Carrolwood Florida! Service fromMs Brittney was GREAT! However the kitchen failed her and the approach from the General Manager Quientin was foul condescending as well as a LARGE amount of deflecting of the topic at hand! I come from a hospitality background 16 years of restaurants. As i stated the service was great however i ordered Ribs with a DRY RUB. Upon arrival Ms Bittney removed the saucy ribs fromthe table to only return less than a blink of the eye layer with again saucy ribs with now a present dust however still shiny from the sauce! i explained to ms brittney that i was polity declining the ribs. she understood moments later Male walked to the table and stated not asked if we were dissatisfied. With my hospitality background i made sure to let the GM know the service was stellar however the kitchen failed your front of the house staff. the re presentación of the ribs was more funny than anything. Quinton processed to tell me that i ordered my meal and was not educated So one hour placing blame on the server and i did not care for that. I allowed him to explain how the ribs were prepared. However that brought no answer to why DRY RUB arrived SAUCY! again Quentin was very condescending as well as defected from the topic at hand! I did let him know that a sauce on a grill would stick and though i appreciate him approaching the table in his roll! My issue was his APPROACH! He needs some manager training! my family and i visit this location often however after tonight the staff & Quention will no longer see my family in the establishment! Quention is a loser! and his kitchen staff sucks how we the front of the house does what they can with the tools they have!

Our server tried to spike our food, accidentally spilled the food behind us. Which left guest leaving after their 5 year old was profusely in tears begging for something to drink. After they realized that the cold spiked the food meant for our table they were refunded and they walked out. We paid for our food and didn’t touch any more. Over $100 bill and the food was tampered with. Because we asked for our nachos to be fixed. We ordered without onions. That upset the waitress making her retaliate. This was not even our personal waitress. But she had access to guest food and her actions was too spike the food. The manager comped 3 bills. Due to this waitress (cappuccino @ Morse Crossing smoker bones.) due to she was tampering with the food. BEWARE EATING AT SMOKER BONES!!! The manners still allowed her to finish her shift.

We first noticed that the restaurant was only about 1/3 occupied however there were only 2 or 3 tables that DIDNT have dirty dishes on them.-No one came to seat us, I had to track someone down after about 5 mins-We were told the servers name, according to the receipt his name was Kendric.-The waiter took 15 seconds to ask what we wanted to drink and things continued to go downhill-We never received our water-He didnt know or try to find out what type of vodka was available, I had to go to the bar to see and place my order-Orange juice in dirty glass which we had to ask to be removed after it was replaced, -Never removed menus from the table,-It took 37 minutes to receive our meals-Received my steak with no steak knife, had to go track the waiter down, steak was half cold at that point-He forgot the shrimp for my meal-We had to ASK for napkins and wetnaps for the ribs.-Kendrick gave preferential treatment (with a smile & several I got yous) to another table instead of being focused on his job.-We had to clear our own table after we finished our meal in order to have room to sit and talk,-The table that was behind us never was cleaned after the guests left; at least 20 minutes before our food arrived-The person that introduced himself properly wasn’t assigned to our table, but he was very apologetic & offered HIS service; then Kendric wanted to know if everything was going well 🙄-Waiter responded yall dont need anything else from me do you?-Waiter gave ENTIRE service without a smile,-He only had 3-4 tables to wait-We had to ask another waiter for to-go containers.-We had to take our receipts to the food-to-go area.-Bathroom was dirty; Toilet paper on the floor of each stall. It looked as if no one cleaned or swept that day.After all this, you MUST wonder, can Kendric carry the full blame here?? I can see some failed training & management in this as well...DO BETTER Smokey Bones, DO BETTER.!SMDH

I ordered online and based on menu descriptions, there wasn’t any indication that pork would be in my meal. I tried to order what appeared to be chicken based, but my order was full of pork on loaded fries and nachos. I realize America loves pork, but some of us don’t eat it and would like additional food warnings if it’s contained in the product being ordered. Sorry for the low rating guys, but I’m on a mission.

