EXCELLENT! We received a set of 4 top of the line tires at an amazing price after checking at about 10 places. Simon was very polite, informative and nice during the call with me and later in person with my husband. I was honored with the exact price I was told during my phone call, no hidden fees or tricks to attract you to the store. Simon and his guys are awesome. They got me in for an oil/filter change, tire rotation, and courtesy inspection for essentially what I would consider a walk-in. Only had to wait a little bit without making an appointment in advance and they even fixed part of my undercarriage pan that was sagging with a zip tie which ultimately alleviated this vibrational noise when I start my car. Absolutely would recommend getting serviced here! They’re great.

This locay is questionable. Dad took his truck in for a tire patch. Why these guys tried to get him for an additional $957 worth of rando repairs? Told them no thank you, justbthebtire patch please; well be in for the truck shortly. Showed up an hour later and the truck is still up on the lift and my dad had to wait 30 minutes to get the heck out of shady town. Poorly done Mr. Tire.Theres a Mr Tire in Ashland that is top notch. If you dont mind the distance, go there.

I made an appointment online for 11 am and never received a confirmation but arrived at my appointment time anyway. The guy found my appointment in the computer. I needed an oil change and was told the wait would be an hour...but I had an appointment! At 11:35 I mentioned to a mechanic that I had an 11:00 appointment and my truck was still sitting where I left it. At 11:40 he took my truck into a bay and promptly at noon he returned it finished. I still waited an hour but...I had an appointment! Is an hour wait time standard for an appointment? I guess if I wanted a 10 minute oil change, I should have gone to 10 Minute Oil Change.

Save yourself time and don’t go to this location! Had them patch a tire and it’s still LEAKING!! I brought a single wheel and tire into this location for a small screw in the tire to have them patch/plug this hole, well after the tire sitting there all day, I finally called later in the day and after I hung up the phone the guy rushed and patched the tire, “Now the tire and wheel are almost brand new.” So when I picked up the wheel I noticed that he scratched the inside of the wheel from the machine and parts of the outside. The guy DIDNT EVEN REBALANCE THE TIRE! after taking it off of the rim. Because the same weights were on the rim and yes I cleaned the wheel inside and out to make sure there was no damage prior to dropping it off. That being said I will be getting a refund from this company and waiting to see from another different reputable service center to see if he ruined the tire or not. Plus the guy at the front desk was ignorant so people go somewhere else!

I was on vacation with my god daughter and her 2 and 5 yr old when my entire front end went out. My passenger tire was steel threads at this point, Pulled in and got the news. The owner worked with me in every area he could with discounts, Im a woman and was scared being on vacation and all. I asked locals about the place and they all gave thumbs up. I gave them the ok to do the work. They had it done within one day so we could carry on and enjoy our vacation. I had a mechanic check it all out when i got back to FL and everything was right as rain !!!! I really appreciate these guys and will recommend any and every time .

So I called today to see if I could get a good deal on some tires. They were so quick to work with me and make sure I got what I wanted, I also had to pay over the phone. There was a misunderstanding so my tires that they put up for me were the wrong size but he fixed that immediately and gave me even better ones for the same price. I schedule an appointment for 5:30 PM. Dropped off my car, let them know I was walking to a local restaurant to wait for my service to be done. I got a call 45 minutes later, the technician had an emergency, had to leave and he could not get to my car that night. I understand that emergencies happen and things change. However, when I returned to get my car, I was abruptly handed my keys, he went back to looking at his phone, and offered the least sincere apology ever. There was no offer to reschedule, no type of restitution offered , or a priority given for my next service for inconveniencing my time. These are basic tenants of customer service and none of them were even offered. Actually, kind of grateful, really uncertain of what type of service I would’ve received on my car given the poor customer service I was given in the lobby.

1st time here to have a oil change was told to come in around 10 30 am and by 11 15 or so we was done. The place seem to be pleasant.

