Called to make sure item was in stock & can be installed. When I arrived Staff was pleasant. I needed a new battery for truck & thou at first told couldn’t install. I expressed I called & person who answered assured me it can be. Another associate looked & stated yes they’ll do it. Job was done in 15 minutes without issue & I was on my way!! Thank you! Would definitely shop here again.

Awful attitude and no use of masks or face covers by any of the 3 employees at the front desk. Exposing senior client that was obviously uncomfortable by them. Wonder why they have all the big signs about it.

They gave me a $10 store credit to recycle a competitors battery jumper. AutoZone refused to give me any type of credit or pro rated return. Will be shopping at Advance from now on.

The signs for the sales are slightly confusing. Not the locations fault. Also there was a 25% off order coupon if you ordered for a pick up. I was informed by the associates and attempted, but the website couldnt find the items I had selected in store. Again, not the locations fault. Courteous staff

Great place to go when you need any piece. If they dont have it theyll specially order it and even help you figure it all out if youre not mechanically inclined. All the workers seemed helpful and went above and beyond what they had to, especially during the crisis thats going on. And you go to the dealer or you go to an auto body mechanic theyre trying to sell you something to make money off labor, a lot of things can be done here with their help for a quarter of the price a dealer would charge you

You can find better deals at Walmart and online, but they do give coupons once you join there rewards club

Not too happy, they tested my battery. Said I needed a charge, i asked if Id make it to Toms River. He said I should but dont hold him to it. The car died less then 5 miles away from their store. I guess I should have let them charge it.

The staff make this store great. Scott, Alvin, Luis.. Knowledgeable guys. Probably the best auto parts store that Ive been to.. And thats saying something because as a veteran mechanic I have been to a LOT of parts stores. This one is THEE best in at least a 15 mile radius.

Excellent service by a nice staff of guys. Been here twice to get a car battery replaced & installed by the staff in the parking lot. Quick and professional service. Great selection of auto detailing wax, parts and anything car related. Parking lot is tricky & could benefit from widening the St George opening. Overall this place is great and you should try it.

Helpful staff, usally has what I need or can get it with in 24 hours. The rewards program is pretty good too. $20 bucks off $50 or more is unheard-of. Keep up the good work!

Went to get new windshield wipers. I was running late but was able to go in, the associate look up the type of wipers I need(Im not a car person), got them an put them on my car. He also told me about a refund to put in for. Good fast service.

Let me get started by saying I have no problems with almost every other AutoZone , but this one in specific is absolutely horrible! The staff working there either have no brains or are poorly possibly not even trained to do their job. Multiple problems with them giving me the wrong part, or not ordering the part correctly and I show up either with the wrong part or no parts saying that I never ordered it. Im absolutely done with this particular store. Other AutoZones I had no problems with its just amazing how bad this one is.

Great Auto parts store, staff always very helpful with good recommendations...was going to buy pair of wipers, but I always ask guys what they use...so bought ones he recommended, dont remember his name, but looked like a real car guy from like gas monkey with long beard (gotta trust guy like that.lol)love the wipers, they were even cheaper than ones I was gonna buy...last guy to help me was Marc..recommended led break lights and installed them.