I took my family to have dinner at the Smokey Bones in Greenwood, IN.And when we sat down at the table i looked up and there were massive cobwebs above our table in our can light and I was scared that something was going to fall in our food. Not to mention the condition of the restrooms....There was wet urine all over the floor, wired exposed and the mirror was filthy. And the floor in the dining room was covered in split soda and my shoes were stinking to the floor as I walked. Some of the waitresses and waiters were not even in correct uniform and it felt like the people taking my order was hired off of craigs list. Not to mention we spent 100.00 plus tip....to sit in a ran down trashy dump as this.

Highly disappointed, and dissatisfied. I ordered a meal by delivery on the April 12, 2021 at 1:30 am. The food was cold and old, I couldn’t eat it at 1:30 in the morning. I called and spoke with the Manager. After hearing my complaint he immediately said, “I can’t give you refund.” I never asked for one. I want food that lives up to the standard that I have grown use enjoying over the last couple of years. He then said well the food has been fine all day, I’m not sure what could wrong. Just wow! I explained to him that I don’t want old food anymore. I was assured it would be corrected. April 20, 2021 10 p.m. I can’t believe that any would serve this. A big hunk of fat jut sitting on top of the Brisket. And worst, the food was Old and Cold. We threw away $49.00 worth of food. There is No accountability at the Brandon FL. location. Management apparently has no control over this store or they don’t care about Smokey Bones reputation. They are just there to collect a pay-check. I’m a disabled Veteran, who is currently unable to drive and I regularly depend on my meals being delivered. I pay for fresh food I should Not get cold, hard sweet potatoes fries, stale cold Sammy sandwich, missing items and thrown together, scrapped up leftovers, mixed with “this will teach her not to complain”Do Better For Your Customers.

We went to Smokey Bones in North Charleston SC for lunch around 11:15 on Saturday April 17th. They were not busy as they had just opened. We waited at the hostess stand for quite awhile. A few servers walked right past us and never acknowledged we were there. I finally asked if someone could seat us . The waitresses actually said NO! I wanted to walk out but it was my husbands first time there and I didnt want to ruin it for him. Once we were seated the service was slow. They gave us silverware that had RUST and old food on them.I wish I could share the picture I took of it. The whole place reeked of bad service and a I dont care attitude. They were not COVID COMPLIANT as I saw the waitresses standing over the food with no mask. Ill never go back or recommend it to anyone.

We decided to try this place for the first time and let me tell you we will NEVER go back. In fact, we are trying to warn as many people as we possibly can. On top of the food and service being horrid, upon checking our card statement later that same night, we discoverd that they added on almost ten extra dollars to our card without our authoriztion. We paid with a card and left a cash tip which means our bill was only 47.32 when we left. Thats what our receipt said anyways. Our bank statement showed us that they decided our cash tip wasnt enough and that they would take 10 extra dollars! 56.78 is what showed up on our statement. What makes it worse is that when we called, the manager, Julianna, said no, everything looks fine on our end, call your bank and ask them in the morning. Well, before I could do that the next day, the amount was magically fixed and our statement finally showed 47.32! Beware of these con artists at the Robinson, PA location!

Tonight I did curbside pick up 3/15/2020 I place my order n described the vehicle that I was in received my online receipt to my email that said order would be ready at 10pm I ordered at 9:39pm. Terrible service at the Warwick RI location!! This is not the first time that we’ve had bad service but it’ll definitely be the last!! We will NEVER go to another Smokey Bones and will let everyone we know about our multiple bad experiences. The last straw came just a few minutes ago when my husband and I went for lunch. We both ordered the 1/2 chicken dinner and about 15 minutes after ordering were told they were out of chicken?!?!?! This has happened before and I’m thoroughly disgusted! We had to pay almost $7.00 for two tiny sodas and then walked out. I only wish I could give negative stars. We have had bad service in the past both with in person dining and take out. The children they hire need lessons in customer service and personality.

