First visit was a pleasant one! I am assuming it was the owner or manager, but he was very nice and made us feel welcomed. Explained everything they offered, gave us a free sample, etc. We had Banana Splits - BIG Banana Splits! Blue Bell ice cream and fresh fruit - worth every penny! Will return.

First and last time trying out this place. Ordered a mangonada and basically got ice with watered down mango juice and pieces of mango with cucumber. For the price it was definitely a rip off. Corn in a cup was also too watery. Overall, was not a pleasant experience whatsoever.

I love the bianico!!! This place is a hidden gem!!! Support the locals so we can enjoy this treat for years and years to come!! Hmmm😋😋😋..Continued.. my next trip was WEAK!! Im going to start tipping AFTER I get my order.. because this $10 tray of air was not tip worthy.And that my friends is how you go from a 5star review...to a one star. Not a happy camper.... theres 2 other competitors right down the street. I think next time Ill see if they appreciate having good regular customers that tip well and try to help bring in others for support.. these folks dont get it.

This place is under rated. Fresh fruit and Mexican food. I recommend calling in your order for pickup. Gets busy at times and they are not the fastest. Which is nice actually, the staff is diligent.

This is a classic fruteria.If you’re up for a smoothie, milkshake, or Tex-Mex snack, you had better head on over here.This place is more economical than other smoothie shops and definitely has more of a neighborhood feel.

If youre looking for truly authentic Mexican food and dessert - I recommend coming here. I got the Cubana Torta (beef, ham, sausage, and cheese) and it was pretty good. They taste just like the ones Ive gotten in Mexico. I also got an Elote (corn in a cup) which was very cheesy and creamy - so good! If you arent wanting food - they also have a good selection of fruit to choose from with tons of toppings: cream, hot sauce, chile/lemon, etc. Had a good experience here and will come back!

I had their agua fresca tropical and chicken quesadilla, which were both so delicious, Ive returned 5 times and ordered the exact same thing.

I feel like the people working there can at least be more happier in working. The fruit was awesome!!! Another thing I think can change is the bright lights they have outside during the night. They are too bright and blinding.

I have been here several times.The wait is ALWAYS long, and the service is terrible.This place serves ice cream & fruit treats, yet the lobby is extremely warm during the summer.However, they charge as if everything Im saying were the opposite.Lets summarize.You arrive here with 3 people in front of you. You are charged a premium fee for a fruit snack. Then you are expected to wait in their warm lobby for about 25 minutes.You decide if its worth a visit.

This place was horrible! They didn’t get our order right, customer service was bad, when we ask if we could have some Chamoy on the fruit she rolled her eyes. When I asked if my order was ready they all looked at me and shook their heads and said I don’t know. Will never come here again.

Great desserts, OK food; could be better in my opinion. Staff is normally nice. Although, in one occasion it was 10 minutes before closing, i walked in and an older (new employee) lady was rude to me, all i wanted was an ice cream as i was finishing up laundry next door. And pretty much told me she had no choice but to take me in. I wasnt asking for a free ice cream. Custumer service could be better, but i still come here for my dessert. 😂

This is Austin Texas our first language is English. You should allways have at least one staff member that speaks English. The person who helped me today was rude. She didnt even try to understand me. She didnt speak English and she made it obvious that she didnt want to. The other staff member was more helpful. But also could barely take my order. Then it gets worse. They give me an old banana on my Banana split. And barley gave me any of of the second flavor of ice cream. I will never go here again and a refund will be nice.

Place is great. Has the authentic feel walking in and will serve you great good. Aguas is a small selection but all are great and fresh. The fruit is the best part, but don’t shy away from the food.Ps. Ice cream is great also

I have only been here once. I order a quesadilla. It was huge, delicious and the price was not bad. I will come back to try something else. The staff was very informative, patient and friendly. They have a lot of Mexican style goodies as well as American deserts and drinks like ice cream and smoothies. Bring loose change if you bring kids. They have two arcade video games as well as machines with gumball, sticker and other goodies.

The first time we stopped her it was wonderful! They had exactly what I was looking for. The strawberries with strawberry crema. My kids loved what they had too. But this time I had what i always get and it was delicious, but my daughters mangonada was not right. It was made of ice with mango flavor and a few pieces of mango. Very disappointing. Will not be back.

I had a raspa and an elote from here. The raspa was more crushed ice than a raspa. The ice was very hard too so it was like eating ice with sugar syrup.The elote was just canned yellow corn elote which is not very good. Mine didnt have any chile but my wife said there was chile on the counter. I wish I would have checked it before leaving.Overall, disappointing and wont be returning.

Smoothies are so good here. I do my laundry next door and i like to stop here to get a snack while I wait. Employees are kind. Great fruit

I went on Saturday around 1 PM because Google maps told me it was opened. And it was supposed to be opened but they just closed it for no reason. I drove 45 minutes to just get a mangonada. But sadly I couldnt. Never coming back to this place

I love mangonadas. Unfortunately, the mangonada here has little mango flavor. Just tastes like very sweet water and ice. Skip this place and go to Hay Elotes instead.

Just ordered a banana and strawberry smoothie. I received what tasted like a melted snowcone. I asked for a refund. The only person that was competent enough to speak, told me that they dont do refunds without the manager. I was trying to be reasonable, so i asked for them to make it again. The man that spoke to me, grabbed my drink, chunked it in the trash, and made me the blandest smoothie including a baby banana and 4 strawberries. I couldnt believe that i was being treated like a di** for wanting to get what i paid for. I might as well bought a naked juice smoothie. The man that helped literally hopped on his car and left the building and i didnt even get a receipt.
