Herabalogic requesting a review with only a few days of having the product but as someone thats searching for answers battling constant daily anxiety, tension and panic attacks this product had offered little relief for me. To its favor, the directions says 1ml per 50lbs of body weight upto 3 times a day.... Thats a total of 21ml a day and I have not done that. Ive only taken 5ml as needed and that has not worked but maybe if I up it to the directions maybe Id have more result but at that point idk how affordable it would be .Allot of people say its a great product so take my limited knowledge for what its worth .Good luckThis to shall passKeep fighting

Ive been using Herbalogics Quiet Mind and Solid Eight (in liquid form) for a week or so, and I LOVE both! Quiet Mind helps calm my racing thoughts and nervousness, and Solid Eight I take in combination with Quiet Mind to sleep. Ive been taking 3 droperfuls at night of each, according to the directions to take 1 droperful (per 50lbs) even though I weigh about 140lbs and I sleep through the night, maybe waking up once, but easily able to go back to sleep.
