I appreciate the friendly customer service and help when ask someone to assist you they are willing to help you and not run away. I appreciate when I go in the store it is neat. When you return that is not a hassle. I enjoy that some of the products you can bring back with a receipt on towels and some children products. I would not know that if one of the representatives had not told me. I appreciate the knowledge of the representatives that is what good customer service is all about. Keep up the good work and excellent customer service.

I love the ease of shopping & their self checkout. If you go during the week its rarely busy so its so easy to social distance and I typically breeze in and out! They have a pretty big produce section with great selections, all kinds of bakery items (be careful with the carrot cake cupcakes 🤯), delicious to go sandwiches, salads & other little quick snack boxes. They have great items all around & prices are good. Theres someone who maintains the self checkout & they disinfect each checkout station in between people. Love this store!

The target in Southpark Is well-stocked. I can’t say the same though for the prices. I know there are issues today with shipping cost and so forth but boy do I sure miss the good old days

Has a little of everything with a good level of aesthetic. The Target app makes verifying stock and location of item at store super easy. If you’re ever in a hurry this helps immensely. Thank you Target!

This is probably my favorite (Super) Target in Texas, definitely better than any in Oklahoma, and maybe even one of the top stores in the US. I realize that is a very melodramatic statement, but Ill add that even though I have visited the Super Target in North Austin and liked it, I have always felt that this Super Target has done an amazing job of keeping the store stocked, clean, and organized in the 13 years I have been shopping there. Now I have sadly moved out of the area, and of all the things I miss about South Austin, this Target is top of the list.

Summary: its huge and has a lot of variety.The Details:This will s a Super Target and as such is has an optical, one hour photo, bakery, deli, Pizza Hut and Starbucks in it. Its huge!As is with most Targets that I visit, its well lit, well stocked and the staff is friendly.Parking isnt much if a problem, but if its busy, be prepared to walk across a huge parking lot to get to Target.Be sure to check out the produce department as they have a lot to choose from and most of it looks good. The organic section is tiny.

We came to this Target at a busy time on a Saturday to pick up an order that we had paid for online and we had to wait for a minute while they got some other orders ready. But everyone was so helpful and friendly. We got our order delivered by 2 guys since it was heavy. I will definitely come to this Target whenever I need stuff from it!

This location is always a breeze to get in and out of. Well organized and everything is typically stocked well. Aside from covid toilet paper panics. Lol. Self check out is nice in expediting your departure from the store. It’s easy to get lost in the board game section. So beware. All and all it’s a great shopping experience

Unfortunately, I am a night owl so I arrived late. I was very happy and enjoyed that the customer service is opened up until they close. I used the pick-up service, which was fast, and accurate. Great store. Well laid out and complete in all departments. We were met at the door by an employee that told us if we downloaded the target circle app, then hit the circle deals at the register we would receive 10 percent off on our purchases. It was very nice of her to share that information with us. Excellent service!

This store treats their employees so poorly and it shows in every aspect of the experience here.Target, in general, has a horrendous track record of poor management and culture, but this location is truly horrendous. Do better Target; you are becoming the next Kmart.Make the extra 10 min drive for anywhere else. You’ll be glad you did.There is also a fair chance of getting robbed in the parking as well; so that alone should take you elsewhere.

Huge store, many good selections, from home goods, groceries, electronics, and toys. Could definitely use some improvements in certain areas, but overall a good spot.

Great store! We are just visiting and it is laid out similar to other Targets, so we had no issues finding what we needed! They were out of mini marshmallows, which sucks but we made do! The bathrooms were super clean and covid friendly! Parking lot was big enough that we didnt have any issues parking. They do have self checkout if you wanted.

Very organized, clean, and spacious. I needed puffed pastry dough and sunflower seeds and got both with ease. Dont forget to stop by Starbucks and be sure to tip your baristas ❤❤❤

