I am a fan of their dark chocolate ice cream. My kids enjoy the cotton candy. Also love that they have dairy-free options for my little one with a dairy allergy. Keeps the whole family happy.

Their ice cream flavors have always been home runs. We’ll miss the birthday cake flavor the most.

So, this place was AWESOME. This dude there I think his name was theo gave me the best experience ever. He was super nice (and pretty cute) and the ice cream was Supa good. And everyone there were super safe and washed their hands and had gloves on and used spoons. Best place ever.

As far as the ice cream goes, this is amongst the best ice cream i have had here in the States. The coffee w/ oreo was amazing!Customer service needs work though. Walked in, was acknowledged by nobody. The sign line starts here hangs so far up that it blends into the ceiling, so I lost my spot to a 5-headed family because nobody even looked at me, letting me know where to go, until it was my turn to order. Other than that, i would come here again.

A very casual ice cream parlor, perfect for an afternoon with the kids! They have great choices too.

We received a good greeting coming in by the owner, service was great friendly and quick. They proudly informed us they make their own ice cream, while we enjoyed our tasty treats I overheard the owner coaching what seemed to be a new employee instructing him to always do whatever is necessary for customers to leave happy. They said good bye and take care on the way out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The ice cream was actually delicious, but it was hard to enjoy because of the hygiene issue! The cashier took payment, touched the cone and reached into the Oreo cookie container without gloves or washing her hands. I washed several cycles of this as customers came in. Don’t normally write reviews but what I saw was pretty unhygienic :(

Ill start by saying that the ice cream deserves five stars. I really wanted to give it two stars but added one for the ice cream, as it is quite delicious.The young man who served me today decided that it was perfectly OK to touch my waffle cone after touching money and then not washing his hands or putting on gloves. The young woman working with him apologized on his behalf although I wasnt offered a refund or a discount on the three pints I ordered to take home.I hope this review will help ensure some training regarding customer service and the importance of sanitation.

Great little locally owned ice cream shop. We got to meet the owner and talk about how they make the ice cream and come up with their flavors. The ice cream is good, but not necessarily mind blowing. Great stop for something cold to help cool down in the hot Austin weather.

Amazing ice cream. Only thing is that I wish that they had the same flavors every day. They also present flyers for local places and programs. They are also great with lost things. I had recently lost a pair of sunglasses and when I called them to ask them if they had them they said yeas they are in our lost and found.

Similar to Amys but smaller, family owned. Place is very clean and friendly. Everything weve tried is fantastic. This has become our familys regular dessert destination.

Visited @8pm for banana split. Was told they were out of bananas.So I ordered a sundae with hot fudge. We are served sundaes with cold, straight out of the can fudge.We ask why the fudge isnt hot and dude says the ice cream must have cooled it off.😂😂😂 like this is my first time ever ordering a sundae.The place is poorly kept. One visit was all it took for me to stay far away!

Gotta love local ice cream. The workers are super friendly and were very patient and understanding when my toddler switched to dictator nice and the a huge fit. They laughed with me. It was great.

I really dislike how you cant see the ice cream before you order.The rewards program isnt based on how much you spend, rather on visits, which stinks for families that spend $20 a visit vs an individual that might spend $5 a visit.I do like how the rewards system is automated though.As far as the ice cream its a decent slab style mix in place. The employees are friendly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady who owns the place is absolutely evil and and has the most disgusting attitude ever towards customers. She is extremely unprofessional I could not believe the way she spoke to my husband yesterday or how she handled a situation. My birthday was ruined yesterday because of her inability to properly assign her employees a schedule. We placed an order for a birthday cake on Sunday for it to be picked up on Wednesday at 12 pm. We showed up at roughly 2 and it wasnt ready..apparently she forgot to schedule somebody to go in that day to do it. So her employee told us to come back around 5 and that he called the owner in. My husband waited for her to come in and went in there to ask what was going on and she was a nightmare. She had the nastiest attitude, he asked why it was promised at 12 yet still wasnt ready at 2 and all she had to say was well I had nobody here to make it! How is that our fault/problem? She took no ownership and showed no remorse for the situation. She was just angry that she had to rush in on her day off. After raising her voice at my husband and being rude as can be she then said you can either leave now with no cake or come back when it is ready No way, we definitely wont be giving her our business and we will make sure none of our friends, families or even strangers in Austin do either. You ruined my birthday yesterday and need to reevaluate the way you speak to people especially customers. Also, her employees wouldnt answer the phone all day and she was very rude in regard to that as well.

Much better than Amy’s in terms of sugar to flavor ratio. Strawberry is particularly good. You can actually taste the strawberries

Best cookies and cream shake Ive ever had. I love when you can drink a shake without having to suck really hard. So so good. The staff is extremely friendly as well.

The only reason I gave it one star is because IM NEVER ALLOWED TO GO THERE AFTER WATERLOO. Thanks a lot, money grabbers. I could be enjoying some sweet ice cream but instead am pounded to the dirt repeatedly and have to eat wheat cereal at home. See all the trouble youve costed me. 😤😤

Some things are best left in the past. Dissapointing environment and flavor. Toasted marshmallow was good but raspberry lemonade sorbet was basically ice with a very week raspberry flavor. The dead roach on the ground under our table didnt help much either. Been at least ten years since we were last here. Gone is the display of ice cream now they go behind a wall to scoop who knows what. I know space is limited by why are there large freezer out in the dinning area. Just moved back to the area and sadly wont be back.

Great local icecream shop! They probably have about 20 different flavors at time. They also do mix-ins if thats what you like. They also have plain to fancy icecream cones available for your liking as well!

The best thing about this place is the good old fashioned ice cream Place feel about it. Not in the cheesy hokey ye olde kind of way but just in a neighborhood/casual place to grab a great ice cream cone with your kid kind of way.

It really bothered me that when we asked for water wer were directed to a plastic self serve pitcher and 1oz paper dixie cups. It was hot (over 100) and we needed water. 1oz Dixie cups are not feasible for a family of 5. If Im paying as much for one cone as I would pay for a gallon of icecream, water should be given freely.

Not a fan. Flavors are dull. Service wasnt great. They dont wear gloves so my cone tasted like hand sanitizer. (Meaning they use hand sanitizer more than hand washing). Will not be returning.

Best ice cream in town. Thicker & creamier than Amys. Owner Tim is helpful as well with special orders. Scoops is worth the trip if you dont live South.
