We have worked with this company for years, but recently the quality of there recycled pallets are junk. Many are made of heavily weathered wood and/or have slats broken or missing. We were throwing away 10% - 20% of each shipment for not being usable. Several calls to the company just yielded the owner and sales person telling us we did not know what we were talking about and we should find pallets somewhere else. We are doing just that. Buyers beware of this company, something appears to have changed and their customer service is now non-existent.
