I bought a few things here which they dont usually carry in other stores. Clean and make store. Glad I found them here, staff were really helpful. I came in mid-day, not crowded and short wait lines. Plenty of parking. Glad they have discounts and offers like 20% off. And the options for both an email and paper receipt. Return policy was easy and fast, u need the purchase receipt or the credit card purchase.

No surprises here, except the fantastic help from DJ, she was truly concerned with helping me. Unfortunately they were out of stock of the product I needed, not sure how retail stores plan to survive the demolishing force of Amazon when they let customers go by not having stock. Anyway congrats for great employees like DJ.

Bob greeted my fiancé and I at the door when we walked in. We wanted to do a registry. He told us how to do it on our phone. He was so caring and nice and even congratulated us. Stores truly need workers like Bob, he was an older gentleman who shouldn’t have to be working. However he should be promoted to teach customer service to others. It made such an impact.We had gone to Macys and the customer service was so lousy. Turns out they had the same app but thanks to Bob, BB&B got our business.

Huge shout out to MATT at the “Pick Up” line with my recent swift and friendly customer service. I was picking up the sodastream and asked if he had two extra glass carafes. He proceeded to get them and ring me up. I was in and out in minutes! 🙂 Huge plus considering I was driving back home to PB Gardens in the middle of rush hour traffic. TY!

I went 6o see if I could find a salad spinner.. the price was better on Amazon. I asked them to price match the item, but they used an excuse not to match the item. They said because I paid for the Amazon prime service. First of all I dont, and even if I did... the item was not reduce for prime it was its regular price. Anyway, I ended up buying an even better salad spinner in Amazon. Oh well.

This bed bath & beyond has a great variety of products. it is nice and neat. spacious store.

Had a great shopping experience. There is a bistro like area for customers to try several K- cups before buying. Its like a mini Starbucks in the middle of the store. People are relaxing, working on their laptops or charging phones. Love it! Only down side are the aisles, to walk around the store, very narrow. There are promo items, displays and etc that take up majority of your walking space. With a large cart, kids and other customers, its like walking through a small door while holding hands with someone. IMPOSSIBLE!!

The customer service was great.. they were very helpful and willing to assist ..I only had an issue with a Calvin Klein flat sheet set that I bought among other things.. the pillows were missing.. but, hopefully its gonna be ordered & shipped out to me..

Prices not according with the product. Workers have no idea about what are they doing.If they dont have a product to show wont open another... Thats why they dont sell.They have a coffee section where it supposed you can try and is always close.

The worst location I’ve ever been to, all the employees are either half asleep or don’t speak English. They let me wait 40 minutes for containers I found in Clearence and the guy was practically asleep. After 40 minutes he finally found it online and told me to take a picture to show them at the register. When I got to the register they decided that now it’s not for sale after an almost hour wait. Never coming back.

Used to have great selection, now about 50% less, no food no wine. Store looks cleaner but not much on hand.

There was a cashier, I think her name was Mallory, who was fabulous in every way. Helped us through our confusion with the coupon, without making us feel in any way clueless which, you know, we actually were. Just a great gal to do business with. I hope her manager sees this.

Visit Aventura store. Before was Bed and bath only now is beauty products and over the counter pharmacy taking more space. Changed a lot and too many empty spaces .I will go to Pembroke store.Not happy and traffic is terrible on Biscayne blvd. Good part they continue accepting old coupons received by mail.

This is the nicest Bed Bath & Beyond store that Ive gone with. The store is very nicely organized and there is a single line to pay at the registers. They still offer those handy 20% coupons which they are always eager to take. The store is large and carry a very large inventory of items. They also carry over the counter medication and hair and beauty products. Another thing they offer which I have not seen in other stores is selected wines and champagne bottles. But for me, the thing that sets this store apart is their large Keurig coffee pod selection. They must carry every type of flavor offered. And best of all, there is a station with two Keurig coffee machines for you to try any flavor, free of charge. Great store and good customer support.

The place is totally packed. The lines are long crowded, and dangerous. These dirt bags dont care about anything but money. I left my shopping cart right there and left. Go there at your own perril! This company is as careless and greedy as the Governor. Ill stick with Amazon from now on.

Very helpful friendly staff if you cant find what you want you can always order. They didnt have drapes for my window but was able to order them and within a week they arrived. Always happy with BBB. This place has everything I think its a flagship store. Plus visually its very appealing than most of the other stores.

Horrible customer service. Very long lines with one person working the register. People had carts full of merchandise that they abandoned because it was impossible to pay. One guy walked out with a cart of stuff because there was no one to take his money. No manager to be found. Simply awful. Don’t consider stepping foot in this store.

