Placed my order on 9/23/21 and paid $291.18 for a security light camera and its companion. Sent them a message through their website about a week ago and didnt get a response. Today is 10/17/21 and I still have not received any update from them. I actually came to look at reviews because I was sure I had been scammed by ordering from a false company. Today I sent them another message through their website Contact Us page but by leaving this review I hope they finally reach out to me and tell me what is going on with my order.

After 80 plus emails over four months, I gave up hope of receiving the light that I ordered. I received several guarantees of shipment, but nothing ever happened. I asked several times what the problem was, and if I could realistically expect the light would ever arrive. I was assured they would get the light to me. They did refund my money after the 1st two delivery dates passed; however, I was told the light would still be sent.

Their website showed in stock for the products I need, so I had order on Aug 2021, and no order comfirmantion email. yet their website got order info. so I waited for the the shipping. 2 weeks later, no shippment. so I called them, they called back, said items shipped! so I waited another weeks. Still no products. So I called again, they called back said items ready to ship!! another 2 weeks later, no shippments. called third times, They said will find out what is going on, at the end they refunded after 40 days.

Do Not Waste Your Time. They had taken an order and payment in November 2020 and as of this post in July 2021 we still have not received the order. Each time I email or call there is an excuse or an assurance its coming. They did refund the purchase amount, but still said they would get me the product then continue to string me along. I do not have time for a company that cannot deliver product.

Please do not waste your time with this company. I ordered lights on 4/12 I never received any shipping information. On 4/26, I sent an email inquiring on the status of my order. I was advised they were updating their notification system and the order would go out the following day, 4/27. On 5/9, I asked for a full refund. due to not receiving my order and no further updates on the order. I was contacted by Brandon who stated he was the sales manager. He stated he was using someone new with the manufacturing company. Brandon stated he would refund my order in full, as well as send my shipment without any cost to me. I did receive a full refund, however on this date 5/24 I have not received my order or any further information. Please do not waste your time and money on this company.

Very poor experience ordering here. Order was paid and processed. I then had to follow up on when the item would ship. I was told a date then nothing, no tracking info is provided. I had to ask again by email for tracking. I was told by a gentleman named Brad “sorry our supplier is not good and we have had 3 other orders with this problem. Here’s a refund” and that was it. No effort to resolve. Seems like this happens to them often with how fast they refunded me.I would recommend to purchase elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.However I challenge Stars and Stripes to prove me wrong and actually have my order shipped. I would then gladly pay for it.

I placed an order for Brown C9 SPT2 sockets that no one else on the internet had in stock. While my order took a long time, I finally did receive them. The company was gracious enough to credit me back the purchase price of the order because of the long delay, but they delivered. They are super-fast on responding to customer service questions and order-status questions too. Will definitely order from these guys again.

