We purchased a mattress from Turners and had some satisfaction issues with it. They warranted the mattress and gave us a replacement with no hassle whatsoever! Ron is a true professional and I will definitely return when I need furniture.

Big Ron, who manages the furniture clearance center is so helpful! He is low key and down-home friendly. There is a big selection of affordable furniture. Check it out! I decided to deliver my purchases to my house with my truck. Aaron in the warehouse went above and beyond by tying down and securing the furniture in my truck and David helped, too. I appreciate the great customer service.

We have gotten furniture at Turners Outlet several times. We are always treated with respect and a hardy welcome! Stopped by a few days ago with no particular item in mind when I can across some stacking tables that I thought would be great in our screen room. It was a painless transaction and we are happy. The reason for 4 stars, no one is perfect!

Bought my Dad a $1600 Lazy Boy recliner last year. He barwba used it since he only lives in Florida about 4-6 months as this is his get away place from the cold. The chair broke & the pieces are just plastic. Good thing it was still under warranty. When they came to fix the chair my dammDad had his wallet near by. One guy went outside to make a phone call & after they keft. My Dad noticed his wallet was Gone! Call the store and they did Nothing. Said their guys would necer do that. I know its his word against theirs but no one was in his place other than my Aunt and 2 strangers. So you decide! Told him to cancel all his cards & file a police report. He doesnt even care about the cash. Just wanted his ID, & cards. Hes a Veteran and now will gave to go back early to NC to get another Military ID! Never Ever will I buy anything again or recommend Turner Furniture!

I picked up a chair for my elderly neighbor, delivery charge would of been $75.00 for a used reclining chair. Eh, if I owned the joint I would of done it as s courtesy, 10 miles. Or charged $20 bucks to keep me coming back to buy more furniture. Neighbor was happy, and my hernia popped out. No good deed goes undone : )