Manager (Tim )was so rude to me and a friend of mine on 3/20/20. we went over for the toilet paper which was limited to 3 per person I had my packages and my friend has her own packages of paper towels (two different items, 2 different people, 2 different households. ) and randomly Tim snatched the toilet paper out of my hands and started yelling at me.I expected better from the team leader.

I was looking for a vacuum cleaner and they didn’t have it in the store, and the girl that was at the register told me that I can order online by my self, I ask her if she can do it for me and she said let me see, and when she start putting the information she told me that she can’t put any cupón at this moment because of Covid 🤷🏻‍♀️. I love this store. The customer service is excellent. The lines are sometimes long but they have a lot of cashiers so the lines move very fast. They are fully stocked with everything. I love this store.

Always a pleasure to shop at this location. Yes, its pretty much always busy, and parking can be painful, but the staff are all friendly and helpful, the store is neat and orderly, lines, though long, do move at a good pace, and to top it all off this location also has toiletries! I am always able to find what I need, and the cashiers help to maximize your coupons. They have a great selection of products in pretty much all categories, and you can try most K cup coffee flavors while you shop. Highly recommended!

As these stores go, this is one of the better ones. They have an extra section in the middle with coffee, wine, snacks, drinks. I took one star off because they used to have a really nice Keurig setup to sample the coffee that is *always* closed for the past few months.

I purchased some items a few months back using gift cards and no longer had the card or receipt. Which I knew may be an issue, so I called ahead to find out if an exchange would be possible ( I needed the same item just in a larger size). The supervisor assured that as long as the items were unopened it would not be an issue and if they were open all I had to do was provide the payment method. Upon arriving to the store (before ever making it to the register) the manger informed me that the item would not be excepted. The young lady at the register did her best to assist however he made no attempt. I was offered $2.00 for exchange in an unopened item I paid a little over $40.00. yes, I understand that stores have policies. However, the way I was treated by the manger seem to have nothing to do with policy and ( I hate to say it) perhaps evrything to do with the color of my skin. the manger did not even pretend that he was trying to assist.

I bought most of dorm room essentials from here. The prices are fairly decent. They have pretty much all the things youd need for your bedrooms, bathrooms, showers, and commonplaces. The store is very convenient and if they dont have what youre looking for theyll order it in for you.

Excellent place to find everything for your home. I loved my visit there... everything with really good taste and nice quality. Alot of options for everything.

Apparently this store is closing soon. There are tons of empty shelves and only a couple of employees; one working the register, the other one packaging pick up orders.

I went in at around 11:45a.m. to buy some Green Mountain coffee. I didnt get the ladies name that was working there that Tuesday but she was so pleasant and very helpful. Its a pleasure shopping here with such helpful staff.

My experience was actually fine I found everything I needed the prices were reasonable and I was able to get in and out fairly quickly even with a huge line at the registers. What I did not like was a customer walking aimlessly in front of me asking questions to two of the ladies that worked in the coffee section and he was completely ignored by them. They continued having their conversation even while he looked at them waiting for an answer they didnt even acknowledge Him. I assume that I dont have the complete story otherwise the behavior of those two Associates wood have been excessively rude.

I like to specify a lot. Most people that work here are helpful. Its usually very crowded so be prepared to spend a little bit waiting for someone to help you or assist you in the purchase. Most of the employees are actually knowledgeable about the product that youre looking for. For instance I just bought a home security system and the person that worked at the store was extremely helpful and had answers to every question that I presented to them. -1 * just because its a super crowded Best Buy. If you dont mind waiting you should go to this one.

Its amazing how long its been since Ive stepped into this store. They had great service. There was someone right available asking us if we needed help. Its a place to get sucked into and buy all your house hold needs.

Order the items from the store almost 1 month ago, it arrive in 3 weeks ( instead of 5-7) days, one item was missing, called customer service, waited 40 min to resolve the issue, one week pass since then, item still didn’t arrive and I can’t even track itJust horrible 👎🏻

Just left the Aventura Bed Bath and Beyond. What a disappointment. Dealt with 4 employees no one would take payment or direct us to someone who could help. Each one had an excuse as to why they were too busy to ring us up and would walk away from the cashier. No one smiled. Everyone was miserable and it shows in their customer service. The only lady who smiled and was kind is named Idaline (the only one out of 4 employees)..that’s just sad. Another gentleman who we asked about a price check literally just pointed at the item and walked away. I was in awe. This store clearly needs better training/ management involvement.

