I purchased an exhaust through Motovation and through no fault of their own, I was shipped the incorrect rear set bracket for the new exhaust. This was an issue from SC Project. Jacob from Motovation was on it, and was able to get a bracket shipped out to me within a week. Jacob was also very communicative with me when it came to shipping the exhaust. This experience has been excellent and I highly recommend using them if you are looking for great customer service as well as good quality parts!

A short and sad story to tell.I hated the radiator protection of my Ducati, unfortunately, when I paid with paypal, my address information was incomplete (I realized it later ...). Feedex, after a few days he said he delivered (where ??? if they didnt have the house number ???). However, after spending hours on the phone and email with Paypal, Feedex and Motovation, I just wasted time.Nobody helped me, everyone dumped the blame on others.I have bought other material for my bike from other suppliers and never had a single problem.No more orders from Motovation, no more use of Feedex !!!

Helpful and courteous sales department overshadowed by incompetence in shipping. Ill make the 3 hour drive to pick up my parts next time rather than chasing it through FedEx over an incomplete shipping label.

GREAT GUYS...if you have never worked with Motovation for your bike projects, you should start, whether the project is big or small. They really know their stuff and truly want you to be happy, not just sell you something. I have an older bike, and its hard to find aftermarket parts for it now. But working with Jacob is always a pleasure. Hes like a human catalog, he listens to my wants, is patient and creative, and offers the best solutions...often things I havent considered. Even if it involves buying a piece he doesnt rep from another store, theyll recommend it if it means completing the project right. This is why Ill always buy from them first whenever possible.

I had found an Arrow exhaust system for my bike which no one in the US had in stock, nor did they carry it as part of their inventory. I found Motivation as an Arrow dealer. I contacted them and they were quite willing to place a special order for the system for me.Order was placed and shortly thereafter it appeared on my doorstep. These guys are great and I highly recommend them as a place to do business with.

I unfortunately have not experienced the high quality of customer service others are indicating. Ive experienced a minimal response at best via email and no response via phone messages. If my experience is commonplace, Im frankly not sure why anyone would do business here.

Over 5 weeks since I ordered my exhaust with near zero communication from this business. Ive had to force the issue to get updates on my order. After over a month of waiting with poor communication I decided to cancel my order. Im not going to pay any business over $1,000 dollars and be ignored. Will not be shopping with Motovation in the future.

I have purchased their products and they are quality #1.Never an issue with fit on any.Their frame and fork sliders on my K4 Gixxer still look new after 5 years!!!Will continue to buy from them, once they have more products for my new 2017 Triumph Speed triple R.

Spent over $300 with them and decided I did not like the look of a mirror. Return requested online then when I paid the money to send it back they simply sent it back to me saying parts were missing, no email, no call, nothing.No attempts to install it on the bike were made (how can I install it without the adapter I wonder?) and the item was in exactly the same condition as received. Customer service was horrible to work with and I ended up requesting return on my other items simply to take my business elsewhere.A tip many may not be aware of, your credit card company has your back in these situations and they wont take very kindly on an account like this in the long run.I would highly suggest buying local instead, looking at eBay or importing it yourself rather than dealing with these guys. I used to buy Rizoma online from a company that is no longer around and the experience doesnt even compare.

I dont remember who I spoke with and wish I did. Im from RI and had placed an order for the grips to my 959 Panigale Corse. I got my order yesterday and cant think of the last time I had such fast turnaround on a product placed online, unless I paid expedited shipping which in this case, it was regular mail.
