These guys are super professional and get the job done quickly

Mr. Allen was wonderful but now his son took over and the customer service has gone down hill! I had an appalling experience with them. They advertise 24 hour service but when my mothers 3 year old furnace (purchased and installed by Allen) failed this Sunday, they refused to send anybody out. They also couldnt be bothered to install the new thermostat that was to come with the furnance, they left it in a box on her table. When she had an issue with the furnace in under a year, they charged her $90.00 but had no answer as to what went wrong. Terrible!! If you see this, please do not waste your time or money on Allens!!!!!

I have used Allen Refrigeration for years, and they have always been so nice and helpful and do a GOOD job. The owner, Mr. Jim Allen, is one of the most honest people I know, and I can say this from personal experience. If anyone truly had a problem, they just had to call Mr. Allen, and he would have made it right.

Nobody is perfect but Allen Refrigeration has been there for us over manymany years and we have no complaints. We could not expect more from any company.
