My fiancé and I visited Le Roque Designs to choose a setting for my engagement ring in November. Not only did I find a beautiful setting but Michelle, her mother and father went above and beyond to ensure I could leave with my new ring. The patience and wonderful customer service was surely to be remembered today. I visited Cartier in the Boca Town Center and was very disappointed with the customer service as well as the lack of desire to assist me in choosing my wedding band. We drove 45 mins to see Michelle and of course, a wonderful experience! Not only did she take time to help me but she did it with a smile and truly gives the service EVERYONE deserves when shopping for timeless, sentimental pieces.
