Cindy Gregory is a total professional. She is extremely knowledgeable (with decades of experience in the field of audiology both on the manufacturing end as well as the patient end-user). Her teaching style is also on the mark (this from a couple of retired educators).What is perhaps the most astonishing element to our experience with Cindy is the fact that she is doing the job of an entire team of providers all by herself, from answering the phones, to ordering product, to scheduling patients, to keeping current on latest technologies, to fitting actual patients with what amounts to a pretty substantial change in their lives.These days, i must say, she was gem to find. Connect Hearing managed by Cindy Gregory is a very professional operation. My wife and I have used Cindy and her expertise to add complete satisfaction with our hearing aids. While the Phonak hearing aids are almost trouble free, Cindy is there to rescue us when a problem develops. Dont waste your time with any other hearing aid office.

Due to required visits which are outside only, Cindy did the best she could do. When the requirements are not in effect, then perhaps I can have a complete analysis which can only be done inside.But as usual, Cindy is very professional, knowledgeable, and I am glad she continues to be available.

I bless the day I found Cindy Gregory! I have been a patient at Connect Hearing for almost 5 years, and I have been completely satisfied with the care and treatment I have received. Cindy’s great, so skilled at diagnosing and she brought back my ability to hear!!! Cindy recently fitted me with my second pair of aids and these are definitely not your grandmother’s hearing aids!!!! After wearing them for a few weeks, I feel like I have my natural hearing back!! I’m hearing just like I did in my 20’s and 30’s!!! These aids are a miracle!! They do so much more than give your hearing back, but you’ll have to ask Cindy or her fantastic assistant, Xavier, to explain about the blue tooth, and the phone app and all the things these aids will do. I am enjoying all these features, but not sure how it all works! They are just a tiny engineering marvel!!! I have so much respect and admiration for Cindy. She is an excellent and caring professional, a great listener, and I think she’s the best. I don’t want to neglect Xavier!! He’s so skilled at dealing with people and I think with older people, especially. He respectful, courteous, polite, positive and just a great guy!!!

This morning we had a scheduled appointment. I had to turn around and get the hearing aids so I called Connect Hearing and said we were running late. We arrived at 8:40 (10 minutes late) and called Cindy to tell her that we were there. She said she would be right out so we described our vehicle. In the meantime, a lady drives up, hops out of her car and goes to the door. Cindy comes to the door, she and the lady have a brief interaction, and she and that lady disappear into the building. Okay. One hour and 5 minutes later we sit waiting in the car and heard nothing from Cindy, our appointment is long overdue. We call office number and “Tia” answered the phone. We told her what had happened and that we hadn’t heard from anyone to let us know what’s going on. Since we didn’t want to continue just sitting in the parking lot, we told her we guess we would be leaving. Here we are, 7 hours or so later and no one has contacted us to make another appointment or to apologize or nothing. Not impressed how the situation was handled during our broken appointment or afterward. Someone should have gotten back to us. Horrible customer service.

Super pleased. second year Ive been there. they make sound tests and then printout results of left and right ear. they use a little camera to see in your ear first and make sure its clean and its projected on the TV screen in front. they take time to explain if you want and they email results.

The reception was so nice and make sure all product are working right. Make sure I was stock on batteries and let me know when sales are going on. Cindy the Audiologist make sure my hearing aid was properly working correctly and make sure the equipment were clean and loud as clear. She was really patient with all hearing aid question I ask and she make sure she give me all the pros and cons about each hearing aid. I would highly recommend going to Connect Hearing. One of the best hearing aid places I been to in Austin, Tx.

Isaac was very helpful. He not only replaced a hard-to-locate broken tube but cleaned both aids, replaced filters, and discovered a problem with a microphone moisture seal which previous service providers had not noticed. He also shared his experiences with his bluetooth device and about ENTs. It was a totally good experience. We will use this service again and will recommend them to others.

The professionalism and personal care one receives at Connect Hearing at the office on Slaughter has been a true blessing in dealing with my hearing loss.