How funny that as I was reading most reviews say exactly the same thing I’ve been going through with one single order, Brandon have exactly the same words for most of the customers, I ordered a security light more than a month ago, then he apologized for the delay plus he gave me the money back and told me I was going to get it any way, it’s been over a month he still kept saying he’ll be delivering my order and never got it! Very disappointing and frustrating

~~~Update. I was able to get in touch with Brandon and he immediately fixed my issue. Within 2 days he gave me a shipping date and even tracking information. order arrived on the expected date m and he did follow up just to be sure everything was good with my order. It appears it was the item manufacturer that had the issue, but Im just glad Brandon was able to get everything sorted out for me. ~~~I placed an order with them on May 18. Then received an email confirming the order and that they would be shipped but no tracking number or anything like that. About 2 weeks past and I received nothing so I decided to email them and they told me they had sent to the wrong address And that they would send them again ASAP. Then gave me a date when they would be delivered. The date came and I received nothing so the next day I emailed them again, and they gave me another date. That date came and again nothing. I mailed them again and I believe they gave me another date and again the same thing nothing. They told me they would refund my money but I would still get my order in a couple of days... and again nothing. I wish they would just tell me the truth. As I Told them I really do need that item since I was making the purchase for some one else. I just wish I would have known since the beginning that I wouldnt get them so I wouldnt have wasted my time and theirs. Now Ive been calling. But no answer.

This Company and especially Brandon went above and beyond for me. Covid has caused this country to be in a total confused state and shipping anywhere with anyone is months and months out currently. I have (61) email responses from Brandon to every question and thought I had. They were sent immediately and sometimes I even received a response back immediately when I emailed on a Sunday.The lighting supplier was actually out of what I had ordered but had shown it in their inventory. So Brandon sold me what he believed to be in current stock with a particular vendor. Once the vender let them know it was not. Brandon called me to follow up. He knew this project was on a deadline. So he went on his own to the vendor and MADE them piece my order together out of more expensive KIT packages for the same price. Over night shipped it and stayed on them until it got to me. Some of the packages even arrived late night on a Saturday or Sunday. I have owned a business for 40yrs and wish Brandon was one of my employees. There is a lot more to what all he has done for me but too much to type in a review. If I could give Brandon and Stars and Stripes 10 stars I would. I am not sure why there are the recent bad reviews of this company. My only thought is people are not realizing that the Covid situation has put shipping in a nightmare position and Blaming the Vendors for it. Looks like they gave refunds anytime something happened to previous reviewers. That in itself makes the company a reputable business to me. I must also mention that the supplier was American lighting which I also owe a deal of gratitude as they worked with Brandon to make my order correct, make good on the pricing and agreed to the quick shipments.

This has to be the worst ordering experience I have had in years. I was looking for a specific light (13 of them) that has been discontinued by the manufacturer. My search led me to Stars and Stripes lighting as their web site stated that they actually had the lights. I knew this may be an oversight so I called the company directly and was told by Brandon that he had all 13 lights right in front of him and that he could ship them right away and I should expect an email with the shipping info. Since I got this confirmation from Brandon, my contractor went ahead and built custom panels for the the exact size of the light face plates around my entire house. Well, days went by and no email. A week went by. I called Brandon back and was told that the companies email is down but don’t worry, the lights are shipping at the end of the week (delayed for some reason). End of the week comes. Still no email. A week passes, still no lights. I call Stars and Stripes back and get the answering machine. I request a tracking number. 5 minutes later I get a text that my order is cancelled. I call back. Brandon says the lights were damaged in shipping so we refunded your money. I questioned him... how many were damaged? Where are they now? Etc... Brandon said I don’t know but I will definitely find out and call you by the end of this day to let you know. The day passed. Then another day passed. No call. Now I’m stuck trying to find a light with the exact same face plate size or pay to have the work on my house redone. I understand orders get lost or delayed or damaged. But I don’t understand lying to customers. The lights were out of production and Brandon told me he had them when he didn’t and took the opportunity to sit on thousands of my dollars for several weeks. My recommendation is to order your lights from any other company, there are plenty of them.

Ordered a 12x12 6500k square led light fixture never got it! Called talked to a representative was told it was shipping by end of day never got it again! Called spoke to co owner got a refund and was promised itbwas free for the inconvenience and 3 months time wasted well it is 4 weeks after the co owner told me it was free and on the way guess what nothing still and zero updates I hope this company goes under so another can take its place and maybe contact the customers if a issue happens. Only got 1 atar BECAUSE 0 or 1/2 is not possible

As of 10/5/21 still havent received shipment neither heard anything from owner regarding items.I placed a order on May 30th for two security lights. Never received lights. I called and emailed the company several times about this issue. I never get a response by email. The guy returns my call by the name of Brandon always promise me he will ship my items free of charge and I will receive a refund due to not receiving my package. I have not experienced anything like this. Just please be honest with your customers. This is like the third time he has promised me my order is on the way and I will receive a tracking number. Again I spoke with him one day last week around June 29th stating I should receive a tracking number in the next few days is July 5 still nothing.

