They loaded me in an hour. Got here early and they took me. They are amazing.

It was a mission to get in and out trucks got stuck in the snow and very tight to back in trls every where

My experience was great they loaded me in under 2 hours. Alana was great very professional and respectful. I would definitely come back here the night shift is great. Many the supervisor is doing a good job.

Alana in ship/Rec was extremely nice and we were in the doc for maybe 5-10 min and they were already unloading us. Half hour unload time, grabbed paperwork and out the gate we went!

First park outside and walk doors between 19 and 20 fill up your information give them your phone number they will call you

Had a positive experience. Checked in. Had a door in about 20 mins. Loaded in about 1hr. Grabbed my paperwork and was on the road. Fast and efficient.

Alana Alvardo is Great. I was early on one occasion and her hospitality and professionalism made the first time experience great. She got me in a door and loaded relatively quickly.

After a rough 24 hours it was nice to speak with Alena and how nice she was to all drivers that came by , got me in quick and left no more than 2 hours at this place, thank you Alena !

This is the best company to work for ! The logistics manager Gregg Wexler is awesome and gives his all always . My supervisor Carlos is the best and gives us an outstanding work environment. This place is truly Disney Land .

One of the worst places Ive been to. They make you park on the street but the cops tell you to move. You wait hours to get a door. Never know if they forgot about you while you watch your clock tick away!! No respect for drivers time. Plan on spending hours here or better yet...refuse this place. If enough drivers wont pickup here maybe they will work to improve. Places like this need to be shut down or boycotted.

Not park on street police note your license plate number he send tickets your address $58

This facility will tell you to park on the street, then walk in to check. Then the NJ police will stop and give you a parking ticket!!!! Yup !!!!!!

Fairly decent people. Small lot. They want you to slide your tamdems back before you enter, but if you do its extremely difficult to maneuver. Had appt for 1600. Got there a couple hours early but got into a dock about 1600 and loaded in a couple hours. Yard dog was surprised we got out so quickly. Cant park on property at all unless checking in or waiting for the dock they assigned you.

WHAT A MESS. NO WHERE TO PARK. VERY CONGESTED. KEEP YOUR APPT. TIME. OR YOU WILL REGRET IT

Very busy place, no room to park and wait for a door.

Been picking up from this place several times, and every time spent at least 6 hrs. to get loaded. Be ready to waste your whole day here. No restroom for drivers. Total junk

Actually deserves lower. Appt time was 2pm. We arrived at 1:45pm it is now 7pm and we are still here. Soooooooo slow!!

Great place to get loaded! After Ive read the notes I was confused but sent truck there, broker paid good money. Driver got there 2 hours before his appt and he was loaded about one hour.

You have to park outside and come to door 19 to check in and they are really slow to load. I spent more than 2 hours and they weren’t even busy

Was here 30 minutes early to be loaded. Checked in and Ive been waiting for 3 hours to be given a door. Still no door. Im about to have my broker get me another load.

Terrible place to get loaded at, when called to get an ETA when driver is going to be loaded we’re told “just give us about another hour” I asked them don’t you need to pick up number to know which driver it is , she said “no, I tell the same thing to everyone” my driver has been at the facility since 2pm for a 3pm pick up appointment , it is almost 7:30 and he still doesn’t even have a dock! Don’t bother coming here , if you have a load picking up from here just drop it and don’t bother coming here , IT ISNT WORTH IT!VERY SLOW AND VERY RUDE

Appointment time was at 1100, been at the door for 4 hours, toon another 1.5 hours to load. Don’t book loads from here

Arrived 30 minutes ahead of appointment. Was told I would have a door in 10-15 minutes. They verified my phone number. Recvd no call, so went back to check, and they said they were working on it. Waited 3 hours and still no call. Went back in to check and they said they were having trouble calling my phone. Told me they told a hostler to find me, but he obviously didnt look. Bright maroon truck, parked under a light, exactly where the hostler told me park!!! Shouldnt be surprised.I guess you dont read or care about your reviews. After all, Im just a damned truck driver.

This place is just wasting time the people in the office they are busy with each other waiting since 3 hours

Arrived 2 hours prior to appt. Time waited 10 hours for a door. No one could tell me anything. Slow loading. They load cowan before anyone else dispite all of us otr drivers have appointment times. Hell will freeze over before i come back here again. People here are rude disrespectful.

By appointment, slow people to load.Make sure your broker pay detention you will be here few hours.

5 hrs later I get called to a door. Show up 19:30 for 20:00 load time. Called at 01:00 to go to a door. 2 hrs before I get the red light. 2 more hrs before a forklift begins loading....

Next time when I pick the load or deliver for dr.pepper is going to when hell freeze over i think better service would be in Tajikistan personal is rude unprofessional and laying thru they teeth I ben two hours before my appointment and two hours later no door to unload bottom of all bottoms discussing

Appointment 1300, arrive 1200, loaded 1800. Lot was a crowded cluster the whole time.

Appointment 11pm. Checked in 9:30pm, out 11pm.

Just make sure you know what time your appointment isand very little truck parking alsoYou have to move tendems all the way back

Checked in 2 hours prior to load appointment. I got loaded and out prior to my appointment the day before Thanksgiving.

Was worried when saw reviews, but I was put in door as soon as arrived and 2 1/2 hrs later loaded and gone.

Security lady by the exit gate is rude and unhelpful also she is playing on her phone instead work.
