We have gutted a house and remodeled it 50 miles from the Avon store. Tom Caruso has offered superior customer service from the measurements to the installation. His crew was remarkable, except the first guy who measured the countertops; he did not correctly measure so the delivery was incorrect. Mr.Caruso immediately sent someone 50 miles out to remeasure. Sound like a nightmare? It wasn’t! Mr.Caruso was patient and made everything right. We are so pleased with the end product!

I went to here on a whim when I noticed the store while doing an errand. They don’t have to worry about me every going back - appointment or not! I did not have an appointment and the guy that worked there said I could look around anyway since there was no in in the place. He went back to an office and I could have robbed the place as no one every came to check on me to see if I had any questions.We owned a business for 35 years and if we treated our customers that way we would not have had a business! What has happened to customer service? Wouldn’t spend a nickel in this place - would make my own cabinets first - horrible customer service.

After waiting for our dream kitchen we are so disappointed. Our custom cabinets are smaller than what was removed. After only 4 years the paint is chipping. Not the same quality we removed for the price of custom. I welcome anyone to come take a look before they decide to do their kitchen.

I bought a century home this year that needed to be completely renovated. The kitchen had a very small footprint (as most old houses did) and after it was gutted, I was having a hard time envisioning how everything could be laid out to maximize the space. Tom Caruso came over to take a look, grabbed some measurements, then designed the most perfect kitchen for me! The cabinets he custom-fitted gave me more space than I ever imagined and I could not be more thrilled. The quality is top notch and I’m so happy with my beautiful new kitchen.