Bummed because I didn’t get the fans I needed for a 4th of July event! Customer service email responses were prompt, but each time with a different excuse.

I placed an order for a smart security light on June 13th. The website says orders are normally picked up and shipped within 2 - 3 business days, so I wait until June 18th to email an inquiry. The response then was that the package will ship Monday, June 21st and delivery that week. My next inquiry was the afternoon of June 25th after no delivery, no tracking number and no status update to my order. This time the response came from Brandon, the sales manager, whom explained that their systems were down and therefore wasnt able to notify me that the shipping date was now Monday, June 28th instead of June 21st. He also mentioned that I would get shipping information on Tuesday, June 29th.My third email inquiry came on June 30th after not receiving the shipping information. In this email, about two and a half weeks after I originally placed my order, I expressed a need to know whether or not Stars & Stripes Lighting could fulfill my order. This time around, an apology was made; apparently Brandon has been out of the office. He then wrote that he would follow up on this tomorrow and I will be providing this light at no charge and will take care of this myself since there has been a delay. I will send you an email on that shortly and an email about shipping tomorrow when I find out what’s going on.I get an email about 3 minutes later about my refund. I havent heard from Stars & Stripes Lighting since. My experience with this company was one of over promise, never deliver. The disappointing part is that nobody communicated anything factual to me and now I am still in the market for a security light that was already in short supply weeks ago.

We purchased some lighting for our storefront from Stars and Stripes and the order was extremely delayed due to Covid issues. You may ask why we would then write a 5 star review but its pretty simple. Not only did they credit our company for the full purchase price but when we finally received the product they allowed us to keep it free of charge. I dont know of any company out there (including ours) that would go this far to make sure their customer was taken care of. We are also extremely happy with the product that we received. The bulbs are super bright and not one of them has given us an issue even after they have been installed for almost 1 year. This is the reason that I wanted to make sure I wrote this review even though it has been so long because I wanted to make sure other customers like ourselves would know the quality of customer service that they provide. We want to thank you for everything you did and let you know that you have gained a customer for life.

Stay away from this business. They are a bunch of crooks. They take your money and tell you everything is great and then after 3 or 4 weeks you never get your order. I called Brandon to find out what is going on and I get a lot of excuses but no results. My order never arrived. They do not return phone calls and nobody ever answers the phone. They have a million reasons why the order never arrived but they never make good on anything that they tell you. Stay away !! Not a good business. Not good people. Stay Away !!!

Placed order for fixture beginning of July. It is end of august. Haven’t received anything. I followed via email twice and called. Each time I was promised that it was being expedited shipping that same day. Nothing but lies. They did refund my money finally for the inconvenience and said they would, again, ship it out same day at no charge. Another lie. It has been 10 days since the last interaction where I was promised 2 day ship. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY with any expectation of service, honesty or fulfillment. Incompetent at best. Outright fraud at worst.Update: after posting this review they did reach out. Not really an apology, but a “will you take your review down?” I was subsequently told they would send me one. I did finally receive the fixture. They have followed up multiple times since then regarding the review. I will not take it down bc it is an accurate account of doing business with this company, but they did eventually fulfill the transaction.

Stars and Stripes helped us out when our electrician dropped the ball by not ordering the correct light trim for 55 recessed cans. They sourced the discontinued light trim from the manufacturer and applied constant pressure until the order was successfully completed. It saved face for us with our customer. Wish I could give this company 0 stars. I placed an order on 8/18 with a promised delivery date of 8/24. The order was placed for the company I work for, which I do not want to list in this review. That date came and went with the blame being put off on their shipper. Several other delivery dates came and went. They kept promising tracking information as soon as they received it from their shipper, but tracking information never materialized. I was always the one to make contact. They are quick to respond by email, but that is it. I left several messages at their offices, but majority of those calls were never answered. Refunded our money because we never received the order. Said they will send new order free of change. Still have not received that order either. No one will tell me why we are not getting either of these order. Would not recommend this company.

If you are lucky you will get your order. I am still waiting on parts of my order since August. I have had about 30 email exchanges and they are the same. Its shipping tomorrow. Shipping on Wednesday. They just placate you in hopes that you will go away or eventually die of old age. It is advisable to avoid this seller. Order #3615It has been 19 days since you responded to my review in which you stated that the remaining items on my order will be delivered by the end of the week. That did not happen. They must be having some more of those crazy computer issues. I finally had to break down and purchase the remaining parts of my order elsewhere. I placed an order for installation in a new house build. A week later I had not received a shipping confirmation nor a tracking number. I followed up with a request for status on my order and was told it was shipping that day and to expect receipt in 3 days. Two weeks later, I still had not received my order so I sent another follow up request. The response from S&S was that they follow up and that due to the delay they would fill the order at no charge. A week later I sent another (third) follow up request to which S&S responded that the ETA for delivery was in 5 days. When that date was missed, I sent a fourth follow up request to which the response as they would track it down. Now, 2 weeks later, I have nothing-no delivery and no information. The only thing S&S delivered were quick email responses and failed promises. I did check my CC statement and found that S&S did refund my money.Update on 10-16-2020. After posting this review, I immediately received a response that the vendor would investigate and get back to me. I have still not heard from the vendor. I ordered from a competitor and received the item within 4 days.

