I called Zara customer service because there is no way to contact the store via phone and was disgusted by the treatment I received. I have loved this brand for a long time but this experience has completely changed my opinion. I called because I was looking for help with an item I purchased. The item which I wore for the very first time, clearly had a quality issue as the pants completely split open while I was at work mind you, from the upper thigh all the way to the knee. I just wanted help with an exchange but as it was over 30 days since date of purchase. Customer service was despicable. I was treated awfully and the rep did not even attempt to help me. Will never spend a dime here again.

Would gove zero stars. They literally force you to download the app to use the fitting room. Saw about 4 other customers with full hands complain and walk out. Managers didnt care. Obviously a poorly run business.After downloading the app the fincrion did not even work, SO THEY Would bit let me in. I walked out. Take your money somewhere else.

My 11 year old granddaughter likes the clothes at Zara. However, the few times weve been there, the wait time to check out has been interminably long. Todays check-out was a full 30 minutes. The lone cashier said a second cashier was coming in at noon. This was about 11:30. This would keep me away from Zara in the future.

Their fitting rooms are closed which has resulted in extremely long lines for returns, since customers are unable to try stuff on until they get home and a lot of the clothing items fit poorly. I would recommend shopping online or waiting until they reopen their fitting rooms

Wouldnt exchange a birthday present without a receipt because they dont have the item anymore. I was told point blank there is nothing they can do without a receipt. They dont have store credit... screwed! Loved standing in the line out the door too!

Love the quality of Zaras clothes - the one star review is for the lack of cashiers/check-out services. I recently made a return here. There is a severe lack of service, resulting in very long lines. The womens checkout line is closed on weekdays, resulting in even LONGER lines.I cannot imagine how anyone would shop here more than once after waiting in a horrendously long line due to the lack of customer service. You are better off ordering clothes online.

This store is not managed properly. There is always at least an hour wait to get in the store and another hour to check out. I will not shop here again for fear of having to return something. It seems like there is never enough staff/cashiers. Most of the people in line are returning items. Staff is putting returns back out on the floor without sanitizing. For that they might as well open up the fitting rooms and reduce the line. Host a job fair and hire more people.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Horrible return policy, especially considering the fitting rooms are STILL CLOSED! Without a receipt I could only exchange for the same item, however I was returning because it was too small for my daughter and I purchased the largest size they carry kids 13-14. I just wanted a credit to exchange for another item. Manager gave CS number to file a complaint and I most certainly will, unfortunately they are closed now. I will share my experience on every platform. The store is always a mess, long lines, no fitting rooms...cute stuff but not worth the headache! They carry the same stuff as H&M and have the same price points.

I was so disappointed with this Zara store. The cashiers were really trying to steal. Watch out. First day I stand in line for more than an hour! Bought a bunch of clothes, and when I get home I see more than 7 things are missing. I check my receipt and they DID charge it, but it was nowhere to be found. I had to change my flight and go the next day to talk to the manager. She took forever to talk to me and then forever to find my clothes. She just said “you forgot it” which is a total lie, because the cashier never handed it to me and didn’t even say “wait, I forgot to give you this whole bag” (Feels like they are trying to steal from tourists) then I tried all the clothes and went back to the store to return the ones that didn’t fit. Another hour in line, my feet were killing me. When I finally get to the cashier the woman scans all the things I’m returning, puts the tags back and like a million years later tells me to put my card in for the return of my money. 250$ said on the machine and she puts in my card 98$!!!!!! I look at her and almost went nuts! I asked her isn’t it $250 like it said on the machine?!?! And she said oh yeah, put the card back in. I just wanted to shout to everyone get OUT OF HERE. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. It ruined my vacation. 2 days waisted thanks to Zara. Hours waiting on the lines and then thief’s on the cashiers. I wasted my time and it gave me such a bad impression of Zara and the people they hire. Save your time. Don’t go here.

Went to this store to make a return for a gift that was purchased for my son. I arrived with the items in mint condition, tags attached, items in season and WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. Of course I did not make the purchase so therefore I did not have the form of payment. ZARA return policy states that if you do not have the original form of payment you will be issued a merchandise credit. After standing in their extremely long line i was told i could not do a return only an exchange. I politely declined and asked for a credit the manager rudely stated that if i don’t have the card there is nothing else i can do. After i walked the store trying to find something to exchange these items for, I asked her again and she said the the merchandise credit is ZARA policy but that store no longer does it because the company has not provided the store with any merchandise credit cards. This is after she lied about helping me. THESE PEOPLE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I feel it is an inconvenience for me to have to drive 45 minutes to miami to deal with this type of treatment.

Be careful on Sundays. Store does not open until 12 and they always open late. Then you have to wait until they are ready to work. So if you have returns expect a long wait; however, I love the new self check out stations.

Worst management and customer service!!!!! They don’t allow people to use fitting room and the line for returning is 2 hrs waiting. Workers are too slow. They weren’t allowing people to return in the 2nd floor and suddenly opened it without informing anybody in the line to go upstairs for returning and they see how big the line is.

There aren’t enough cashiers impacting on extremely long lines! And they’re supposed to be avoided due to covid... They should offer more checkout points and/or exclusive points for returns! Besides clients are not practicing social distancing at all, especially when they are waiting in lines

I’ve been shopping at Zara for over 20 years now. Customer service is good but it depends on who you fall on, the 3 employees I’ve met today were all wonderful and helpful, especially Patricia from Spain. She was professional and friendly. Zara has a huge turn over like most corporates in the US so people thar work there come and go. The clothes of Zara are absolutely the best - they stand the test of time and washes.Be aware - long lines happen in every store of Zara.I recommend shopping on their online store.

The cashier person said that I could only return it for the same item in different color or size. The style does not fit so I asked to speak with the manager. The staff seems to be in there own little world. They are running around looking like they are doing something but as you approach them they seem to scramble to somewhere else in the store. Many times having a person from this store around us was like if we were invisible! The selection of times was another issue. Not enough sizes of many of the items! Shop somewhere else pass on this store dont waste your time. There are better stores at this mall.

Terrible time management, customer service I mean the worst Zara I’ve ever been too! It seems that every person in that store are in La La Land. Also not sure what is going on with Zara seems like they don’t care anymore about anything because regardless people will shop with them. You order online takes weeks to arrive and at times nothing comes you come to the store there is an hour wait outside of the store and then another 45 minutes to an hour in line at the cash wrap. Someone get this Zara a professional manager who would know how to run a store that busy!

Literally the most time wasted in a store Ive ever done. The lines are ungodly. Im writing this review from the line Ive been standing in for 35 minutes. Ive never had to wait 35 minutes to pay someone for a product. I also see more people restocking than on register. Thats downright odd. Its almost like they want you to leave without buying anything. Looks like I have at least another 25 minutes to wait in line. I wont be back to the store. I may consider purching online ONLY. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.
