I placed an order for in store pickup even though I had to travel 20+ minutes to get my order. Got an email and a text letting me know it was ready for IN STORE pickup. After making another purchase, I stood in line at customer service for 1/2 an hour only to be told I had to pick it up outside. No where did it say I had to pick up my in store pickup outside. Not happy.

I did the curbside pickup thing and they were fast and sweet

Walmart itself, is fine. The store had a nice variety of items, like most of the time. The self checkout is nice, Its convenient if you need to get out of their quickly, but not convenient if you only have cash. Due to the upgrade in self-checkouts, and removing most of the cashier oriented registers.

Probably the best of my WalMart experiences. It was clean and they had a really nice selection of stuff.

Two years ago I was at this walmart with my mom getting stuff to make Christmas cookies and an old man was having trouble in the self check out. I went to help him because the cashiers that were supposed to be assisting were chatting and didnt care. He fell over on me. I laid there and begged the cashier to call 911. They refused until a manager could come. Meanwhile the man died (while laying on me)! I hate Walmart and have not gone back.

Always a great experience at Walmart.

Arguably the worse Walmart I have been to. I waited over 2 hours for them to change one single tire, after my car had been on the lift for over an hour. After 2 hours and they finally put one single tire on, a worker then brought my car around and then locked my keys in my car. I had to wait 2 more hours for my insurance to come. A total of 4 hours for them to change one single tire. Staff was very rude and inconsiderate (at least in the automotive section). If it’s possible I would avoid there automotive section at all costs. Worse experience I’ve ever had. 0/10. Would not recommend. I will take the extra 30 minute drive to go to the next closest Walmart before I go back.

Quick and easy customer service. I was returning an online order and did my return in less than 5 minutes! They made it easy and simple ......excellent!

On yesterday I had a Senior who is Caucasian accused me of stealing his wallet. The cashier told him that I didnt have his wallet. To make a long story short, I was stopped by management outside. Although they were very polite they asked to search my bags. I willingly consented and offered my license and stated what I had on me. This was very humiliating. I have never been so angry and hurt and yet I maintained my composure. I am a retired Firefighter and currently serve as the Assistant to the Pastor of the church I belong too. 1 star is being kind!!

What a wonderful beacon in the night. Thank you so much for allowing me to park in my RV in your parking lot overnight, I am so grateful! And I was able to get up this morning and do my grocery shopping before getting back on the road. You made my day! Thank you so much!

GREATNESS.... omg best collections in store they have many things that you usually order online. The staff is great friendly and fast. Customer service was fantastic

I shop Walmart because I dont want to have to go to several stores. Unfortunately I had to anyway. Their bagged salad selection always have brown lettuce, wilted lettuce hardly ever looks good. They dont sell some of the larger size products I go there for. And they say they back employment but their are more self check out registars than cashiers. I dont get discounts or paid to ring myself out.

Had to pick up a few things. I noticed that they are changing things around and I Love it. It also feels like you have more room. 😁

Just about everything you need. You can also sign up online to pick out stuff and have brought out to your car. Online shopping can be delivered to home or a local store. This store here has very nice workers. They always are happy to help. There is a few guys in the entertainment center who are awesome. Very knowledgeable.

The Austintown walmart is my favorite one to go to. When I use the self-checkout and it keeps telling me to place my items in the bagging area a member of the staff is there promptly to help me figure out what I did wrong. Also, the customer service department is wonderful. Lastly, the bathrooms are always pristine. If I have to use a public bathroom Id prefer this location every time. Big shout out to whoever keeps them so clean. They deserve a raise

Got exactly what I wanted they were rearranging the store had plenty of warning signs out so you knew what direction to take good crew working that store the guys in the Sporting Goods Department were a great help

Its walmsrt. If they could give just me access to the store by myself to shop Id give it 5 stars. Otherwise, we have all seen those memes

Totally re-arranged the store, crazy how it looks now, people wandering around lost the whole time...just to find out that what you went there for, isnt there anyways...the store shelves are practically empty!! Very disappointing!!

A lot of shelves were bare. No canned vegetables at all. Didnt have half the things I was looking for. Website said they had some of them in stock, I looked everywhere and couldnt find them.

I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store, this remodel is very odd! The wall are white and gray looks like a prison and all employees where black shirts now. Not inviting and honestly scary.

This is the best store ever because I get to whatever I want for affordable price

My biggest complaint being prices are not cheaper and they expect customers to do self checkout. Two cashiers at the busiest time of day. Ridiculous. Hire more help if you truly care about customer satisfaction.

Prices are getting too high and half the time, they dont have what I need. Around where I live , the Walmarts are dirty. Last week got a rotten head of lettuce.

If you or anyone with you is sensitive to loud noises, DO NOT visit this location. They are renovating and rearranging the entire store. Good luck dealing with the noise while trying to figure out where anything is. Half of their inventory is out of stock or not even on the floor anymore. They close overnight now. If they would respect their customers they would use that time to throw the metal shelving around like theyre playing hot potato with it. But alas, they dont care.

I just like I know where everybody is. Boys section needs to be better.

I ordered 4 birthday cakes from the bakery in person the in person the lady filled out all 4 forms with me we were there for about a 1/2 hour filling out forms for these cakes that were specialty made maid and I called back a few weeks later to double check what time in day I was supposed to pick up the 1st cake and they said that they had no order for any 4 of those cakes that I had I had it was very disappointing because my brothers birthday was a couple days later and now I have to scramble around to try and find a cake For my brothers birthday It was a very disappointing experience I happened to have this problem once before with the deli around christmas time I ordered a 6 6 sub and I ordered it in person and I got there on the day of Christmas Eve before they close and they said that they had no order for me so I had to scramble around and trying find something to eat for my 30 guests that I had coming for that evening again again that was disappointing but I thought since that was like 10 years ago Maybe Walmart would have a better thing going better thing going right now and Id give them another chance so I ordered my 4 birthday cakes and I called and they have none of them on file

They have rearranged everything in the store. Granted this does happen sometimes but now everything is completely scattered. Now the isles are FAR MORE narrow. In certain isles, 2 people cannot get down the isles at the same time. First the quality goes bad now the shopping experience. Marcs is now my place to shop!

