All employees very helpful, Eye Dr herself is very professional explains everything in detail. Picking out my glasses the other day the gentleman was very caring and honest with the shape ,color of glasses to go with the shape of your face etc ! Recommendations I give a 100%.

L recently moved into town and needed to get new Doctors so thats how l meet Dr. Angela Anderson, first going in l found the reps very friendly and caring the place was very clean Alma made me feel very relax and then Angela she was very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable and very informative. So l give them 10 Stars and l would definitely recommend her and her staff.

Dr. Anderson and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, caring and welcome everyone with a warm friendly smile. Love this crew.

So many complaints about this eye place!1. States that contact lens fitting is $90 when I called to set up appointment, then when they found out I have Medicare, billed them $750 of which I had to pay $314.2. Fitted for hard contacts, took over 9 months and 32 lenses to get to a pair that semi worked(still cant see out of them) and was told that I would have to live with them...cant wear them at all. Paid $380 for pair.. Was told on last visit that no more lenses would be ordered for me!! They were done with me.3. On one visit, had eye infection and I expected to pay, (follow up visits on hard contacts are no charge )but was told that there would be no charge. Then received bill.4. Every word in next exam room patient conversation can be heard in Sebring and Avon Park offices.5. I dont believe that my astigmatism was taken into account for the fitting of those hard lenses either. All the lenses seemed to irritate the left eye and ulcer developed, which took Dr Anderson,(their contact lens specialist)to surmise what it might be, but another doctor, seen later, stated it was probably the ill fitted non-astigmatism hard lenses.6. Dr Anderson does not seem to have the self-esteem, confidence or knowledge about fitting hard contact lenses and from what I have heard through the exam room walls , nor does she fit soft lenes either!! She also does not seem to know what might be wrong with eyes when presented with a possible problem with the eyes.Overall, Sevigny eye has not provided me with adequate contact lens fitting, unknowledgeabe eye doctor and expensive services!! Never will go back!!!All this has been sent to them in a letter in June, 2020. But to date no response from them!!

Even during Covid-19 , Dr. Mark Sevigny & his staff are wonderful polite & caring staff, the office was clean & they take our safety seriously! As far as my family is concerned Dr. Mark is #1!
