Very disappointed with customer service. The owner is very rude and very limited amount of dresses for full size figures (L-XL).Discouraging and with a very disrespectful attitude, the owner suggested me to up my budget so I could get a nicer dress.Won’t revisit in the future.

I’ve been looking all over for the perfect gown for a masquerade ball. The ladies were wonderfully helpful, providing every detail from gloves and a beaded mask to a fur Shaw and purse. The prices were very competitive compared to other boutiques. Most importantly, the dress was stunning and exactly what I had hoped for. Thank you JDO! You’re awesome!

This boutique is fantastic! I brought my daughter here to look for a prom dress. They were so helpful and patient. My daughter tried on beautiful dresses and found the perfect one with accessories to match. Im so happy I found this shop. I will definitely come back next time I have my own event to get dressed up for.

This was a one stop shop experience for me. I needed an elegant dress for a Masquerade Gala on a decent budget & I found everything I needed here. Great customer service. Flew in from NY for an event, airline lost our luggage and damaged my Bertunis. We stopped by the shoe repair next door to have them repaired (highly recommend btw) Found my wife next door at the dress boutique, next thing I know Im buying three dresses. Nice selection. She wore one of them to the event that evening and got a million compliments, ecstatic! Reasonable prices compared to other dresses Ive payed 3x for (love u babe.) Girls behind the counter were polite. Overall great experience! Thanks again!

My favor little dress spot. Without spending millions, I always walk out happy with a bunch of cute little dresses that fits just right. :-) I have always had fun looking trough the store. great service and all.

Worst customer service ever! The saleswomen and owner are very rude. They dont allow you to touch or try on anything. They say sizes dont fit. They dont allow to take pictures and talk badly about you. After leaving the store they locked the door so we cant come back in after expressing our feelings. Worst behavior and manners. I will never buy anything from this store.

Terrible! I went to go look for the perfect prom dress. While having a great experience with one of the workers, and having picked out many dresses to try on, the owner came over and told me and my mom There is an 8 dress limit when prom dress shopping. Its awful for that to be the policy, for many girls the ninth dress could be the perfect one. I was planning on buying a dress that I had earlier tried on, but Ive decided to get the dress elsewhere and even found it for a better price. I would not recommend this store to anyone for any occasion. While the dresses are cute I could never support a business that limits me to what I can try on and look at. Such poor service and such a bad way to run a business.

HORRIBLE service, girls spoke about clients in Spanish ignoring that some of us speak Spanish and understand their poor mannerism. Mocking clients that came to buy expensive non-name brand dresses from them.Purchased dress received wrong dress size returned to store to exchange it for correct one they refused to order correct size and would only do a store credit. I would not return ever. Merchandise looks great but is poor quality and you can get same merchandise from Retail Warehouses in Miami for 1/10 of the price

Horrible customer service they limit you on dress options, speak poorly about clients in Spanish, the employees lack attention to clients, the dresses are horrible quality, and they dont even allow you to take pictures. Apparently they believe their store is one of a kind so literally no one can take pictures. However in other stores youre allowed to. I would never go back to this store, even if it was the only store left to get dresses at.

Very beautiful store - both ladies that was working was very nice and helpful- a most go store if you are going to a fancy event, they will have everything you need from: dresses, skirts, tops, shoes, and accessories!

HORRIBLE service! They are very judge mental and always watch you as if your going to break they’re dresses. Would NEVER go back. They definitely need to improve their attitudes. Very pretentious.

I will never come back that store! I was looking for a dress for my sisters wedding and the saleswoman Melissa asked me to leave the store that she was going to make an inventory in the middle of the afternoon. She was bothered that I was talking on the phone and looking at the dresses, I think she thought she was just strolling and that i would not buy anything! A real absurdity! A lack of education! And even had the guts to say that I could go back here 10 minutes!

I have a good experience all the time the associated are always very helpful, I always walk away very please.

Horrible service and extremely high prices dresses for the supremely low quality of the dresses. Don’t waste your time coming here. Dresses are basic and very limited selection. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We wanted to try on a dress that the mannequin was wearing and the employee told him that it was very difficult to remove it, that I was not going to stay and that I only took it out if we bought it. How are we going to try on a dress without trying it? It was so much to insist that I take it out! What kind of customer service is this?
