Cord is a great fitter and I really enjoyed learning more about my swing. They will find the right setup for you, not fit your swing into a class of clubs. If you are a golf junky like me and have the funds to drop some dough on your golf fame this is the place. However, this is a premium service and should be looked at such. I will do it again in a few years!

Fantastic experience!! On site equipment selection is second to none.I couldnt be happier with Mike and Nicks attention to detail, too. They were able to cure a distance gap that had crept into my game and fix my drive head/shaft combo which were WAY off. Again, they didnt miss anything. Also, Mike wasnt pushing me to buy the latest heads, or shafts and even told if I liked my irons to keep them instead of upgrading. They inspected all my lofts/lies and Im as confident now as Ive ever been on a tee box and over a 200 yard shot. #feelsgoodmanI will say it was about 5-6 weeks before everything came in and Mike was able to put it together b/c of supply chain issues so remain patient.

Paid for a 1 hour Driver fitting experience. I was fit in 15 minutes and ended up leaving early. I didnt get my time or moneys worth. We only tested 3 driver heads, they didnt carry the driver shafts I wanted to try. I could tell I was just being sold whatever the fitter wanted to sell me.

This place has terrible customer service. I got fitted for a set of clubs, they were about $400 more expensive than I could order on taylormade so I asked if they would match the price, they said they would. The clubs came back with a stock shaft, not the shaft I was fitted for. It’s on my order stating the correct shaft and yet we are 15+ emails and 4 weeks into fixing a problem that is clear as day. Take your business somewhere else.

I went in for a woods fitting and worked with Mike. Could not be more pleased with the experience. Used to play a lot of golf when younger and now getting back into it now that kids are out of the house. Have been hitting a lot of range balls lately, and my misses were always left. No matter what I tried, I could not hit a consistent fade (note: my go to shot when younger was a little cut). I was impressed how the Club Champion system works with your existing swing traits to design clubs that suit your game. At the conclusion of the process, I ended up with a driver, three wood and hybrid, each of which was producing a nice little cut, showing much higher consistency/lower spread than my original clubs and even added noticeable ball speed and distance. A highly recommended process for anyone that wants to improve their game. (Note: will be headed back to source irons and wedges very soon)

I’m a returning customer because of the service and how professional the team is there. It’s nice they give you there complete attention and only want to sale you what works for you. They don’t push the expensive product rather then the exact equipment for your swing. Highly recommend reaching out to them

From the tee to the green, the entire fitting experience was awesome! My girlfriend and I learned so much. I walked away with a ton of knowledge, shafts for my driver and woods that perfectly fit my game, and after a little teak to my custom Edel putter my game got even better. These guys are knowledgeable, fun, and truly care about helping you play YOUR best golf. No swing is alike so if youre serious and want to play your best golf, make the investment and get fitted at Club Champion 🏆🏆🏌️‍♂️⛳

Went to club champion to get my daughter fitted with all new clubs. Mike spent 4 hours after lunch with her to find the clubs that best fit her. I would say mike has lots of energy and was eager to work with my daughter. He didn’t take a break the whole time he was working with her. I appreciated every bit of that. I would highly recommend him. Thanks again mike

The facility and hospitality were excellent, but not as excellent as the service we received from Mike. He is a really good communicator and has the energy and enthusiasm to make the experience enjoyable throughout. I believe we received the best evaluation and club recommendations possible which is a good feeling considering golf clubs are not inexpensive. My overall experience including communication before and after the appointment was the highest possible rating I could have imagined.

Walked into Club Champion just now, one of the guys greets me, I tell him I am interested in a new grip for my old putter, he tells me they can order (which he seems less than interested in doing) but dont carry anything in the store, and that I should try PGA Superstore. Then he ignores me, goes back to his computer screen, I ask him another question about weighting etc., he sluffs me off by saying its really just about what feels good to you. Ignores me again, I pick up NEW putters and start putting with them, continue to be ignored, I walk out and no one says thanks for stopping in, never come back, nothing. If he had acted like he cared at all I would have told him that I might be interested in a new putter TODAY (could be convinced) and that I am buying an entire bag of clubs in Sept. Instead he told me to go somewhere else and lost any business from me (and I literally live down the street, can walk there). Amateur hour!Terrible customer experience. You should always treat everyone the same, because you dont know who might be a real buyer.

I have been fitted by Mike twice and had a good experience. However going back for a third fitting with Mike I was assigned a different fitter because Mike had been double booked. I stayed for 35 minuets of the hour fitting and was charged $100. I exchanging 2 text with Mike after the fitting and he still sees no issue handing me off to someone else with no heads up even though they had my phone number and email. I wish they would have contacted me after they discovered the error and had given me the option to reschedule with mike. My guess is Mike is very popular and they were trying to send business to another fitter. I will probably not be going back if they are unable to set up an appointment with the fitter of my choosing. They were helpful over the 3 trips but very disappointed over the way Mike handled the overbooking so 3 stars.

