Its always fun shopping at party City especially during Halloween. This stores shelves were well stocked with really cool and creative Halloween costumes and decorations. Highly recommend staff is available and helpful

I give 3 and a half stars. When I entered, I was greeted almost immediately by a young male associate, he was charismatic, courteous, and helpful. He asked if there was anything he could do to assist, I asked for something, he helped me right away. He gets 5 stars. Now, the young female behind the counter didnt seem like she wanted to be there. She did everything that was expected of a paid employee...who is content with the bare minimum, so she gets 1 and a half stars. I call it like I see it. You cant have employees working on their own different frequencies, it decreases productivity and moral.

Curbside pick-up was quick! Call their number and wait. I made my purchase online and spent the day driving to different stores for Dr. Suess products.

The prices are not correct in the whole store. So you will probably pay more than you see on the products. Very expensive store and very rude employees.

Good place to get your party supplies but when I went to pick up my order, after I got an email saying it was ready, but they could not find it. After more than 5 minutes looking for it, they found my UNPACKED things over the counter.

Purchased about $25 worth of balloons to release at zoom graduation. Virtually all the balloons were lying on the floor overnight (None of them would float). Total disappointment. For increased profit they do not use proper helium and destroy happy moments in life. Will never shop at Party City again.

I made a online order for something with a specific holiday, never knew it was ready, got an email it was picked up??? I call and the employee who answered the phone was nice but then I was transferred to manager and she was no help at all. Was rude and basically telling me “doesn’t matter” come pick it up, couldn’t get a refund or even store credit. Will never give this store my business again.

Party City locations Ive been to usually are a bit of a mess, but this Aventura location gets it right for the most part. Their holiday section is exquisitely laid out with a lot of attention and detail. The store is also organized well without too many random items laying around or on the ground. A ton of products for adults and the kids as well - also a pretty cool candy station too. Tons of parking as well.

This place is the absolute worst. For a party place, the employees all seem so unhappy and rude. It never fails whether there is no one in line or 50 people almost all of them are slow and take their sweet time chatting with each other and rolling eyes at customers. their helium balloons fall down after 6 hrs, even dollar store balloons last for days longer. this place seriously needs better management.

This place is absolutely disgusting. My husband and I went in the store to buy yellow hairspray for a project we are working on. Before I went in, I checked online to see if they had any in stock INSIDE of the store. Online it stated 12. Fine. We went to the store. And wow. We went to where the hairspray is and there was one yellow can completely empty. There were also a bunch of other colors opened and cans thrown all over the place (I took pictures, wish I could post on here). When I asked one the employees to please check the back because online it states there are 12 in store, she says they dont carry products in the back. I asked her to please check and she looked at me with a stupid face and basically said no. So youre telling me someone or people has/have gone to your store and stole 12 cans of yellow hairspray? Now that I think about it, why should I be surprised when there were empty cans of all types of colored hairspray all over the place. Ridiculous. Never coming here again.

We were able to find everything we were looking for at Party City and some stuff we werent even looking for came home with us, too. Staff were helpful.

ABSOLUTELY SICKENED BY THE STAFF OF THIS STORE!!!!!! As I was driving up to the stop sign right in front of the store, an employee was walking out to welcome a friend of hers that was walking up...in front of my car. The girl preceded to hell “ARE YOU GOING TO STOP, HO?” I was just about to walk Into this store to spend an abundance of money for my son’s birthday party tomorrow and because of that, I will NOT be spending a dime at this plane and I will tell everyone I know what kind of employees that have working for them. Is this the kind of people you want representing your business? It’s disgusting that you have people like this working FOR YOU. I will also be contacting corporate.

I have been in here quite frequently as the days count down to my wedding. It makes me happy every time I am able to find something here to enhance the fun well have at my wedding.

I got there by 8 pm looking for Birthday Decorations. The store wasn’t too busy, although I had to stay in the line about 15 min. The service (meh) probably the young man at the quanter was already tired after a day of work, but he didn’t bother to help that much or to say Hello or Good buy. Overall I am happy with the products I bought and I was able to find everything easy as the store is well organized.

Great Service, refers DJs, Entertainers, and artists. Party City will soon be renting Bonsai Trees for special events. I work very closely with party city to promote our zen theme parties, and rent bonsai for events.

This must be the least festive place in Aventura. Don’t know exactly why all the staff seem to hate all the customers or why they’re so unwilling to help. I was in the hunt for balloons and you’d think that that’d be something I’d find at this store. No helium. But they offered to sell me helium (!) for 33 dollars. Why not use that and help out their customers? When will you get more helium? Don’t know. Came back four days later, same response albeit even more lackluster than before.

Therefore, I decided to comment on this situation.Further more, the birthday balloons dont last very long . Upon investigating the balloons myself I discovered that they were not tight up properly. Ghetto rude employees who are slow and unprofessional - worst Party City location I have ever been too. You would think that since it is located in an upscale area like Aventura that you might get better service and employees - NOT TRUE AT ALL! Employees are more worried about talking and texting on their phones than serving customers. Go to the Party City in Oakwood Plaza in Hollywood - way better customer service and no ridiculous wait time.

Pretty bad. I went to this PartyCity for a costume (obviously) and when i ask the halloween expert they say they have all sizes for the costume I wanted. I go to get my costume and the person tells me they only have medium because its outdated and the thing hasnt updated the system yet. And then as soon as I find another costume and do the same process over and over and its missing an accessory. And once i do the same process for the 3rd time now, i get an inflatable costume because i just want to leave this place. Once i get home, the inflatable costume works for a while and then justs stops. I definitely would not recommend this PartyCity at ALL.

The worst experience ever the lady said I can do a return with phone number and email and they gave me the wrong information. The customer service is bad they dont help you. some items were broken.
