We had been looking for a new vehicle and saw that Jim Shorkey had the vehicle we wanted, just not in the correct color. We looked into building a new car but when that didnt work out, our saleswoman, Jenn Deiger, kept looking for potential vehicles elsewhere. Oil changes and tire rotation needs to be looked at in terms of speed. I just had my car serviced at Jim Shorkey’s. Both parts were still covered under the dealership warranty (not Shorkey’s). However, the warranty company showed that the warranty had expired. With the help of original dealership & Jason from Shorkey’s the issue was resolved rather quickly & my car was fixed even sooner than anticipated. Excellent service. I definitely feel that Jason went above & beyond!

I was there on a Saturday and they just couldnt get the numbers where I wanted them to be and felt like my time was wasted. Nick reached out to me Monday and asked me where I wanted my payment to be and asked if he could get the payment close to what I was paying on my telluride would I trade it in I told him maybe. After he called me and said we where at 800 with zero down I decided to come back in. When we got there he had the 2022 Ram 1500 night addition ready and when the numbers came back it was the same as my telluride and I signed the paper work. Nick was more then helpful and completely up front with everything. I would highly recommend going to see him if you are looking for a new vehicle. We will be back when my fiancé lease is up to get her a new one. Honest and didnt hide anything from us which you dont find in that many car dealerships anymore. I absolutely love my new truck.

I wanted a remote start added to my 19 Cherokee. I purchased my vehicle up in New Hampshire, but Jim Shorkey CJD verified my vehicle info, ordered my parts and within 5 days my car was in the ship and my remote start was installed. They truly delivered.

When I purchased my vehicle I tried from this location. In the end I had to go with another dealer due to poor communication. Now that I needed warranty service done I tried this dealer for a second time only reason being is they are the closest. An appointment was made I dropped off for a headlight out and an oil change. When dropping off the rep had no idea why I was there or what I wanted. So I explain,great. Next day I call at 945am to ask warranty questions. They inform the truck is done and will call back with answers. Which I thought was odd because appointment wasn’t until noon supposedly but whatever, going on, at 3pm I had to call back again due to no return call. I ask for my total to pay over the phone. Oil change was 240$ I asked about the coupon I gave and once again she had no answers and would call me back. 5pm I call once again because well they didn’t call me of course and the bill was corrected kinda 109 oil change and inspection that came to 133$ fees again whatever it’s done. Ok great. I pick up that night after hours to find out the headlight wasn’t fixed.now I’m furious once again. Next day After calling them 6 times to get someone on the phone which I had to call parts and wait for them to get someone because I said I’m not going on hold again. The working rep had to call the lady rep that was taking care of my vehicle to find out she had to order parts that supposedly won’t be in for over a week. Now that’s sales and a service experience that doesnt communicate with customers. I feel this dealership is a complete joke with no interest in their customers needs. We’re taken for granted and staff could care less. This is the absolute last time I’ll ever deal with this dealer even if it’s the last one in the Ohio. If zero stars was possible that would be my pick

I had a great experience at Jim Shorkey. The day was unofficial when we went there, we werent sure of getting approved and the process. We had the most amazing lady help us, her name was Crystal. She explained everything thoroughly and helped us get the best deal! She made sure we got exactly what we wanted as well, she went down a line of questions for our preference. I also had my baby with me and he was tired so fussiness and whining came with that...Crystal took it upon herself to help me with him, he absolutely loved her! She held him and rocked him to cheer him up while we waited. She assured me that it was okay and no one minded his fussiness. I will definitely reccomend this place to family and friends.

I bought a brand new 21 Dodge Challenger SXT, and the rims had a few scrapes on them. I am not a reviewer kind of gal by any means I can nearly use the google but this review is for me and my son Robert who ended up purchasing a vehicle from Zachary Jones. We traded in our 13 Dodge Ram for a Dodge Charger, My son Robert went into the dealership with a monthly payment already in his head, we dealt with Zachary Jones who greeted us in the parking lot and made us feel very welcome brought us back to his desk filled out all the necessary paperwork to get my son on a test drive timely. He wasn’t a pushy salesman who made us uncomfortable and he definitely wasn’t forceful to make us buy. Upon our test drive he told us he completely understands, and how I raised such a smart kid who did his homework before even showing up to the dealership. He also said how their pricing is reflective of the market and how they are a volume dealership that sells at a low price so they can get as many cars sold as they can as quickly as possible for a competitive prices. We went on a test drive down the highway and my son rob (who has a lead foot) was enjoying the ride meanwhile Zachary was showing us features that we didn’t even know were in the car. My son was blown away by the speed of the vehicle for a v6 coming from a v8 engine ( he better not get any speeding tickets) and all the extra features the car had especially the beats audio speakers in the car. Once we returned back from the test drive Zachary kept offering us bottles of water, He even asked if we wanted any coffee from the dealership or if he should go to Dunkin’ Donuts to get us coffees we were out of that dealership within 2 1/2- 3 hours, he knew my daughter wanted to go prom dress shopping so he had the final numbers to us lightening fast, my son wanted his payment at about the same as he was paying on his pickup truck. Zachary was able to get his payments even less in a newer car with fewer miles with a warranty I was blown away when he said he’s only been employed there for 1 month. I would’ve thought he was in car sales for years, he was so knowledgeable friendly and outgoing and presents him self very professionally. When we purchase our next Vehicle (for my16 year old who’s in driving class right now) it will be from Zachary Jones. What a down to earth genuine guy who wasn’t forceful on my son who’s only 22 years old (that’s why he brought mama bear along). Once we made it to financing Deanna was very friendly and got us our gap coverage and luxury package included in the deal for only an extra $10 a month! I am so glad that my son now has a safe and reliable vehicle. This dealership rocks and so does Zachary. We weren’t certain on buying that day but once the monthly payments were shown my son rob said yes to the car. Once everything was done he even put a Jim Shorkey keychain on the keys and gave us his phone number if we have any questions about the vehicle. What a great guy who’s not pushy and makes you feel like you are valued. I would rate the dealership a 5/5 and Zachary a 6/5, what a great experience we had. He even had us take a family photo in front of my sons new car. What a great experience overall.