From Christo: One of the best experiences of my life. Dan Smith made me feel like the center of attention and I loved the formula he used. He got the numbers from my old driver as a guide. We started with one new head and every 5 to 7 shots he would put another shaft in. We would then move to another head and start all over again. In between we would keep going back to my OLD driver to see if I still have the same intensity and not losing speed and performance. Loved this system by eliminating what does not work until the best head and shaft keeps popping up good numbers at the top. Always hated when you hit one good shot and everyone says thats your club. It is 100% worth the money and Dan was great. Mentally you will never doubt yourself when you do hit that occasional bad shot, because you know you went through the whole process to get fitted. Thanks Club Champion and Dan Smith.

Great fitting, very poor delivery.I was extremely happy with the fitting process, information, and customization that was available at Club Champion. However after being fit for my irons I ordered and paid for a set 3-PW. I was contacted 4 business days later that my particular set doesnt come with a 3 iron. I was recommended very similar 3 iron from Mizuno and believed it would work since Dan was so knowledgeable. I was told it was ordered.I received a call one week later to pay for the 3 iron, I was under the impression it was already ordered and being sent. I payed for the club over the phone. Called 1 week later to check on shipping and was told the club was on back order and wont be getting it for at least a week and a half. So that is almost a month without a full set of clubs that I spent 2k on.Long story short, great fitting, poor customer service, hopefully they know what clubs are available in your set.

Really cant stand how pushy they are to schedule fittings. They dont even allow people to demo clubs before making a purchasing decision. Because of this, if you are interested in PXG, I suggest going to San Antonio and visit MK golf technologies where you will get better customer service and fitting.

Dan did a great job with my iron fitting process. After the session was over it was clear to me that my current irons work just fine. Dan did not try to upsell me and agreed with my judgement. Dan was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend going to this store for a great fitting experience! Places like Golf Galaxy will not give you this level of service.

EDITED REVIEW: Did a driver fitting over a year ago and ended up purchasing one from Club Champion. For that first year I had such a hard time hitting that club. I reached out to CC with my frustrations and they brought me back into the bay and went out of their way to make sure I was in the right club. We made a few small adjustments + plus I got a few swing flaws worked out. Thanks to Chris B. for his time, patience and coaching!

Initially, I sent Club Champion a glowing review on my recent fitting. This is my second fitting with Club Champion and that part went well. The guy I worked with (1st weekend in June) is no longer there. Where things seem to be going wrong is delivery time and amount of follow up required; which I cannot tell if it is a Club Champion issue or a Titleist issue.I purchased a set of the Titleist CNCPT-01 irons ($500 per head) which I was hoping to have delivered by my tournament which was 15 business days out. I was told the standard delivery was typically 5 - 10 business days but to expect the irons to be delivered, likely, within the week (definitely, with plenty of time for my tournament). I had to chase for a status update constantly and started to get radio silence...which at the end was a result of my original fitter leaving Club Champion. My clubs were not delivered until June 26th!Lucky I took pictures of some of the clubs while still in plastic as I noticed later - on the range - that my back of my 9 iron was dented. I immediately reached out to Club Champion and provided photos of the dented irons. Today is August 1 which means its been 36 days without a replacement. They did reach out to me while I was out of the country in early July but following my return, I immediately provided what they requested (serial number) and have been awaiting next steps since that time.Perhaps there is an issue with Titleists lack of communication but I have to believe there is some blame on Club Champions effort here.I have had positive experiences with Club Champion on two fittings now but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Had I known my club had access to these iron heads, I would have gone with them so that i could hold them accountable for any issues.(BTW-I won my first tournament with those irons in my bag and now Im being told I wont have my damaged iron back for my next tournament).

This is the 2nd time coming to Club Champion. The spring of 2018 I was fitted for irons and on 5/11/19 I was fitted by Chris Beckering for a driver, 3 wood and hybrid.I was not so happy about my fitting for my irons and the person who worked with me is no longer at Club Champion. The experience with Chris Beckering couldnt have been more opposite. Chris was so detail oriented and explained every stat, shaft, and clubhead. He took him time and made sure I was perfectly fitted and explained how my distance can improve by lowering stats with swing changes. Of course that has to be worked outside of Club Champion.Overall, if you want to get the best equipment with unmatched service you should head over to Club Champion.

EDIT: Mike called and completely understood from the customers perspective. Offered money back and or replacement fitting. Looks like my initial visit just may have landed on someones less than best day. Highly recommend due to the efforts to make it right for a customer and not make any excuses. OP post: Driver fitting. They didnt fit for shaft length, grip size, swingweight or dispersion. Just swapped a head and showed higher overall distance and they said that was it. Had me hit clubs with regular sized grips when I use a midsize. I hit a total of two other heads that were different than my model. One didnt even register any data because it was a graphite crowned head. It actually felt good and we had no data to support the arguement for it. I could have done all of this for free at Golf Galaxy......I see Dan gets good reviews so next time I will ask for Dan.

After spending four hours going through my fitting I was told the full set of clubs I bought would be delivered in time for my tournament. It was a huge, expensive, disappointment! I think Mike Alahouzos wanted the sale and was willing to promise anything to get my $3,800. It took almost a month to get all my clubs and to add insult to injury I shot my worst round, ever, with my new clubs. After speaking to some of the golf pros at my club they told me Club Champion charges double for grips and sells you shafts the OEM rep says are no better. What I should have done is taken my fitting sheet to my golf pro and had them order my clubs and saved myself a lot of money and aggravation.