This particular BBB is a bit more frenetic than most that I have been to, but all the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Plus even though the lines can be long - like most of this chain, no matter what state youre in - they seem to manage to get the line moving along quickly.Plus, best part - its a Bed Bath and Beyond! Totally one of my Top 5 favorite stores. 😁And they still take all those 20% off coupons!And some prople dont realize the best part: you can use more than one coupon per order - use 20 if you want! 1 per item - plus IGNORE THE EXPIRATION DATE! Theyll still take the coupons! I just used one from 2013, from my old address in a different state!Oh, and go to the coffee section and get a FREE cup of coffee. Their prices on K Cups are pretty good - I always by boxes there.Another plus: Theyre very very good about returns!! I kinda like this place, ya think? 😂(I wish I worked there.... I wonder what the employee discount is? 🤔) 😉

Always use your coupons and ignore the dates on it. They accept any Bed Bath coupon. Prices are decent with coupons. If you cant find what you are looking for ask for help. If they have it on their website, they will deliver to your home; ask for free delivery and they will oblige. Staff are always friendly. Parking is easy in front of the store.

Not many sales like inhale previously and I would like to see better selection for bathroom decor items. Prices are way to high compared to competition and they need to understand people have cellphones these days and compare prices in stores.

Deceptive and Unfair. I don’t trust this branch anymore. The price advertised on the shelf said: 149.99 for the product Stearns&Foster Mattress Pads 100% cotton, 1000 thread count. However the product on that shelf was for the same information except that it said 600 thread count. I noticed this after I paid and I was charged 199.99 on my credit card. I asked one of the team members for clarification. She then walked me to where that product was which it was in a totally different isle. I was starting to feel aggravated but she spoke to cashier for a 10 dollar refund. Which it was fine but another team member that overrode the refund was making fun of me for doing this over 10 bucks. Dear team members of Bed, Bad & Beyond aventura, it is not about the money, I could’ve pay more for that product no problem. But the way you advertised a price on a place where the product is not it’s plain deceptive and unfair. I do this because your branch obviously has an opportunity to improve on customer service and also for the future customers that don’t pay attention to this details. I’m also posting this on Twitter to help you improve.

Great customer service at this location! I love the World Market boutique within the store too! The selection is not as big as the Sawgrass location, but this is still a great store and its smaller so it only makes sense that they carry a bit less. Im always getting great deals and great quality products here

Bed bath and beyond is always a pleasure to visit. A little too expensive but you cannot go wrong when you buy from them. The one on Byscayne Boulevard I usually go to has free samples of a wide variety of coffees. Nice.

Where are the negative star buttons ?This place is a joke . I was told that I was not allowed to use the demo massage chairs. I am a regular CUSTOMER and I visit the store several times a week and I purchase stuff at least once a week . I always end my visit with a massage but according to the management here I am not allowed to do that anymore because a CUSTOMER might ask to try it and they cant . During my visits I always give up the chair whenever anyone asks, I always talk to others that are trying the chairs and promote my favorite one to them . I dont see an issue with me being on the demo chair . I was planning to buy this chair for Christmas but Im taking my business and money elsewhere and I will no longer be buying from this store or company . Congratulations you just lost a loyal CUSTOMER and I will be sure to tell everyone I know and meet about my experience .

Very nice and clean store with an array of different products for kitchen, home and bedding. What makes this store stand out amongst the rest is that they have a huge cafe in the middle of the store where you can sample different teas and coffee before purchasing. This makes shopping more enjoyable! Parking can be a little hectic though because this plaza is super busy.

Today, my elderly aunt, whom enjoys to pass the time at bed bath and beyond, buying a variety of items daily with her massive collection of coupons, was harassed by store security and accused of stealing. Perhaps it was revenge on her for informing the staff the day before that someone was stealing a bag of coffee.. Perhaps the person stealing may have been friends with the security guards or staff. Either way, my aunt goes to this store and makes legitimate purchases every single day and after this, the store has lost not only a great customer, but also someone who has promoted the store for years, referring everyone she knows. What a shame.

This used to be the best Bed Bath and Beyond in South Florida but they must have changed all of their staff. On Sunday I asked 2 employees (one which I think was the supervisor) about an item I was looking for. The one I though was a supervisor kinda answered one question but drifted off never to answer the second. The other employee was rude and dismissive. First he said yes its over there, then I asked him again to clarify and he got rude and said its over there and pointed to the side. Then when I explained in more detail he said no we dont have that, try home depot. Why give a dishonest answer? He didnt have any reason to be in a hurry. Guess what, when I left the store I checked online and Bed Bath and Beyond does carry what I was looking for :-o Shopping at Walmart instead, this location will continue to get worse if they dont bring back the old staff or get people who are similar. Not going back here again.

Since re recently moved here, we have been to this location 5 times. Each time we remark how exceptional the customer service is at this location. The store is always very busy, but we are always asked if we need help multiple times, the check outs are relatively fast, and the employees all seem to take pride in the work they do. Excellent!

Needed some shower head filters - asked a store clerk/mgr for assistance with locating them. She brought me to the department and another associate showed me where the specific filters were. I was in and out of the store in 5 mins. :-)

I like the store, if youre looking for anything for the house you founded in there, prices are normal and great costumer service.
