweaking

This place is horrible. Every time you go in here youll be greeted by an overweight lady who tries to sell the same preworkout. She claims she used to be in a beauty pageant and will then show you a 2 mega pixel picture of a girl who probably isnt even her. She claims to be family owned and they do not price match here. I could go on and on but its really easy to just go across the street to vitamin shoppe.

I love shopping this location.

I like gnc but will never go to this store again....the older lady that works there is unstable! I would recommend any call the gnc hot line at 1800-GNC-4700 and make a complaint!!!

The worst GNC I’ve ever been to. First off the very apparent overweight, clearly delusional woman kept telling me she was a powerlifting champion, I didn’t ask nor did I care to hear about it. Then when I found out they don’t carry the item I was looking for, she asked me if it had fenugreek in it. I didn’t ask, but she told me never to take it because I may start lactating. I don’t know what just happened but I’m never stepping foot into that place ever again.

Deb is rude and unprofessional she is way too pushy ... she puts down all corporate stores and salespeople while bragging uncontrollably about her amazing self and her bodybuilding years that no one asks her about. While putting down other stores she goes into depth about how many people get fired from corporate stores due to sleeping on shifts, closing early, etc I would never reccommmend this store to anyone simply because she is extremely arrogant and a nightmare to deal with. She even went to the lengths of lying about a particular protein being Gluten free in order to push the expensive GF product. I did not purchase from this store and will never return! Terrible experience! Thats a shame because thats my local GNC.

The owner of this store wont sell you what you want, only higher priced and higher quantity items. Was easily able to get what I wanted at another location.

Friendly staff, very informative I didnt feel pressured to buy anything.

Its a GNC. They are remodelling as of 7/17/19 so they are lacking some things at the moment.

Sales rep was rude and extremely unknowledgable on products.
