One of the largest, best organized and most reasonably priced nurseries I have seen in Austin.

I went into the location on Pond Springs today and received horrible service. I asked the first associate available for assistance choosing some plants for my particular needs. When I was finished he told me it was too vague and they are way too busy today. He hands me an actual book with information on ALL of their plants. I read it for a couple of minutes and I couldn’t find any helpful information. I decided I needed real assistance, not a book. I will not be back and will be spreading my poor experience with Leaf.

Leaf‘s North location is great! Everything is well organized and I always find exactly what I need. The quality of plants they stock is top notch, and all the staff is extremely helpful. Sam Peterson has gone above and beyond to help my company during this extremely busy season. My go to store for all my landscaping needs!

I’d like to start by saying this place has a unique selection as well a vibe to it, everyone is on point with the service and you can literally feel the good energy of the place! As far as prices I’m not entirely sure but, they do work with official companies for wholesales and the retail prices are marginal if not better ! Technically I just got a job here so I definitely know exactly what I’m writing... you may think false advertisement but, I highly recommend if nothing more you give them a call and judge for yourselves. I will mention the fact that on high demand days even with the army we got, it can be a little wait but, is worth the while. And even on a busy day anyone can take a minute to acknowledge the team effort and perhaps strike a conversation usually putting smiles on people’s faces 100%. This concludes my thoughts about this wonderful place, please come and check it out you might just be surprise in a good way! Be blessed and stay blessed!

Nice place but they could do a better job displaying prices or provide price sheets.

Terrible shopping experience! They need to understand that people have budgets and most likely they like to compare prices, so they don’t overpay! Nothing is priced in this place (outside)! How can you possibly take a cart and start to shop for plants, trees, flowers if there are no prices at all!! Very arrogant staff - not helpful at all. Will never come back and would not recommend this place!!!

It appears to be a thriving wholesale nursery, with great selection. It says open to the public for retail...hmmm well it is not particularly retail friendly. Most of the vast inventory isnt labeled and does not have prices. The staff doesnt really have time to deal with retail buyers. They hand out a retail price list that doesnt really make sense. For retail customers the best way to go there is knowing exactly what you are looking for, Or go there with a landscaper who knows whats what. So 5 stars for wholesale and 2 for retail.

This place is a plant lovers dream!! Tons and tons of gorgeous healthy plants to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The inside has adorable pots, macrame items, fertilizer and more. Best place to get your yard and beds back to gorgeous this spring! 🪴 ❤️

Fantastic survive! They helped me figure out exactly what I needed for a job and didnt even recommend the more expensive way to do it. Very friendly, genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. Quite impressed and will definitely come back with anything else I need!

Leaf was great an the woman Jay ray was extraordinary in her vast knowledge of plants and she was just so very friendly and kind

Leaf Landscape Supply is a horrible place to do business with. We purchased over $70 of plants from them May 3, 2021. We planted them the same day, watered & fertilized them. They were located in a bed that has a drip irrigation system, so they received some water every day. All but one plant died within a week & a half. Some of the plants looked in poor health, but we were told just put them in dirt and they will be fine.Went back to the store today and was told that they do not guarantee any of their plants and it was my loss.Unfortunately it is their loss as we will never buy another plant from them and are advising everyone we know that they should due business with a company that will stand behind their products.

I love this place. A good selection of pots with reasonable prices. Also, had a good selection of shrubs and flowers. There is a cute indoor store.I highly recommend.

Your near-NW Austin, no-frills, Git-r-done landscape supplies retailer and wholesaler, not to mention one of the better selections of TX natives hard to find elsewhere. When Countryside shuttered, I was bummed but this does a nice job replacing it!

Fair selection of plants. Some mislabeled and mispriced. Staff not very interested in helping customers. Prices are expensive for a wholesaler. Overall was not impressed with this place.

My mother-in-law and I stopped in at the new North store on Pond Springs Road to check out the fall mums and look at some options for a project we are working on. Merle helped us out and was just awesome. We are trying to plant a privacy hedge in a small Condo sized back yard. Today Merle explained to us the things we needed to take into consideration for the project. Some of them we had not even thought of! So we are going back to the house to make some observations and take some pictures and plan to come back and see Merle to pick out the right plants for the job. He made some great suggestions and we are excited to finally get this job done. It’s great to know that Leaf is in our neighborhood now and we have some knowledgeable folks to help us out. Great customer service is a keystone to any business, and this was definitely some of the best we have had!Great selections as well! Everything you can imagine, all in one space. It’s perfect. I also noticed that the lay out is very organized and neat. Someone has put a lot of thought into that. Just all around a very positive experience.

Customer service, product knowledge, and organization of this location is just as good as the south location. The space is open and easy to navigate. Will definitely come back!

Horrible phone service, Every time I call nobody picks up and I get the voicemail. Leave a message and never get back to me. This has happened several time. Once you get someone in person they are very nice and helpful.

My husband told me of his experience at this nursery, so I had to check it out. Its the most spacious, clean, and modern nursery Ive ever been to. They have a wide variety of plants and supplies to choose from, and the customer service was awesome. I look forward to going back!!
