Faulty Products Sold Here!!. We bought two fans one of which was a display piece. The boxed piece worked just fine but the electrician tried hard to install the display piece. Screws were missing so we had to salvage from elsewhere. Next the remote wouldnt work. We still had to pay the installer for his time. We took the fan back for an exchange twice and explained the problems but no luck. We were told its a no-return policy (Especially on faulty products). So I guess we just donated away a bunch of money on a piece of junk. Very unethical and poor customer service when we were only looking for a boxed piece of the display model. Hope City Lights is happy with stolen money!!!

City Lights May Soon Go Dark!!!Bought some fans and lights from here. One of the fans didnt work (wobbled when on) and had parts missing. They wouldnt take it back and sprung up a No-Return Policy on us. Guess this is what you get for trying to support local businesses vs Big Box Stores.