Today I visited the Target location to purchase a tumbler as from Starbucks as part of their January launch. I waited patiently in line to acquire a black Starbucks Tumbler. While I was in line I noticed that there were red tumblers merchandised behind the counter as well as in a basket that was almost completely empty with the exception of two tumblers. While I was in line there was a gentleman that was wearing a buffalo plaid shirt that was removing the black tumblers from behind the counter and handing them to guests. I continued to wait in line and as I did two customers came in and stood in line behind me. They asked me where they could get the tumblers and I mentioned that I was going to ask since I saw them behind the register. At this point I was two customers away from paying and this couple was behind me. Without any communication the Starbucks employee in the buffalo plaid (red and black checkered shirt) picked up the last two tumblers and handed them to the guests. The guests never spoke to the employee, all their questions were directed at me. I was also the only one to mention the word black when it came to tumblers. When I reached the register I asked the gentleman for a black tumbler and he mentioned that the last two were with the customers behind me. Customers that at this point I strongly believe he knew and had arranged this transaction with. I explained that I was in line and he said that there were no more that he recommended trying Randals on Brodie Lane. From that point on I went to two different Randal locations as well as two more Target locations. Every Target location I went to mentioned that they had these items out available for any customer to grab and that they were not to be held behind the register. They also mentioned that in most cases stores received 8-10 and that based on that quantity there would not be a scenario where only a portion were put out. It was also in these stores that the employees shared that their opinion about what had happened was what I was beginning to believe; that in fact the employee discriminated against me and chose who he was going to sell these items to.

This is one of the better stores in the area. Theyre very efficient and clean. The drive-up service is the best in the area

We are thrilled with the customer service we received at this Target location. We purchased a grey butterfly chair online to pick up at the store. When we arrived they had put aside a peach one, not the grey one. Tyler did an amazing job to check for the right color chair, to accommodate our daughter wishes. We ended up deciding to keeping the peach color chair, to end the search for the grey chair once the store was very busy with online pick ups. This earned us a $10 gift card. Thanks Tyler. I dont remember the name of the other 2 front workers with the online purchase, but I want to express my gratitude for a job well done ! They got my heart and my money :)

Drive up is always super fast, the store is very organized and usually fully stocked, and the employees are quite friendly and helpful.

Listen, its target. Its a Walmart with standards and everything marked up a dollar.Produce has gotten better, but selection is limited, and unreliable. Usually at least one option for any pantry staple, dairy, frozen foods.Kitchen section is better than HEB, my go to when I need something and dont want to wait on amazon. Walmart is equivalent and cheaper.Clothes are good quality, but marked up a little. Old navy is next door.

I always love Target, but sometimes they dont have of what I went for. But the store is always clean and theres always people to help when I need it.

You can buy legos and adult things, like socks! You dont have to, but you can, and thats what I did.

Target electronics section has no idea about cell phones. They really need to have people that know a little something. My 75 yr old mom went by herself and it was very bad. They sold her the wrong phone then when we tried to return it and it wasnt even in the system. The associate didnt ring it up correctly, I was livid but finally a manager helped us and did the return. Target really needs to ensure training is done right.

As a store, my first time there and the facility is massive. Im giving credit to the store and its products. I found seeking help or having personnel in the departments that I visited were not to be found for assistance. Im not referring to a 5 minute waiting period either. However, its the Holiday season....

Today, the help I got from team members Amanda, another Amanda, and especially Trish was beyond belief incredible!! Amanda in Electronics helped me call Consumer Cellular to pay my telephone bill and was particularly helpful; she also helped me in November to buy Consumer Cellular and helped me find a case to fit my Samsung Galaxy A50, which was not easy. Today at Target was very hard because my SNAP card would not work and Trish went above and beyond to help me. I dunno if she especially wanted to be sure I was helped completely or if she was determined to successfully make a sale!! She was so patient and extremely helpful that I want to make sure someone knows about it, and Amanda up front helped her with my checkout. Thanks to both Amandas and especially to Trish!! Thanks Trish!!

Target is one of my favorite places to everyday things, however I find this location is always low on stock. It’s the closer Target to me, so I’ll go for some things, but much rather the SW location.

Lovely Target. Huge and clean and best of all, so quiet and peaceful (something Ive never said about HEB). I hate grocery shopping, and dislike most shopping at all in store, but its actually pleasant here, especially in the evening. The employees are great. Fresh produce, priced well. The one downside, as with all Targets, is that you would think someone was going to lose a limb if they had to open another checkout line. Either that, or theyve got bets going to see how long the lines can get before someone makes a scene. But thats not unique to this Target.

Its target. Has most everything you will need and expect from a target.

I dont particularly care for Target in general. Their prices are, on average, unreasonably high. When seasonal items go on clearance, you would think the company wanted to keep old Halloween, Easter, Independence Day, etc. items around just to look at them. Is it so difficult to mark these things down after the season or holiday has passed? JFC

One of, if not THE, cleanest stores I have ever visited. This includes my travels around the world. It is cleaner than stores in Japan and that is saying a lot. The stock is organized and placed with precision and the isle lighting is perfect for retail. The staff is also extremely polite and helpful. One of the top managers saw my wife and me standing at the Customer Service desk waiting only 2 deep in line. She came over and told us that she could help us do a return and swap over a register. 5 stars all around.
