Went in to buy lenses for my older pair of sunglasses. Met Danny, the assistant store manager, and received excellent service and suggestions. I ended up getting a pair of new custom glasses and spent almost the same as I would have just for the lenses for me old ones. I qualified for some discounts that made the difference. Bernardo seller is unkind, not receptive, unfriendly and does not provide advice. He is only there on the computer or focused on other things than the client. It is not the first time I visit this store and I always receive the same treatment that makes me feel as if the customer does not care. The schedules are managed in their own way and are not the same as the one stated on the website. To work in retail you need to have customer service skills, something that the employees of this store do not have.

My experience was 1st rate. I had a year old pair of sunglasses and figured the warranty was up but I called the store anyways just for advice they told me to come in and Thats when they told me the warranty was 2 years and they replaced my sunglasses. Class act. Be sure you have a receipt and your shades arent beat up.
