I always have a pleasant encounter neither all of the people at CVS they text me when my prescription is ready and I go pick it up so easy Thank you CVS for being my Pharmacy

Looking to change pharmacy, staff is not friendly, not helpful. Always lie about pick up time; just to get you off the phone, especially male Hispanic tech. Company should teach them to be more respectful and helpful to the client.

I went in on Friday to get my Covid Vaccination and it was a bit of a headache. This is the second time Ive gone into a CVS for my vaccine, and its almost like two separate companies, one giving the vaccine and the regular pharmacy staff.When my wife and I arrived to get our vaccines we were told there was an issue with our insurance, and we would need to speak with the pharmacy. Upon speaking to them they were very condescending and put all the blame on my insurance company.After speaking with my insurance it became clear that CVS was at fault. For some reason, CVS billed our insurance at different CVS pharmacies that morning, which made us ineligible for the vaccine the same day.The end solution was for the pharmacy to call the CVS stores that made the error. However, they did not take action until after an hour of fighting with them. My insurance was kind enough to help us, but CVS didnt just not help but they were rude.That said, the folks actually giving the vaccinations are great! They were attentive, quick and seemed to truly care. Its a shame the pharmacy doesnt seem to have the same empathetic attitude.

If I could rate this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I’ve had prescriptions for months that have not yet been filled. Whenever I show up in person they only have 1 or 2 prescriptions ready. It is frustrating when you’re in need of your medications and they are not available. I travel 2-3 times a month to pick up the prescriptions. I do not even receive calls to make me aware that the prescriptions are not available.

I absolutely love this cvs the staff are polite and courteous always there to help me

Went to get covid test and was ignored when I told them that I never recieved the confirmation code even though I was on the phone with three call line who they also ignored didnt even answer the phone when she called to all them to make an exception because of the error and instead of facing me like a normal person they pick up the phone a and hid around the corner telling me they wouldnt allow me to be tested then when I asked to speak with the manger she gave me the same attitude telling me to reschedule im u know what I no longer care if I do have covid Ill never come back to this place again I hope u get shut down

Wouldve gave one star due to the pharmacy staff but there was one young lady that was acting pharmacist and she was very kind when solving my problem.

My prescriptions are never ready in a timely manner and the staff is rude.

They are always late and slow. The doc calls in a prescription, and I wait 3 days on purpose to see if it is ready because I know how long it takes them to fill things. So after waiting that many days, I call and they say, Yes it is ready. So I go in, and what happens at the counter? Oh, thats not ready yet. Please take a seat. Then I sit there for 20 minutes waiting for a prescription that was supposedly ready...and it was called in THREE DAYS AGO. Trust me, this is not a one time thing. It happens every single time, every month. Corporate needs to take a serious look at the way this location operates. Its a serious mess, and it has been this way for years.

If you dont have Rx insurance, dont try using Good Rx, theyll give you the run around, try to outsmart you and treat you like thrash in Avon Park fl.

Absolutely the worst service ever received at any store.. much less from a Pharmacy. If I could have rated less than stars I would have.. giving them a 1 star is very generous. This store is a joke .. should be closed down IMMEDIATELY!! Gives all CVS a bad name and some offer excellent service.

CVS in Avon Park has really great costumer care. When I was having a difficult time both associates Kimberly and Alyssa were both very helpful and solved my problem. I thank them and look forward to shopping with you guys more!

HORRIBLE they can never get a prescription right there is always a problem and their best excuse “there is something wrong with the system” more like lack of paying attention. Up north I’ve been to several CVS and they are the best Avon Park Fl the WORSE.

I never used this cvs, but these reviews sound like the reviews for the cvs in lake wales. The lake wales cvs is the worst cvs Ive ever experienced, so Im looking for another cvs n it looks like this cvs in avon isnt any better.I think maybe I need to go to Walgreens or a private pharmacy.Cocoa beach has a great cvs, perhaps these cvs should go back to school under the tutelage of the cvs in cocoa beach.I believe that cvs corporation needs to step up n straighten up the cvs that are having poor n incompetent employees.

Every time I go in this store I always have issues with the cashiers either attitudes or because of my coupons. EVERY TIME, it never fails. seems like things are always out of stock. I will never go back I will stick to the wauchula CVS

I love cvs except for this location. I always have an issue when I come to this store and the employees dont go above and beyond to try to help me. I always get excellent customer service in Wauchula.

Awful service! 5 days of no prescription refill, not even a phone call or message. I would rather travel 40 minutes away from them!

They have a sale going on right now for coors beer with a rebate. The clerk did not tell me she did not have the rebate forms until after she rang up my purchase. On top of that she made little to no effort to tell me how to get the form. Were not talking 50 cents this is $14. She told me to contact coors or CVS corp. not good customer service.
