So from the moment I walk into their business which was last year in may too today. Its obvious the 4 star reviews are paid. Just FYI.I refuse to use this company, or any mobile home company now. Just getting there was unwelcoming, the guy I talked to on the phone was busy so he shuffled me to someone I didnt know. Then that 1st guy was literally dipping snuff at his desk and spitting. The new guy didnt ask about me or anything, just took the papers from the other guy he printed from the internet and didnt look at me hardly, just took a red pen and said red flag, red flag, red flag and then showed me a lot that was $122K for .8 of an acre!! I was like dude, yeah this is the beginning of my process I wanted to know what I need to do. No big deal, I could have bought the house that day if I wanted but I refuse to now, he wouldnt even show me around the houses, gave me the key to walk around myself to the abandoned lots of homes that had no brochures or prices, etc....completely turned me off to a mobile home now. NO WAY!!!

For over a year I was looking into buying a home, I went to different types of manufactured home sellers and I decided on palm harbor for the great attention to every detail that I was looking for in a home and with them I got the best price for my home. The customer care and service were great and were the same from beginning to end. They completed everything from their part of the contract and made me feel assured and provided me with extra resources that I needed. My wife and I went to Palm harbor to see if there were alternatives to building a home. We had been looking to build for over 2 years and had found property to build on. However with the influx of people into the Austin area the cost to build quickly got out of our affordability range and we needed to see what other options we had. We met with Matt and he was able to help us with our dilemma. He listened to what we were looking for and then assisted us to find a home with the options and land that suited our needs at the price point we could afford. He answered all our questions and never pressured us in any way to make a decision right away. After deciding to look further in the quality of the company he took us to the manufacturing floor and went thru the whole construction process and answered all our questions to ensure we knew that we were getting a quality home. The quality of the materials and the way Palm harbor builds homes is outstanding and from all I have seen is in some way better than a site build house we were looking at building prior to looking at Palm Harbor. Every time we had questions Matt went out of his way to answer us quickly and accurately. He assisted us with financing and whenever things stumbled along with the finance company Matt was able to keep things on track and ensured we were taken care of. So far the process has been great and except for the weather delaying some things we are very happy with the service and quality of what we are buying. If you are looking for great options for a new home, Matt is the person to talk with!!

Came in off facebook post got my husband and my credit ran then told they believe they had something for us,but the banks werent open till Monday so they would get back with us then. They never did though now they will be on our credit for two years and didnt even call to tell us sorry we cant help you or anything very disappointed and dont recommend.

We had looked at two others manufactured home builders other than palm harbor and knew after meeting Matt Thompson this was the place to buy from. He worked with us numerous times, was honest, and always found an answer if he didn’t know it. He always took the time to work with us and answer our numerous questions.He was not pushy or demanding and always listened to our concerns and helped find solutions beyond just buying a home. His service was excellent. We are confident in our home purchase and know we will be happy in our home for years to come.

This place has the worst customer service ever. They totally destroyed our property, promised to make things right and we never heard from them again. The number they gave me to coordinate the repairs ended up to be a non working #. Go anywhere but here, they will just lie to you until you sign then blow you off.

My housing consultant Chris Garcia was patient, clear in what was required of me and willing to take me through the steps one by one if need be. Not once was I pressured into simply buying for the sake of the sell, nor did I feel as just another customer. What is an originally grueling and difficult task was made into a pleasure due to the help given to us. Cabnets fell of in not even a year and drawers in kitchen the sink pipes where not on right water kept coming out and the first 2 times they came out to fix the first cabnets the rest just kept falling and no 1 ever came back to fix problem starting getting run around giving me didffernt numbers to call different people to come out and still hasnt came ro level oit home after so many calls

Matt Thompson was my sales rep, on our first visit he spent 5+ hours with us answering every detailed question we had and was 100% honest amd realistic, he continued to make us feel like a first priority always, and he was there for us everytime we needed him or had questions, less than 24hr response with answers always from everyone. I would recommend this location to anyone I know, we drove the extra miles to go specifically here and it was definitely worth it!!!! I can not think of one compliant at all, they were amazing!!!! I never had to worry about anything, they took care of everything, even the problems with the city on modulars being in city limits. I LOVE MY HOUSE!!!

I am a real person who has a recording of a conversation that took place between Mike and one of his potential clients. The conversation was based on a review that was given to the establishment and their customer service and he was very domineering through the whole ordeal. He comes across as a bully when he calls potential clients back to coerce their decision on any bad reviews. People should be able to openly express their opinions on customer service without the fear of getting a call back from an employee with the intent to change their mind.

I understand everyone is busy but it feels welcoming to be acknowledged once you walk in. I sat their for 10 minutes not know if I was next in line

Where do I start. I bought a used home and property from palm. And I worked with Ronnie.I wanted to buy my first house for my family. I accept I should have done more research and not put all my faith and trust in someone I don’t know.But I was so exited. And Ronnie made me feel so Insured. There was some problems with the house such as bad spots in the floor leaking roof holes in wall and plumbing issues. I was promised that all this is going to be fixed and the foundation was going to be redone and included to the cost.it took months for a contractor to come and fix half of the roof and leave it unfinished for another month I called and called pal and Ronnie they told me it’s somthing I need to talk with the contractor about. After begging for weeks he finally came out and finished the roof. But it had rained and my roof has spots and smelled moldy for quite some time. The contractor never fixed anything els even tho it was promise on paper and with a hand shake .After one year in the house the paint peeled off the exterior walls reviling rotten wood that had been painted over to look good . The ac quit working I found out that it’s no good and was just filled with Freon to make it last long enuf to sell to a sucker. The hot water heater rotted out the bottom of old age and ruend the rest of the floor that they where supposed to fix . Every wall socket in the house has burnt up and the breakers are constintly poping.The worst of all the house is leaning side to side so it’s like the house is splitting down the middle because the foundashon was never done. Just another pitch to Make the deal sound sweeter.I was suvearly ripped off Ronnie payed off the inspectors to rite a good bill of health for the house. When In reality they knew it was a disaster So on top of my mortgage and supporting my family I have to Spend so much money marking repairs to keep this house livableLearn from my mistake if your young and exited to buy your first house pay an inspector you find to check it out for you don’t let the realtor or sales person do anything for you because they will rip you off.I will say there new homes look very nice. And I had a good experience in office but after you sigh. Your on your own and they don’t care

Well... I didnt qualify for anything but Kurt (who was really nice) gave me some advice on what to do to build my credit a little.