Idk, its Walmart. Its what you expect. Good prices but out of country manufacturing and they dont pay taxes but I do on their merch? So, average?

It is nice and come when it wants to be if you want a peaceful shopping day you might want to go on Monday-thursday

Today 09/06/21 some children spit all over the apples. When an employee was told about it she only wiped them off. She told customers that she cannot tell customers. I’m curious on that the health and safety rules. Absolutely disgusting!

Walmart is doing everything they can to force people to use self checkout. I stood in line with several other customers for way too long because management only had two cashiers. After several minutes (ten or more) they did open one more lane. My line was 6 deep.

They hardly answer the phone. Customer service is poor! Walmart wrecked our communities, homes, relationships, jobs and businesses... Do I have to give them even 1 star?? Yup they dont deserve it!

Friendly. Well stocked shelves for the most part. Good selection of produce. The entire store is well shot but could be a little bit cleaner.

Went in tonight about 30 minutes til close, my husband and i were buying new phones & gaming monitors. There was a very kind Sales Associate in electronics by the name of Neshawn. He was very knowledgeable of products & helped us decide between a few. We also had a card issue & needed to call our bank.. He was very understanding and patient. Even took his time to let our son help take things out of the buggy. Knowing it was closing time, he remained professional and very helpful. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO RECOGNIZE A GREAT EMPLOYEE!!!

Can someone please tell me why they give me the option of a family restroom ( that could be wonderful for my family of 7) that i can never use with my 5 kids because there is always a single employee in it?

Huge well stocked store. Everything you need or didnt think of. However they have 50 check out lines and use 2 or u can check out yourself. (No thanks I dont wanna work here today )

No photo albums for 4 x 6 prints. At one time walmart had 4 x 6 print albums that held 24 and/or 36 prints as well as a larger 4 x 6 album that held 240 prints. I WAS REALLY DISAPOINTED!!!

I did curbside pickup today and let me tell you, I was impressed. I used the app to pick and order my groceries. I love the function of scanning UPC codes within the app to put items in your cart. It makes restocking normal household items so convenient. I arrived and checked in using the app letting the associates know I was there, what spot I was in, and the color of my vehicle. Under 5 minutes, my order was being delivered. The associate came to my car, letting me know what was substituted or not available and loaded my groceries. I was in and out in less 10 minutes. I will definitely use this service again!

Out of all of the walmarts around me I feel like this one is set up the best. Everything is completely labeled and I didnt have to search all over the place for what I needed. I also chose to come out instead of ordering off Amazon because there was a twenty dollar price difference.

This is a very good Walmart. They have a pharmacy the bank which is Woodforest national bank 😏 and they also have a Subway. The Walmart is pretty large they also have a automotive section that does oil changes in tires. Nice large clean and spacious place.

People who work there are miserable and they take it out on customers. There are hardly any registers open. People are encouraged to use self checkout. Last time I checked I didnt work for Walmart! They cut hours of staff so that we the customer do the work for them without a discount for doing so. Thank heavens Meijer is finally here so I never have to set foot in Walmart again. Poor Sam is rolling in his grave 😔.

Barely manned. Poorly stocked. Some grocery aisles were bare. And all this at 7:40pm on a Friday nite. Ridiculous.

I just personally dont like going to Walmart because I think Im spending $20 and spend like $100 lol.

Usually just get my groceries delivered ( for a price of course) its a good store tho!! They deliver everything and everyone is kind mostly helpful, mostly patient. Ty walmart!!Marie

They have been wonderful about masks. I am immune compromised, but I still have to go here to get my prescriptions. Its awesome to see every employee wearing masks correctly (including over the nose), and I feel pretty safe having to get my medications here.

I found Lysol spray and toilet paper and other cleaners in stock! And they have some cool face masks!

Cindy, the lady who greets and collect the baskets took it upon her self to call the police and lied on me and my family. She called them saying we had rope around her head. Two minutes later me and my family are being searched. After it was proven it was a lie and a “ big misunderstanding “ because Cindy was upset we didn’t allow her to see our dog, so she called the police. Cindy went on about her work day. So I suggest if your black stay away from Walmart and Cindy in austintown the police response is fast and bias towards those not like Cindy.

Wonderfully clean place as well the employees neat courteous and helpful . Id recommend , especially the electronics department they!!! ROCK !!!

Pretty annoyed how they do business now. First off they close at 11 yet their service center closes at 930 which means I have to drive another 40 min round trip back AGAIN to do the exchange I needed to do. Then I go to the self check out and work for Walmart scanning and bagging my own items just to find out the CASH register doesnt accept cash! Smh

It was ok but a little curtious warning sign that their remodeling would be nice

Worst experience ever and it’s impossible to get ahold of the store. Cancelled my order 2 times in a row because apparently they use door dash to ship your items if they have them in stock at a local store!! And the dasher didn’t show up to get the item so they cancelled it... didn’t know door dash is considered “ free shipping” on their website. And don’t come for me saying I should have just picked it up, I just had knee surgery and it’s my sons birthday gift or I would have. And can’t get ahold of the store... I called 17 times, and customer service called 3 times. Amazon it is! Last time I ordered something from Walmart I was missing a whole box, it was a sectional for outdoors ... and it came 8 days after the first 2 boxes came. And it had all the hardware in the missing box of course. They need to get it together !
