Only giving 4 vs 5 stars as they have basically every character you can think of but not the one we really wanted. Owner said can do custom anything within 1-2 week window. Google images I pulled up showed a piñata - I bet he’ll have some in a couple of weeks.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.I just called looking for a piñata.The person that answered the phone was so rude, he didn’t even wanted to give me an estimate for the piñata that I was looking for.I asked for somebody else and he said that he wasn’t intimidate by me and kept going, he took it way too far.

Great selection of piñatas, hard to find kinda blends into building. A hit and miss on other items. Could use some cleaning and organizing. Love the piñatas

Delightful! Lots to choose from, young and old subject matter for pinatas. Party favors and candy in large bags for convenience. I also understand that they make special/custom order pinatas as well.One less star because the parking lot is a war zone with potholes as wide as your car and no a/c for shopping comfort.

Had the perfect Pikachu piñata for my daughters birthday and everything is cheaper than Party City.Side note, almost all the negative reviews are from people that parked where they clearly weren’t supposed to and didn’t like the consequences. It has nothing to do with the store, just people that don’t know how parking works and ignored the MANY signs.

I parked across from this guys store. There are signs that tell you not to park directly in front of it. Noting said not to park across from it. I went next door to eat. Came back to a boot on my car. 100 dollars to get it taken off. I called the douchebag owner and he said hes not the one who calls the tow truck. Hes too busy tending to his customers. .. even though there wasnt a single soul in his store. He told me I could park there for 3 dollars before that. This guy is a crook and deserves these bad reviews. No wonder I didnt see a single customer there the whole time. Shady business

Owner is a hateful man with a terrible attitude. Harasses young women who park nearby and demands money even when said person is leaving. Witnessed it several times. True extortionist. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

A woman came out and told us she’d put a boot on our car (car was still on, wasn’t gonna park just waiting for a friend quickly). One star for telling us she wasn’t joking around and not getting a ticket.

Ignoring all the bad reviews I decide to stop by anyway (mostly bc they are all the same owner with just different names)Well reviews are correct. The manager came running outside bc he saw me park and wanted to make sure I was going inside his store. Im shopping inside and they hook up my vehicle for two bc they didnt see me go inside the store (they didnt end up towing)I proceed with my purchases along with a moonwalk tables chairs and a cotton candy machine. The man lists everything down on my contract with the price. I pay and leave. 30 minutes later they call and say I wasnt charged for the cotton candy machine. Yet it was listed on my contact with a total price.He continues to tell me it wasnt paid for and I could pay for it when it was dropped off.Yesterday was my party recieved everything except the cotton candy machine. I call and ask why and they said they dont deliver those when not once but twice I was told it would be delivered with the moonwalk. They insist I didnt pay for it but was listed on my contract!Also idk who they are trying to fool. When I rented the machine it was listed at 54.99 big old sticker with the rest of the prices. He said its normally 70 for the machine but Ill take 20 off for you.Ive never had any problems with them before but very horrible customer service

Im not sure where the income is being derived from this place. Is it from the sale of party supplies or getting cars towed? If you go to Veracruz Natural Taco or Kerlin BBQ, I have no idea where you can park. If you park where there is not a sign to not park there, your car might still get towed. Good luck with the owner of the pinata place. He will feel sorry for you but if he truly felt sorry, would your car be towed? I have no idea if he is in cahoot with the towing company or what. 3 cars were towed in an hour based on what I saw.

Wasnt going here as a customer but cant imagine the service is good based on my experience. I was trying to find parking for the taco truck next door. I hadnt gotten two steps away from my car before a guy came out yelling and screaming at me to move it. Didnt even give me a chance to explain myself before deciding that yelling and swearing was an appropriate way to treat people. Im sure its frustrating especially during SXSW but you just dont treat people like that. It might not be your first interaction with people like me, but its my first interaction with you and thats just not ok. I wouldnt patronize a place that treats people like that even if they are parking in a no parking area.

They have a good selection of moonwalks and they are always very friendly. Only thing I dont like is that most of their decorations are in spanish.

I was pulling through the parking lot to park outside of Veracruz and Kerlin when I was yelled at and berated by someone working at this establishment for going through their parking lot. When later confronting this man about his attitude (I’m a pretty timid person, I was shakey as I did this, but felt it needed to be done) he tried to justify his behavior by saying everyone is a stupid tourist then continuing to berate me in Spanish as I walked away. I can’t attest to this shop or this product, but I can hope that someone might see this review and not give their business to someone so hateful who intended to shame and humiliate.

This is George the manager at ppp....for those that complain about parking....all parking is for only ppp cust only....only. There are many signs and cones and many people who cannot find parking decide to take our customers parking.....will not tolerate anyone who is not shopping here. Not our problem other business do not have parking for their customers. Sorry.Ppp parking is only for our customers....we care for our customers with kids and will provide parking that is safe and close to store. But not for anyone else.

DONT DO IT!! I rented the $99 Party package to be delivered to my house (inflatable, tables, chairs, pinata) and said I needed it to be there by 1pm. (Mistake #1) Gave my credit card over the phone. (Mistake #2). I wanted to make sure they were on time so I checked in at 11am to make sure everything was OK. Driver said it was OK. Called at noon, driver said he was running late & hed be there at 1:30. I called again at 2:00...no answer. He called back at 3pm and by that time the burgers had been cooked and I was pissed. My twins 4th birthday was ruined in my eyes and the party so I cancelled it out of principle. But wait, there is more. Called the owner to complain and ask for a refund and he apologized and oddly told me that I would have to bring in my new Discover credit card that I used to reverse the charge. I didnt understand why since the transaction was made over the phone, but I went back anyway (Mistake #3). Went back, owner apologized again and I left. Now here is what compels me to write the review: This was a newly opened Discover Card and the only other transactions up to then was to bills, Austin Utilities, AT&T, and Pinata Palace. A week later, charges to my credit card were made to 3 different porn sites each deducting $30-$40 per month until I figured it out about 3 months later. Please learn from my mistakes! This place is sketchy!! My credit card is investigating this issue and Pinata Palace.

After getting the run around at a piñata store down the street I visited this store and got the help I needed. I got a truthful explanation about the special order piñata maker and help having a piñata altered to fit my party needs. The piñata was ready on time and it was amazing! The price was also fair! I am so thankful for the help I got and the wonderful customer service that was given. I have a new piñata place and years ahead of parties.

Tows and boots cars even when closed. Owner presumably gets a cut of the fees.

Guy harassed me and threatened me because I parked in his lot, I was unaware of any private lot parking. Go ANYWHERE else!

Definitely a good place to buy piñatas !!They have several characters of different sizes to fit your budget and the kindness with which they serve is really good !!

The worst place to buy. Starting the man who brings the jumper to the house. Shouting at me on the phone because I could not find my address. The person who was in the store did not sign my address well and that was copying my license. And to finish they did not check the jumper before handing it in, and it was all vomited from the previous party. Instead of apologizing, he only said in the old days that these bird things happened. That means that they do not have iguene with the things that they rent.