I work there for a while and I got fired for no reason at all I just worked 14 days straight even on the weekends. And my friend quite a week before my departure and he still never got his lay pay check I’ve been trying to get a hold of some one from corporate but they don’t know how to answer there phone. This is why I’m writing a post. He worked for his money he deserves his last paycheck this is messed up.

Waited over an hour for loaded fries nothing but cheese and maybe enough fries for one person. The manager at the ptc ga location was in the back throwing a fit tossing plates around very visible from the dining room, less than 10 tables and they are “packed”.

First bad experience at Smokey Bones.Ordered a half rack of baby back ribs for my 94 year old father for the 4th of July.Was told by man at register the price was $22.99, no sides.A full rack with 2 sides $24.99.Dad can not eat a full rack.Prices do not make sense.We left with nothing but a bad vibe.

We were at Smokey Bones in Bowling Green KY. and the food and the service was over the top. We highly recommend this place and look forward to bringing our friends with us. We drove from Nashville TN and it was well worth the drive. Dustin P. was the best waiter ever. We will be back and will hope to be taken care of by Dustin P. again.

Avoid. Ribs were dry and had to be pealed off the bone; service was beyond slow; indifferent manager threw the tab down on my table next to my credit card and walked away with no greeting; had to ask twice for a carry-out container; only saw my primary server three times — all related to taking order and refreshing beverage; side dishes were colder than the servers themselves. I asked for outside dining and was pretty much ignored. First, last, and only time at this place. Never again.

Always at the bar with drinks & food. This particular day, early Christmas there was no one at the bar with 2 servers & service was deplorable in getting drinks. But because they have such great ribs there we stayed to eat. We informed the temp mgr. & he apologized. The very long time mgr. just quit after being there for many years. Disgraceful what here jobs had become & I would have done same. Will try one more time with hopes of better service.

I want to start by saying I love BBQ . I went to the Ronkonkoma NY location about 3 weeks ago and I loved it . So for my birthday dinner we went back last night . There was 4 of us that drove 40 minutes to get there . I still love the place but can’t understand how a place like this can be out of 4 items we ordered . Corporate need to check on whoever does the ordering .And a response from corporate would be nice to need a customer .

Im in Orlando for work. My wife and I went to Smokey Bones and was greeted by Jake. As he was seating us, he provided the best knowledge of the menu and specials. Conversed with us on a friendly personal level. Noticed that we were both military vets and proceeded to thank us for our service. In my 20 years of service industry, I have never been treated so well. He introduced us to Keanu, our server. Again... Keanu could not have exceeded our expectations of service any more. He was prompt, friendly, smiled and enjoyed our company the entire time. If there were more stars available for this review, it still wouldnt be enough. Without a doubt, the best restaurant experience of my life. Thanks for everything. Oh .. the food was good too😁

Your General manager of Wyomissing PA is the reason the restaurant is falling apart. There is a Fruit fly problem that is so badd at least 5 drinks A-day are served with bugs in them. There is also a mouse problem. people are seeing them running around the restaurant. He drinks after hours when the restaurant is closed well after the legal time. He is a glorified bus boy and host doesnt do any actual managing. If you want this restaurant to do better he needs to be removed. I am a disgruntled Employee. But I have been there for 8 years and have done nothing but watch the place crumble under his management and it was a job I cared about until him.

Was my favorite bbq place. But lately NO! Same place Virginia beach location on the Blvd. Family night out went in at 7:15 didnt seem crowded but I guess I was mistaken we did not get served our food until 8:30 an hour after we ordered. I even asked our waiter was his section busy he said no. They were out of most food we ordered and food and drinks kept being forgotten. Spoke with manager he was the rudest, arrogant jerk! Who really offered no type of customer service. So we will not go back to that place.