I came to Mr. Tire about 6 months ago for an oil change and tire rotation and was very pleased with the service until I just went to another place (due to being out of town) for another oil change. I had to pay an extreme amount because “the last person who changed my oil stripped the threads on my oil pan”. So, I will not be coming back to Mr. Tire.

My name’s Aladdin, I’m an 18 year old that’s getting used to calling this Mechanic, Mr.Tire, my proud location for anything related to my fixing my car or anything to that degree. The manager, Simon, and everybody else that works here are nothing less than honest, diligent, and generous mechanics. They work at an amazing speed to make sure you get in and get out, satisfied and glad to have gone here to get any vehicle work done. Went in for an Oil change, realignment today, and new tires a while back (keep in mind I live an hour and 30 minutes away from here) and I drove all the way out here to make sure I get all my work done with mechanics that know what they’re doing and stay honest and true to their work. Many other places would easily charge a lot more for the work they did for me today, and that is something I will always appreciate and acknowledge about everybody here. If there’s literally anything wrong with your car or want anything checked out, come here, because I can guarantee you will be satisfied with any info or work they do for you!

I walked in Mr. Tire today because my car was overheating and I was 30 minutes from home. They immediately got to work and spent about 30 minutes fixing it and made sure it was safe for me and my kids to drive home. I am so grateful for their excellent customer service, responsiveness, and for really going out of their way and helping me out of the kindness in their hearts. Highly recommended!

I totally get that times are tough and because of covid places are understaffed but dont tell me its gonna be an hour and when we show up to see what the hold up is you panic and THEN start on my car ... This is the second time so.. never coming back

My car was shaking so bad..made me very concerned. I decided to stop at Mr. Tire twenty minutes before they closed hoping they would be able to at least look at it and Simon was very helpful. Not only was he able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car he also showed me what to look for so I would know what to do next time. Would definitely recommend!!

Worst multiple experiences I’ve ever had with a company. The first time I had to simple bulb change. When checking out the guy said I should have taken my car elsewhere and that Mr Tire was over priced. Then he said he’d give me a discount if I left a 5 star review on google. He actually took my phone and tried to do it himself. I was extremely annoyed, but paid and left.Only a couple months later and the bulb was completely burnt out again. Took the car back to get it changed and looked at. It took them 2 days to change the bulb! They kept the car overnight and didn’t even call to tell us. I finally got ahold of someone after hours and they said they are “still working on it” and that they would have it done first thing in the morning. Called 2 hours after they had been open and the car still wasn’t touched. I told them we needed the car back and finally it got done 2 hours later.Our car headlight needed to be replaced. The guy there quoted us and ordered the part. We took the car back the next week to have it fixed. And we also added an oil change. This also was a similar experience by taking 2 days.We had to drive to southern Ohio and then realized the oil was never changed. We paid for it and it wasn’t done.I went back on 2/4/21 to ask for a refund since the oil wasn’t changed. Then to learn we were not give the quote we we were told and had random fees tacked on. Simon said he would give us our refund to bring the price back down to the quote we were given. He also said it would take up to 2 weeks to receive. Well, it’s been 6 weeks and no refund. I’ve attempted to get and update, but nothing. It’s just the same old runaround. And while I was there on 2/4/21, I shared my previous experience with the other guy asking me to leave a review. Simon replied and said he was aware that employee had done that and they received several complaints about him doing just that.Called corporate this morning since I haven’t received any updates from Simon. They informed me there was never a refund request put in and they are trying to get this resolved. This is beyond frustrating.I would never recommend this location to anyone. I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but enough is enough. I just want our refund and to be done working with this location.

Exceptional folk over there.Walked in with brakes that were metal on metal and missing struts in the suspension - walked out NEXT DAY with my car in some of the best shape it’s ever been in.

Went there to get one tire replaced. Took over three hours. Employees standing around. Didnt let us know that they needed to get the tire delivered there until after waiting for two hours. With no one in the waiting room. WIll not return.