I purchased a pre-owned 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie. Worked with Matt is sales. No problems with Matt. Fair deal. He took time and explained all the features on the vehicle which was very helpful. Matt was very knowledgeable. However, the dealership was supposed to replace the bed liner which was written into the deal. I signed a purchase agreement on a Saturday and picked and paid for the vehicle on the following Wednesday thinking that the bed liner would be replaced by then. It wasnt. They said they would order it and I would have to return to the dealership (45 minute drive) to have the bed liner replaced. I had my father drive my truck to the dealership two times and both times the bed liner was not the correct one. This is totally unacceptable. Matt offered to have one of their employees pick up my truck and drive it to the dealership, but I dont feel comfortable having a stranger drive my truck for that distance. After the second time the service department failed to order the correct bedliner, they never called me back to have a new bedliner installed. I called the service department after 3 days and they said they would have to get back with me. Extremely poor service for a very simple bedliner replacement on a Ram 1500.

I just got my four wheel drive system serviced. The price was reasonable and they warranty their work. Kudos to John who always takes great care of me.

Crystal was awesome, very personable and treated my daughter as the adult she is, as we were buying the car for her. She addressed all of us, wonderful salesperson. Chris in finance worked hard to get us what we needed. Would recommend them to everyone. This is the 2nd Mitsubishi weve bought from Jim Shorkey this year and will definately be back.

Kystal was a great sales associate. I looked at probably 10 cars until I found the one I loved. Not one time was she pushy or seem agitated when I wanted to keep look. She just pushed on and helped me find one I liked. She’s very personable as well. The whole process was made easy and was a great experience. I recommend her for your car buying needs.

I have bought over 3 vehicles from this location and have never had a problem with sales but the service department is a whole different story. I have had different issues at different times but the latest is having an appointment with my diesel truck. Apparently having an appointment does not mean your vehicle will even be looked at. I was told this by my service advisor and he told me we will get to it tomorrow and I reminded him I needed my truck the next day for my business. I picked it up and scheduled my truck with a real diesel garage. Not sure I will buy a fourth vehicle from here.

I have had an excellent experience with this dealership (Jim shorkey) in austintown ohio. My charger needed work done which included a financial participation from an aftermarket warranty, thanks to Bill Brindle he worked the problem and saved me a good bit of money. Thats whats people look for! Thumbs up!!

By their diagnosis I needed a new radio. It took a little while to get one but when they got it they called right away and put it in. Everything was under warranty so there was no charge which was great. Thanks to Jason for doing a great job.

I took my car for service to Jim Shorkey, everyone was very good to me, and very helpful. They also drove me home while my car was worked on and my driver was super friendly. I will definitely be back whenever my car needs anything, they even have an express oil change service.

My husband bought our van from here. After agreeing to certain things such as three free oil changes and a 30 day warranty, they took 5 days supposedly fixing anything wrong with it. When my husband went to get it, they has lost the paperwork and refused to give him anything that had been agreed upon. And then a service light came on just miles from the dealership. Obviously not men of their word or quality.

Very friendly service. The sales team are all very friendly and helpful. Put me in the keep I wanted and felt like a got a very good deal.Disappointed with the seating of the vehicle. Pretty dirty inside when I brought it home. I’ll need to pay to have it professionally detailed.

6.5 hours waiting in the lounge for my air conditioner to be evaluated and tested is unacceptable and to be told at the end that is probably my compressor. The scheduling etc. Should be done much better.....never been so frustrated by a dealership that I had a appointment with when they first opened at 8am. Now I have to wait on them to call me when the part comes in to be installed and if my certified car warranty is going to cover it.....:(

L was treated with courtesy by John. He understood that I had a schedule that I was trying to maintain for my work. He showed me what was going on with my car and gave me a choice of options. In the end my car was done in time for me to make my appointment and the cost was approximately what I was told in the beginning. Well done!