I order the smokehouse chicken sandwich for my girlfriend she hurt tooth and cut her gums biting into her sandwich . The cook placed deep fried raw spiral macaroni noodles mixed in the topping of her sandwich . I don’t understand how anyone could not tell they were noodles and not onion straws . I wish I could give a NO STAR... This was my favorite BBQ Restaurant around. Sad to say they lost great business due to which my husband and I thought would be a great lunch and it turned out to be a blood bath. We both ordered burgers WELL done and needless to say when they came out they were still 🐮 MOOing!!! My husband went to take a bite and the amount of blood that came from this 🍔 burger was that of one giving birth. Thats not even rare! Thats RAW... He has been sick ever since NO WORRIES... JUST LIKE THE MANAGEMENT TOLD US NOW ITS YOUR PROBLEM BECAUSE WE WERE SO DISGUSTED WE WALKED OUT WITHOUT TALKING TO ANYONE. WELL THOSE WILL BE MY WISE WORDS OF CHOICE WHEN I OWN SMOKEY BONES AND MR. We went to the Smokey Bones in Greensburg, Pa on 12/11/19. We usually go after seeing the Christmas lights at Overlys. The waitress who sat us was very rude. After learning there was 9 in our party, she rolled her eyes and told us to wait. After seating us, she placed the menus on the table and walked away. For 10 minutes, the 9 of us sat there with no acknowledgement. After we decided to go somewhere else, we got up and half of us went to our cars. I asked to speak to the manager. I did tell the manager what happened. She was apologetic, but it was too little to late. She did try to get us to stay, but half of us were already in our cars, and I really didnt want spit in my food! She said it was a communication problem. Its restaurant 101. Seat the people, get them drinks. DAH!My husband and I frequented this restaurant often. We will not be back!

My family usually goes to Smokey bones after we go to overlys every year. We love going here.... until now. So it was 12/11/19 around 9:15pm the server/host asked how many we told her 10.... she sighed and rolled her eyes and said it’ll be a minute... there were 2 others in the whole building. So about 5 mins later she takes us to the table and sets the menus down. Not telling us any specials on food or drinks. She walks away. So every one is looking for what they want to eat. About 10 mins pass and no server has come up to us to ask for drinks or to tell us they will be with us. We end up speaking to a manager who kept apologizing and asking us to stay. But half of the group go in their cars and left. That server was really unprofessional.... I get it everyone has a bad day. But don’t take it out on your guests. Sorry but we won’t be back. So me and my friends went there because we heard the food was really good. I ordered the smoked chicken breast for 3 hours and I got cinnamon apples and baked macaroni and cheese when it came to my table it was processed chicken from a deli it was so damn dry.The macaroni and cheese taste like Stouffers the apple and cinnamon was the pie filling from a can. it was just bad bad food. I could have just went to a grocery store spent $10 for the same God damn food instead of spending $20 on a plate of food. I wouldnt give it any stars but it makes you pick one.

I have been here 3 time and all three times have had issues ...of course all different first time chicken came out cold like pulled from refrigerator and out on my plate. Second was bartender was not pouring correct drinks and third bar was packed and couldnt sit at bar so sat at table to side and when bar was empty moved and bartender got nasty saying cant move tabs.

Went there for a birthday lunch. One waitress. One bartender with a bad attitude. Plenty of open tables but was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Several tables were looking for a waitress to help. Drinks or to order. . Not a good way to run a business. Customers were leaving after waiting an hour to be served. Wow

Had a great experience until I realized that I was paying $6 for domestic beers!!! Want my money lets be reasonable on pricing. This isnt a sporting event and you dont have million dollar servers that you must pay.. Sorry but your prices on your beer is ridiculous and I for one will not return until yall have decent alcoholic prices.....