Our family experienced a flat tire on a busy day. We changed the tire to the spare, but could not find anyone that was doing same day repairs. We stopped at Mr. Tire and they bent over backwards to get us repaired and on our way. Way to go Avon Mr Tire!

I was initially very aggravated because of the wait. I had an appointment at 12 and got here at 11:50. My car was still sitting in the parking lot at 1 and I had to go up to the counter to see what was going on. The guy came in and had trouble finding me in the system to let me know about how much longer it would be before he could get to mine. So he then said he’d pull the car in and get started and be done in about 45 minutes. He did just that, but my aggravation could have been eliminated if I would have been told right away that they were about an hour behind. I understand things happen and you get behind. I just think they lack that communication based off my first experience today and some of the other reviews on here. They could have apologized as well. They were friendly though and did a good job. Just lacking the customer service and wait time for people with appointments. At least I know that now next time if I come. Thank you for your service.

The people there are friendly and honest, which in the auto repair world is a hard thing to come by.

I scheduled an appointment to get an oil change and to diagnose/fix the reason the ABS and traction control lights were on in one of our cars. The car sat at Mr. Tire for 3 days without even being looked at; not even the oil change was done. I needed to call them to get an update all 3 days, and I got the same excuse all 3 times. I understand that you were short-staffed, but the utter lack of communication is unacceptable.In the future, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Been here 3 times now for different tire related services over the past year. Spoke with Simon on all 3 visits (all Saturdays), had excellent service each time, and felt that their suggestions were trustworthy. I have a Toyota 4Runner, and found them to be knowledgeable about the vehicle and tools. I found out that the shop offers full car mechanic work, so I plan to be back in the future.

I had a unique wheel problem with a recently purchase used vehicle that a even a local Ford dealer was having problems resolving. Avon Mr. Tire had a quick inexpensive fix for my issue and I couldn’t be happier with the work.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation 20 minutes before they closed. I wasnt sure if theyd be able to do it. Simon was awesome and got me in and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend them and will be back in the future!

Great prices, horrible service. I guess you get what you pay for. Awful customer service. I really dont like leaving negative reviews, but I am just so frustrated that I feel the need to share.When I walked in someone was getting cashed out. Cool. Then the desk person told me to wait a moment. Sure, no problem. What I didnt realize is that it was going to take him TEN MINUTES to come back and just get me in the queue. I wasnt really happy about that.I then waited over an hour just to get an oil change. Over an hour. Not to mention that there was never anyone at the front desk to at least tell me they were busy or something. I literally could see my car from outside for about another ten minutes before they decided to cash me out. I was literally yelling hello and nobody came over to the desk. Nobody! Im never coming back here.

I had an appointment for an oil change and waited there for almost an hour and a half and still heard nothing from them. Went up to the counter wasn’t given a time other than them saying we’ll call you before 6 when they close. I could understand if I didn’t have an appointment, but I booked a 2:30 appointment and my car still is not ready and it’s after 4pm now.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff at Avon location. Both Charles and Geoff took very good care of my SUV when I stopped in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I ended up getting new wiper blades as well; I didnt know one of them was on the verge of breaking due to a crack. Thank you guys for your professionalism and care, Ill definitely be back and recommend you to family and friends.

Staff had fantastic customer service. They were upfront with me and did not try grabbing for more money. Was not troublesome like other car service centers and he even got my car in for an oil change much earlier than I was expecting. Will continue getting my car serviced at this Mr Tire location.

I have been going there for years for oil changes, maintenance and tires. When I got a flat the other day and my husband took it in as we have hazard coverage on the tires they never bothered to look at it. My husband came the next day and it wasnt even done early afternoon. We wont be going back, not referring anyone. Management changed and so did their work ethic apparently.

I took my LR2 to Conrad’s 3 times before they found the cause of a tire leak. That’s just being lazy.Frustrated from Conrad’s incompetence I drove into Mr.Tire and received excellent customer service.Very thorough, explained options, and assisted me right away.I’d recommend this shop.
