I love this place! And each time I go here, the staff make me love it even more. These ladies are friendly, conversational, and most of all experts at what they do!!! I went in to buy my first new pair of heels (my old ones were hand-me-downs), and the woman who helped me noticed that I was trying to buy boots that were actually a size too big and less suited to my ankle shape and the style of dance I needed them for. After trying several different sizes and styles at her direction, she helped me find the perfect ones for my needs. Thank you so much for your patience and attentiveness! I feel like she saved me from making a potentially painful mistake

During COVID, I tried the online ordering. When the site wasn’t working (because they were updating it simultaneously), I emailed Hard Candy and the owner replied back quickly. Mieka was super helpful and accommodating. After a few email correspondences, I got my items shipped to me. I live in Austin, so the package arrived pretty quickly (2 days). Everything came in one piece, packed nicely, and as described online.I’ve also been in-store (before the pandemic) a couple of times, and it’s always fun. Everything was organized by size, so makes it easy to navigate. I always leave Hard Candy with something new :)

They have great lingerie and accessories but I feel their heels are a little pricey

The store is beautiful, clean, well organized, and they have a huge selection of shoes and clothing. This was my first time checking out Pleasers heels and the owner made me feel at ease for what could have been a personally uncomfortable experience. The owner was fun, warm, knowlegeable, and made me feel like an old friend. Ill definitely be back! Thank you so much for a lovely time!

What a fantastic shop! Lots of choices of lingerie, hosiery, heels, and pretty accessories. The lady who helped me was very sweet and kind. The shop has a great set-up, and it is very well organized. Person behind the counter address my partner and I as “baby girl” when trying to ask us questions and made us extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t respond at first to their questions, but they continued to call us this pet name till my partner responded. In this line of work, I would not suggest calling your customers by such an intimate pet names, especially if you don’t know someone’s gender identity.

OMG this is THE BEST lingerie shop I have ever been in!! If your looking for some sexy lingerie at a great price, look no further! The owner happened to be working when I visited and I sure am glad she was. First of all she is the sweetest, but above all that, I walked in and told her KINDA what I wanted and what the situation was and she hooked me up with a lingerie ensamble that knocked my boyfriends socks off!! They have a little bit if everything! I love just wandering around all the pretty things they have. If youre a tights hoarder (like me!), they have a pretty fun selection. They also have a whole wall of awesome heels! A lot of very sexy shoes, but also a great selection that are very very petty & prefect for special occasions. Ive also bought a few hair barrettes too!

After visiting multiple stores in the area for heels and lingerie, Hard Candy is by far my favorite. They have all basic outfits, tons of shoes, and necessary accessories. Best of all is the service - the owner is amazing. Shes helped me multiple times to find the perfect shoes, teaching me exactly how to get the best fit. Theyll special order items for you as well, and all their prices are the same or cheaper than any other stores Ive checked.

Reasonable prices, and they offer a 15% discount for dancers. The lady who worked there was very nice. Plus she had a super cool, opinionated, beautiful parrot.

I believe there are only two people that work there and one is the owner but the attention to detail of the place and the customer service is excellent.Ive shopped here multiple times but one time in particular I was shopping for an outfit for a performance and the owner stuck by me trying multiple things and gave her honest opinion without trying to sell me something.I found the perfect outfit except that it was too big but I was ok with it for pretty much a one time wear. The owner however insisted on fixing it for me and hand sewed it on the spot!!

Best selection of lingerie and exotic wear , also when and if they are out of your size they will order that item for you. Staff is always helpful and friendly. My #1 go to for exotic wear.
