My first time utilizing this company has been the BEST experience out of all the storage companies I have dealt with. Kathy is very kind, personable, and accommodating. She has made this move more than pleasant. Kathys customer service is top notch!

The storage unit itself is ok but the management is barely in the office and even when they are the communication is terrible. When they are broken to they forget to mention it when you are there to pay your bill even after they put new locks in place of the cut ones.

Kathy is the most informative and helpful person you will meet! Everything is clean and organized but most importantly, her customer service is phenomenal 👌

I can say nothing but good things about my experience with life storage. Ive rented 4 different storage units over a period spanning 8 years where Kathy has been manager for most of that time. She has been very reasonable and helpful in accomodating my storage needs and very patient in handling any issues Ive had, which for all that time have been few. Kathy is always pleasant and efficient to deal with when I pay my bill every month and is a big part of my good experience there.

Kathryn and her team were very supportive and responsive, and Kathryn helped me a lot by facilitating the shipping companys task to get the belongings from the storage and handling all work related to it.

I will never use life storage again! Even though I barely used the gas it was full when I returned it! I have to be charged 40 bucks for mileage and additional 40 bucks for gas which is full (it didn’t need gas)but I guess you still need to put gas in it to get a receipt so overall I spent 130 for a rental I only used for two trips only! I will never rent a truck again I learned my lesson!

Our first time needing a storage unit. We talked other places and looked at others rates. Life storage by far was the friendliest and best priced. Kathy was happy to explain everything and show us anything we wanted to look at. We will definitely continue to use life storage.

My short experience at this Life Storage was easy and convenient. Kathy was my helper from move in day until move out day. She was flexible and accommodating to all my needs. If I ever needed storage in the area again I would definitely rent here!

I went through real hard times and needed a safe place to store my belongings until I got myself together. Kathryn really helped me out and provided me with storage space at a very affordable rate. The whole 4 months I had my things in storage there was no damage and I felt comfortable having my things kept safe. I highly recommended this storage facility. Very clean and great peace of mind. I have used Life Storage and what was Uncle Bobs Storage multiple times in the past 10 years and I won’t go anywhere else! I have sent my parents here as well as other friends due to their clean and friendly facilities. There are other locations a little closer to my house but I come to Leharps Dr anytime I need to store anything because of how good Kathy has always been to me. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are taken care of and goes out of her way to help you any way she can. I wouldn’t store my belongings anywhere else. Another big plus is that they have a truck you can use to help move your stuff in or out.

If youre looking for climate control or just a unit. Life Storage in austintown is amazing. Plenty of units available, very very cleaned and well kept. Owner is a sweetheart and well organized. I wouldnt do business no where else from now on and will refer anyone to her. Plus locked gates and doors with your own key code, just a well secured place to storage anything.

Great price for storage and very secure location with constant surveillance. The lady at the counter was real helpful in the move in process and waived the $25 admin fee for me. If you are squeezing a vehicle into a 10x15 space like me, ask for exact dimensions as the size is approximate and you may not have as much room as you expect.

I needed storage & boxes, the ladies there were very helpful & nice.

Kathryn made the process very quick, detailed, and easy. It took very little time to secure the unit, and it was at a great price. Our items are particularly temperature/humidity sensitive, and she was very knowledgeable on the buildings temp range.

We have used Life storage for at least five years. College and family moves. Cathy and Jeanine are just great people. They make the transition go smooth. Very accommodating. I always reccomend life storage to anyone who is looking in the Austintown area. Thank you ladies!!

Having to rent and utilize storage can be a stressful experience, especially for us oldsters. Uncle Bobs goes the extra mile in making it as easy, convenient, and stress-free as possible for the tenant. The facility is spotless, storage unit was as clean as a hospital room. The people are terrific. The free truck rental is icing on the cake.

I am a repeat customer its convenient right off the freeway & they offer a moving truck too.