We are working on building a new food manufacturing facility and needed some really good LED lighting. Stars and Stripes had similar high bay lighting to our existing facility and so we gave them a shot. There price was way better than we could get locally. The shipment was sent in a timely manner and customer service was either there to answer our questions or got back with us right away. Could not be happier with Stars and Stripes and there team of people. Great experience, I would highly recommend and will definitely use them for any future lighting projects.

They said I will have by 10-14-20.Did not receive product on said date.Customer service is very sub-par, no follow thru on any of your questions you might have. I decided to give an online company a shot at a lighting project we had going on where we needed LED high bay lights quicker than my local supply store could get them for me. I can across Stars and Stripes Lighting and seen that they had very competitive pricing. My only concern was my order arriving on time to complete my project. So I contacted them to see how quickly they could get my order here. I was blown away when my order arrived on site in South Carolina within 4 days of ordering. I will definitely shop here again. My story with Stars and Stripes Lighting started on 3-JAN-2020. I placed order #2525 and received an email confirmation stating “Hi Daniel, were getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.” After a week without any notice, I called their support number and talked with Brandon. The Bulbs I ordered were discontinued Green Creative LEDs, but Brandon said that he worked with other distributors that had these bulbs. After another week and no communication from Stars and Stripes Lighting, I called Brandon again. He cancelled my original order and issued a total refund.At this point, I want to be fair to Brandon who came through with more than I expected – high end replacement bulbs at no cost to me. The fact that this took a total of 3 months caused a great amount of frustration (I received these bulbs on 30-MAR-2020). Most of the delay was caused by bad sales information from the vendor – Green Creative. The bulb that Green Creative discontinued model A21 17W DIM features an Omnidirectional 330 degree Beam Angle, which displays beautiful light with no shadows. Green Creative promotes model 14A21DIM as a replacement, but its beam angle is only 230 – not enough, shadows look bad.You can draw your own conclusions, but here is mine. I think Brandon was trying to do the right thing – get my order placed and shipped, but with the bad sales information from Green Creative, it took a very long time to get what I needed.I wasted a lot of my time and Brandon wasted his time – total waste. Bad part of this story. The good part is that Brandon did come through. He kept his promise and delivered what I needed.Daniel

I ordered 2 lights on 3/21.On 3/27 I asked for the status and was told the order had shipped and was due for delivery on 4/1.On 4/4 I asked for a tracking number - no response.Again on 4/5 I asked for the status and was told they would follow up.On 4/8 the next email: It is now 6:30 PM on Monday, 4/8/19. Still no lights. Still no tracking number. This is the poorest response I have seen in a long time. This project was to have been completed last Wed.Later on 4/8: As per conversation we will get to the bottom of this tomorrow and make sure this is taken care ofLater during a phone conversation he offered a full refund, which was done - the only thing that was promised that they actually did.On 4/13 I got this after several phone calls: We wanted to let you know we received your order here today and will expedite it from our office Monday uuuuuh, thought it was shipped weeks ago???On 4/23 I sent: Were these lights shipped or not? I really need to get this project completed as I have a very unhappy lady on my hands. Its now been 32 days since the order was placed, a week would be normal. Let me know so I can order from another vendor - I MUST get this resolved. No response.On 4/26 I called and was told the order had been shipped but he could provide no tracking, etc. Nobody answering in the shipping department. He would walk over there and call me back shortly. As usual, nothing.This is absolutely the worst performance of any company I have ever dealt with. I would advise anyone who needs lights on a deadline to go elsewhere. If you cant ship, just let me know and dont jerk me around - just be honest, so I can make other arrangements - my reputation is also on the line. Whatever, there is a serious management problem there.

They are not a lighting company, just a slick website acting as middleman. See Address photo, a building contractor owns this corporation. Waited over two months for product they could not deliver and lied to me at-least 10 times about product being on its way. Very Poor business skills and rather unethical, misleading consumers trying to schedule electricians. Their email correspondence does not reference company name, address or who is replying. Although it is typically Brandon. Even emailed owner, John Faseler. Replied once asking what I ordered, then crickets. They do offer great pricing, but Caveat Emptor. The time wasted dealing with for exceeded cost difference.

Ordered replacement LED bulbs last week of August. Visa card charged immediately for the order. No delivery, no communication from S&S for 6 weeks. I contact S&S 1st week of October. 3 requests later they tell me they are having problems with their supplier and will refund the credit card charge. Poor, slow, unresponsive customer service. Not recommend you use this firm for replacement bulbs.

No commmunication once order is placed, calls and emails ignored. Days of requesting order processing time without any luck. Luckily I received refund, but days wasted and unhappy client due to NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Update.... Please explain why you sent email stating order was ready for shipping but never responded to any of my emails afterwards? Of coarse items where not truly ready for shipping!