Normally good service but today went bad. Over an hour wait for food, freezer Burnt veggies on salad, wrong order brought out and then I ate a raw chicken sandwich! 3 bites in I noticed the raw chicken. Had to ask for manager 3 times. When manger showed up he hardly showed any concern and stormed off stating “whatever”. Gave free sandwich as restitution. Wow. What a poor leader they have.

Last night was the epitome of bad service. I speak for myself only, but there were 15 members of the dinner party and I do not think anyone would agree that the service was up to par.We arrived at approximately 5:45. The last member of the group arrived about 6:00. Two people waited at the entrance and waited 10 minutes before someone realized they were a part of our group.We were seated almost 30 minutes before our orders were taken; this was about 6:15. Our orders did not arrive at the table until 40 minutes later. When served at least 3 orders had to be returned because then food was cold. Regardless of the quality of food, this was very unacceptable. Once we had eaten, we waited a lengthy time for our checks. When the money, cards and such were collected we waited at least 30 minutes for change and slips to sign. Some were not taken until about 8:50. There was much confusion since some people had gift cards and/or coupons. Some were not happy with the ROUNDING UP of the cash. No one asked or informed us about this. We finally left about 9:00. This is ridiculous and uncalled for.One member of the party was given a gift card while the remainder got nothing, not even bread or something while we waited on our orders that were strange.Several recommendations:With a large party – 2 serversYou were asked to come to the table several time. You cameOnce and never came back. Face the music!Inform guests of rounding up.A tray for each person when collecting payment.Possibly, with proper training and experience you and your staff will have mastered the essentials of customer service. There is a lot to be desired with the way it is now. Sometimes “I am sorry” just does not get it. This is the response I got when I spoke to you at the reception area on two occasions.Our group goes out once a year and unfortunately this was NOT a pleasant or enjoyable evening. I seriously doubt that many will return and I feel certain the group will not return!I hope this was an isolated incident!

Party of 6 & 1 child. Menus were just dropped in the middle of two tables shoved together. Everyone had to get their own. Silverware also dropped in the middle of the two tables. Server just stood there while we grabbed our menus & napkin wrapped silverware. I drink plain water with lemon because Im a diabetic. Lemon was dried up and tiny. Food was plain for the prices. Server told us to pay with table top Monitor and take the survey to tell the company how he was. We sat at two tables so had to pay separately on two different Machines. My Machine total tab was $46.28 suggested a tip of $21.00. the other table tab was $51.36 with a suggested tip of $29.00. Seriously? Total Group tab $97.64 with a suggested combined Tip of $50.00. Over 50% ?Monitor would not let me change the Tip amount to anything but $0. so $0 it got. Same with the other table, but they left a tip in cash. I needed change as all I had was large bills. Cashier out front told me She cant give out change unless paying for a meal. I told her I had already paid at the table and wanted to leave a tip. She just Shrugged, so I shrugged back and Walked out.AGAIN SERIOUSLY ??? Server just brought the food. two attempts with the Call Server button went unanswered. NEVER NEVER AGAIN !!! Been there 3 times at stoughton MA, went today December 29 2018 between 4:00pm and 4:30pm with my wife and 1 year old baby girl, it was by far one of the most embarasing and humiliating moments ever. I was so desapointed that I didnt even ask for the manager and headed my way out of there. I isnt the first uncomfortable situation Ive ever been involved in the past but nothing like this one. The worst part of it was when i asked another waitress if she could take my order after 21 minutes and the answer was Im not your waitres she is super rude in front of everyone. Im writing to corporate next week, unfortunately paid cash for a one beer and a sprite about 9.20 so dont know the names and have no recipt but worth the time anyways.

We have always enjoyed Smoky Bones in Springfield, il and made it our go to restaurant but this last experience will now bring us to look elsewhere. The heat index in our area is 104, their air has been broken for 2 weeks per waitress, running in fans which does nothing, ran out of bones brew, really? , silverware was dirty and had to ask for clean, this screams poor management. It is a shame.
