The best Mexican snacks in Austin, clean facilities and staff friendly. I highly recommended, they have a lot of options: paletas, duritos, fresascon crema, elotes, aguas frescas, etc. Family friendly!

Awesome snacks and great extended hours! My husband and I love this place and their wide variety of snacks. As someone from the valley I’ve been looking for a place that I can grab some munchies from that aren’t hipstery and this is definitely the place. The place does get pretty full towards the end of the night but we’ve always found it was worth the wait since they seem to make a lot of snacks as they’re ordered. They’ve never disappointed us!

Love this place! Reminds me of some of the Indian ice cream places. Their Waffle bowl Tres Marias was amazing, and loved the mangonada as well, if you love spicy, sour and sweet combination, definitely try the mangonada. I wasn’t a huge fan of the bionico but it was still pretty good. They have very unique ice cream flavors too. Will be a regular here

Super dirty place, went to get ice cream I asked for nachos and I saw the lady get it with her hands no gloves, right after touching everything even money and got mad when I told her I did not want them I told her I had taken a video and pictures and that’s when she gave me my money back ! Poor costumer services do not feed this to your kids!

The ice cream is worth the wait. Reminds me of the ice cream I would have when visiting Mexico. Their sundaes are delicious! And their scoops are generous. I like that they have the option of doing yellow whole corn or white corn (The kind thats served in Mexico) for the corn in the cup. The staff is nice. Everything Ive had there has been satisfying.

I’ve been looking for a place in Austin that has tostitos preparados in the purple flamin’ hot bag and they have it! They also deliver through grubhub which makes it super easy to get your cravings satisfied when you can’t go by in person! Highly recommend :)

They have good corns and decent price for paletas. The only complain is if you give a customer a price, do NOT go charging extra and saying its the bank! Clearly its not if your business is the only ONE to charge a different price compared to any other one!!!!

Delicious juices and delicious ice cream i given 5 stars for the ice cream and the juices but i gaiv 2 stars for the servirs becousethe Service is too slow too and the worker working like frezz and the customers always wait for 30 mouints for one juices I advise to the owner, make the worker work fast and more care about the customers.becouse we know all the customers more importent then who work there if who work there do the job very slow this will no work with customers and they takes like 15 mouints with each customers for one juice and two ice cream

Seriously if I could ask for a refund I would. Really bad customer service, yea I get it your busy i work in the food industry also, but Im paying for a semi professional services. The lady who took our order had a cut on her hand which got blood on the cup she gave me agua de coco in, which was good till I saw the blood and almost vomited, order also a chicaron preparado and it seem like she dumped all the cueritos jar on it cuz by the time I tried to eat it the chicaron was all soggy and gross. Oh but before she took are order she sneezed into her shirt and never washed her hands nor did she was her hands when she was done taking the money from the previous customer. I was looking at her in the back preparing some fruit cup I also asked for and she did put gloves on but as she was getting it ready she was eating while preparing my food with her hands and never changing the gloves. Im sorry but I have been to a lot of fruterías around Austin and this place by far is the worse. From now on I will always stick to Hay Elotes on 7th Street!!

Mangonadas de nieve are life and so is the limón aguanieve. The white corn in the cup... is awesome! When I am not sure what to get, any of their home made paletas will do the trick. They really don’t have a bad dessert in here. All their ice creams are made in shop!Edit: after reading the other reviews I want to emphasize that everything is made in shop. There will be a wait line but it will be so worth it. I live and work nearby, when I stop by I know I will either have to wait 0 minutes to up to 30. They will also run out of your favorite things sometimes, just in case that’s why I have a few faves picked out. If it’s a busy day and they run out of most things... THEY WILL CLOSE DOWN EARLY. It is a mom and pop’s shop, not a corporation business, if you want fast service and to be attended by the same server every time... then stick to your basic overpriced ice cream shop.

It is very rich and good service, sometimes there are many people and it takes time but it is worth the wait. The popsicles are like those in Mexico and the rest is made with fruit that does not taste frozen (as in many places)

In my opinion, those who have never bought in this place, the nachos for my opinion are not good, apart, if they plan to tip the workers on their card, better not do it, this lady who owns the place does not give them to her Workers, they keep them and they only give them what comes in cash, when it should not be like that, because if one leaves something because they are supposed to give it to them for their kindness when attending to one, what disappointment of these types of jobs, I will not go again, they take advantage of their employees and apart they keep money, extra that is not theirs.
